再好的阅读理解技巧也是需要练习的。

首先，要知道高考阅读理解一般分为记回叙文，应用文，说答明文和议论文。题型一般分为主旨大意题，细节题，推理题等。不同的题型有不同的套路。这个需要平时做好总结。
其次，需要真正看懂文章。所以考纲要求的词汇必须大部分掌握。单词量的提升绝对有助于提高准确率。
第三，看懂代词和文章结构有助于看懂文章，然后才能提高准确率。
最后，practice makes perfect.做阅读理解，主要还是靠练习。我的经验，做100篇高考真题，水平绝对有提升。最好挑一些超难的文章好好读一读。推荐江苏卷。如果有可能，找几篇考研的文章读一读，读完后你会发现高考文章的难度都是浮云。
