一 问题的提出

二 活动过程

2、备课组实践。备课组长牵头，在思想上强化意识，在日常工作中从点滴做起。

3、成立核心老师小组，各备课组核心教师为主要力量，设计方案，编组材料，全组老师一起跟上。

4、、教研组每学期组内交流，互通互评良好的做法，推广经验。

5、、结合组内各级课题研究（农村中学生作文失序问题分析及对策研究，寄宿制高中学生文学阅读的限与度，农村重点高中学生语文习惯的养成与优化研究等）上升到理性层面，深入研讨，理论升华，沉淀成教研组文化。

三、具体是实践内容及方案示例

1、开阅览课，扩展阅读视野。教研组规定每学年度阅读范围，各备课组每学

期规定必读篇目；教研组规定阅读课纪律，阅读活动组织章程。

2、办文学社，激发语文兴趣。选择语文学习积极分子参加，选择优秀教师精心组织讲座

3、 装备阅览室，优化阅读外部环境，激发学生阅读兴趣，优化学生阅读行为。

目前我校阅览室有可供两个班学生120人同时阅读的规定读物近20种，是无锡市内规范阅读的典范。

4、 出版作文集，印编学生作品集，激发学生写作兴趣。

5、 及时推荐优秀读物，辅导学生订阅报刊。

6、 开设班级读书角，举行课前演讲

7、 举行年级读书比赛，作品以橱窗形式展示。

8、 举行校作文大赛，积极规范的组织江苏省高中生作文大赛以及江苏省中学生与社会作文大赛

9、以年级为单位开设读书专栏，将阅读点滴渗透进学生每天的生活，以编讲义的形式，督促、规范、引导学生的日常阅读。高一的读书专栏名为“古今博览”[高二读书专栏名为“天籁”，高三名为“晨读夜颂”。

四、反思与总结

1、 如上做法早就有人实践，但又无效果全靠能否坚持及如何落实。我们强调“日

常”，就是将这些教学行为渗透到教师每天的教学工作中，渗透到每天学生的日常学习行为中，让读书成为一种习惯，一种生存方式。

2、 以上做法依然有开发研究的余地，优化工作出效率。

3、 本着以上两点想法，教研组继续深入探讨实际操作的整体规划与精益求精，在阅览课开设、课外阅读的指导、学生社团活动、学生阅读作文习惯的优化几个方面深入探讨，形成了较为成熟的意见，并以文字的形式与全组老师见面，来使全组32位老师统一思想，并便于操

（三）充实图书，丰富阅读资源。市教育局要求各地每年拨出一定的经费用于学校图书的购置，满足师生的阅读需要，同时加强对学校图书室、阅览室的管理，使图书报刊分类规范合理，摆放整齐美观，管理有序，方便满足师生借阅。各学校还注重流动书柜建设，让学生能够共同分享书籍的美妙和读书的乐趣。
（四）纳入课程，确保阅读时间。我市多数学校坚持每天开展不少于15分钟的“晨读活动”、开设“大阅读课”，以此保障学生有必要的读书时间；每周安排一节课作为阅读指导课或读书交流会，由语文教师进行阅读指导、答疑解惑；定期向学生推荐介绍好书，引导学生开展课外扩展性阅读活动。
