我不是方老师，但是也给你一些我自己的建议。
首先是词汇量的问题。我带过初一的专英语辅导属，阅读理解的词汇量基本在你们课标要求的词汇范围内，如果你阅读看不懂，先要解决词汇量的问题。
其次是语法问题。初一的语法点相比初二来说要少得多，但是还是有些基本句型。你看不懂的另一个原因是不是你对句子结构不理解，或者是看不懂句子。这都和语法知识掌握不牢有很大关系。
最后一点就是你的阅读技巧。做题和平常阅读的方法是有区别的。一般阅读的时候，你首先要弄清楚文章说的什么，比如时间地点人物，起因经过结果等等，要梳理清楚。假如是做题，仅需要对题目涉及到的句子或者段落分析即可。
另外要加大阅读量，这样有利于提高阅读速度同时留给自己足够的时间进行思考。
