我认为心态直接影响着心情.如果能有一个好的心态,那末心情自然也好,可以感到内心的平静安详,也许还会感到十分满足.
一句“何陋之有?”说明在陋室当中,心中仍能悠然自得.“惟吾德馨”说明了自己品德高尚,也许他不在乎外界的条件,不觉得陋室是陋,这恰恰说明主人高雅的风度,潇洒的个性,归根到底是拥有一颗平常心,持有一种良好的心态.因此,内心并不感到凄凉,并没有感到凄惨的味道.反之,多了一份洒脱、坦然和自足.这是多好的一个心态啊.让人感受到君子的内心有一种恒定的能量.他可以使周边生气盎然,繁花似锦.他生命里面的齐唱可以去改变一个简陋的地方.《陋室铭》以反向立意的方式,只字未提陋室的陋,只写陋室不陋的一面,而不陋是因为德馨.而用文字描述颜回的家我们可以感受到他家可真够陋的,但颜回的人生态度,心理状态让孔子颇为满意.
孔夫子最喜欢的一个学生叫颜回,孔子曾夸奖这个学生说：“贤哉,回也!一旦食,一瓢饮,在陋巷.人不堪其忧,回也不改其乐.”我敬佩颜回,它能够忍受艰难的生活环境,更敬佩的是他的心态.他能后又自得其乐的乐观态度.这让我不由想起：“快乐是一天,不快乐也是一天,为神莫不天天快乐呢?”

This task is met with the goal of procing quality English speakers, who can communicate and be equally competitive in the business arena. The passengers on the bus watched sympathetically as the young woman with the white cane made her way1 carefully up the steps. She paid the driver and then, using her hands to feel the location of the seats, settled in to one. She placed her briefcase on her lap and rested her cane against her leg.
It had been a year since Susan, thirty-four, became blind. As the result of a medical accident she was sightless, suddenly thrown into a world of darkness, anger, frustration and self-pity. All she had to cling to2 was her husband Mark.
Mark was an Air Force officer and he loved Susan with all his heart. When she first lost her sight, he watched her sink into despair and he became determined to use every means possible to help his wife.
Finally, Susan felt ready to return to her job, but how would she get there? She used to take the bus, but she was now too frightened to get around the city by herself. Mark volunteered to ride the bus with Susan each morning and evening until she got the hang of3 it. And that is exactly what happened.
For two weeks, Mark, military uniform and all, accompanied Susan to and from work each day. He taught her how to rely on her other senses, specifically her hearing, to determine where she was and how to adapt to4 her new environment. He helped her befriend the bus drivers who could watch out for her, and save her a seat.
Each morning they made the journey together, and Mark would take a taxi back to his office. Although that meant he had to travel through the city and the routine was costly and exhausting, Mark knew it was only a matter of① time before Susan would be able to ride the bus on her own. He believed in her.
Finally, Susan decided that she was ready to try the trip on her own. Monday morning arrived. Before she left, she embraced her husband tightly. Her eyes filled with tears of gratitude for his loyalty, his patience, and his love. She said good-bye and, for the first time, they went their separate ways. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday... Each day on her own went perfectly, and a wild gaiety5 took hold of Susan. She was doing it! She was going to work all by herself!
On Friday morning, Susan took the bus to work as usual. As she was exiting the bus, the driver said, “Miss, I sure envy you.” Curious, Susan asked the driver why.
“You know, every morning for the past week, a fine looking gentleman in a military uniform has been standing across the corner watching you when you get off the bus. He makes sure you cross the street safely and he watches you until you enter your office building. Then he blows you a kiss, gives you a salute6 and walks away. You are one lucky lady,” the bus driver said.
Tears of happiness poured down Susan's cheeks. She was so lucky for he had given her a gift more powerful than sight, a gift she didn't need to see to believe—the gift of love that can bring light where there is darkness.

阅读是外语学习者接触目标语言最直接最便利的途径之一，是提高自身语言水平的重要手段，所以是英语教学的一大重点。在各级各类的语言水平测试中，阅读都是不可或缺的重要组成部分。在高考英语试卷中，阅读理解题型所占的分数最多，历来是教研老师和备考学生最为关注的环节。此部分的得分直接决定了整个试卷的分数层次，可谓“得阅读者得天下”。

一、反复精读
课堂上，各位阅读名师经常提到要“反复精读已经读过的文章”。很多同学做了什么38套题、45套题，各个击破，轻巧夺冠……恨不得把市面上的阅读书全部都打穿，但是自己的能力并没有得到相应的提高。曾经有这样的同学来问我，我反问他的做题方式，他说就是阅读文章做题目然后对答案，对了挺高兴的，错了把答案改做来。我听了以后马上就知道他不长进的根源所在了。对的是你已经掌握了的，你即使不进行练习碰到了肯定还是能正确解出；而错的题目，仅仅把A改成C是远远不够的。之所以做了很多阅读没有提高，原因就在于没有充分重视错题。做错了的题正是知识的薄弱点，是急需更正提高的地方。匆匆放过如何能使自己快速进步？虽然说做题是体力活，但是如果多用脑子，多思考多总结就会有突飞猛进的提高。提高考试阅读成绩的秘诀就在于“反复精读已经读过的文章”，只有耐下性子来回头再看已经读过的文章，这样才能看到更多的上下文之间的关系，而这些上下文的关系是提高阅读速度和理解率的关键，也就是帮助我们理解文章的关键。
二、广泛阅读
《新课标》要求高中三年平均每年的英文课外阅读量要达到30万字，折合成300字左右的阅读理解题就是1000篇左右。不过据调查，可以说很少有同学能够真正达到这个要求。语言是一种需要习得的技能，而非一种单靠归纳演绎就能够掌握的知识。现在高考不断转向真实世界，重视真实语言材料的趋势和多样化的选文策略，直接决定了未来的高考考生在复习备考过程中，必然不能拘泥于各种课本和练习题，应该广泛接触各种语言材料。不要一提到阅读，脑海里就是一堆一堆的阅读理解题，要增加各种形式的真实语言材料的输入量，在实践中不断进步。
泛读的材料有很多，第一推荐的就是我们的教材，我们的高中课本。很多同学一说起看课本就跟让他喝中药似的。认为上课时老师把每一课都掰开了揉烂了讲得不能再细了，还有什么看头。但是，老师讲过不代表你就能掌握，表面掌握不代表你认识到课本的价值。例如高三的课本，把中学所有学过的语法点都在这一册的主课文中有机地串了起来，把课本中出现的语法点都认真摸清搞透，也就能达到教学大纲和考试大纲的要求了，所以说精心编写的课本是泛读的最好材料。重视课本是一种省时省力的修炼途径，如果高三的时候能够从头到尾把所有的高中课本大声读过三五遍，自然会有突飞猛进的提高。尤其是对那些成绩不是很理想（80分以下的）的同学，重视课本反复朗读，提高二三十分问题不大。
三、研究题目
考试意义上的阅读理解不同于一般获取信息的阅读，它是一种定向理解，即要求考生在阅读短文后回答命题人设计的理解题，与考题无关的内容则可以不理解，理解正确率及能力强弱通过答题正确率鉴定。分析文章时，我们能看到文章是一个有主有次的有机整体，中心思想和细节信息，主题句和支持句构成了一篇结构严谨的文章，其实文章后面的题目又何尝不是如此呢。高考英语“阅读理解”题目的题干所涉及的多是文章的重要内容，几个小题的题干组合在一起基本上就是文章的提纲。
通常来说，高考阅读题目分为细节、主旨、推理和词汇题四大类，实际上是与《新课标》中对于阅读的六种具体能力相对应的。在一篇具体的文章后面，各种题型都会有所涉及，如果仔细研究各个题目之间的关系，就会对我们解题形成很好的启示作用。例如，我们在做题的时候，如果先把主旨题解决掉，就可以在剩下的细节题中紧密把握住文章主旨。之所以考这个细节而不是那个，就是因为此细节是重要信息，关乎文章的主旨，那我们在做题的时候要重视题目之间的关系，抓住这种提示作用为我所用，利用出题时的一些规律来反其道而行之进行题目解决。只有把握命题人的命题意图，了解他出题时处理短文的深度和角度；站在命题人角度去分析阅读理解题题型，并掌握不同题型的特点及答题要求，才能成就一个高分来。

没有星星，却听见风儿的私语。躺在一片空地上仰望天空，想起思念的朋友、家人，眼泪不经意的落下，却听离我最近的地方有人为我带来远方海浪的声音，蓝蓝的，忧郁的，但又是白白的，亮亮的，欢娱的……

当一辆汽车从你面前疾驰而过，差点压着你，你会怎样想？有的人心想：我今天可真背，这麽倒霉！”而有的人想：我今天这庆幸，以后我可得多加小心，注意安全。”从这两种想法看出，两种不同的心态。显然后者的想法是良好心态的体现，他不因自己差点被压而埋怨那辆疾驰的车，也不怨自己的运气差，走背字。而是珍惜这次危险带来的警示，实际的去考虑问题、解决问题，我相信有这样想法的人经历过这次事件之后，会避免这种危险事情的再次发生，从而保证自己的安全。在今天这麽一个竞争激烈的时代，保持良好心态非常重要。同样还有一个小故事也很有启示意义。我们面前有半瓶子酒呢。表述不同，缘于心态不同。
我认为心态直接影响着心情。如果能有一个好的心态，那末心情自然也好，可以感到内心的平静安详，也许还会感到十分满足。
一句“何陋之有？”说明在陋室当中，心中仍能悠然自得。“惟吾德馨”说明了自己品德高尚，也许他不在乎外界的条件，不觉得陋室是陋，这恰恰说明主人高雅的风度，潇洒的个性，归根到底是拥有一颗平常心，持有一种良好的心态。因此，内心并不感到凄凉，并没有感到凄惨的味道。反之，多了一份洒脱、坦然和自足。这是多好的一个心态啊。让人感受到君子的内心有一种恒定的能量。他可以使周边生气盎然，繁花似锦。他生命里面的齐唱可以去改变一个简陋的地方。《陋室铭》以反向立意的方式，只字未提陋室的陋，只写陋室不陋的一面，而不陋是因为德馨。而用文字描述颜回的家我们可以感受到他家可真够陋的，但颜回的人生态度，心理状态让孔子颇为满意。
孔夫子最喜欢的一个学生叫颜回，孔子曾夸奖这个学生说：“贤哉，回也!一旦食，一瓢饮，在陋巷。人不堪其忧，回也不改其乐。”我敬佩颜回，它能够忍受艰难的生活环境，更敬佩的是他的心态。他能后又自得其乐的乐观态度。这让我不由想起：“快乐是一天，不快乐也是一天，为神莫不天天快乐呢？”
“优胜劣汰。适者生存”似乎成为人们在当今社会立足的准则。人们在追求物质生活的同时，可曾注意过自己的内心？ 因为我们的生活节拍快，往往忽略了自己的内心感受，正如于丹所说：“我们的眼睛看外界的太多，看心灵的太少。”因此，我们不论多忙，也要停下调整一下心态。每时每刻用平和的心态去工作和学习。追求心境的那份恬静和安宁。这就是生活给我的启示。
