A. 关于牛津八年级下英语

Help 后面不加to，直接是 help do sth. （To 在这里是省略的）
注意是a不是an.搭配对.have the right to do sth有权力做某事.have the right over sth对某物有所有权
require to do 命令做 必须做

require sb to do 要求某人做某事

都可以...意思不同
there be 句型中，sth to do 是一种常见表达法，其中不定式做sth的定语，也可用to be done，但主动形式更常见.
depend on sb 是依耐某人
Children depend on their parents for food and clothing.

depend on sb. to do sth. 只是一个搭配,可以用.不是什么短语.
