(1)又到了期末考试的时间，按照学校的考务安排，我被调（ ）到二年级的一个班监考。
(2)前几天，一场纷纷扬扬的大雪给校园披上了一层银装，厚厚的积雪在阳光无力的照耀下，一点点消融，让人觉得臃肿的冬装下，连骨子里都打着（hán zhàn）。
(3)我拎着试卷袋走进教室，闹哄哄的孩子们立刻安静下来，一双双明亮的眼睛紧张地盯着我。开考的铃声响了，我将卷子发下去，雪白的试卷像翻飞的浪在孩子们的手里传递着。待教室平静下来，孩子们的笔在纸上沙沙作响时，我忽然发觉按理应当有一份多余的试卷，以便学生答卷过程中出现问题时解答调换用的，怎么没有了呢?难道是教务处数错了?我没再多想，一边在教室里来回走动，一边用目光巡视着。
(4)一个靠前排坐的小男孩吸引了我的视线。他的头垂得离卷面很近，几乎是趴在桌子上写字。我好奇地走近他，发现他衣着( )单薄，一件短旧的单衣里面，只有一件不知是谁穿剩的肥大毛衣，露在外面的袖口处早已破烂成絮。男孩的双腿在桌子下面瑟瑟颤抖，他发觉我在看他，赶紧将双脚(shōu lǒng)回桌子下面遮挡住，却不经意露出了他那双破旧的运动鞋，鞋面已有些脱胶，污脏的雪水正从里面渗出来。
(5)我顿时心生感慨，自己也是从山里走出来的孩子，深谙贫穷的滋味。我的手轻轻落在他的肩膀上，这似乎打搅了正沉浸在试题中的他。他打了个激灵，抬起通红的脸，目光闪烁游离，不敢与我正视。我理解他的处境，自己以前也曾有过这种窘相啊。我用鼓励的眼神望着他，微微笑了，示意他直起身来，保持坐姿。他会意地还我一个很腼腆的浅笑，不好意思地纠正着姿势，向我投来一束感激的目光。
(6)以后几天的监考中，我总会踱着步走到那个男孩身边，充满爱怜地凝望着他瘦小的身影。( )他那冻得红肿的手在握笔时显得力不从心，( )落在纸上却是铿锵的笔画，那种执著的全力以赴的神情令人动容。
(7)接连几场考试都无一例外没有剩余的卷子。直到最后一科历史考试，有个同学要求调换印刷不清的试卷才引起我足够的重视，发生这种情形我是多么失职呀。我尴尬地清了两声嗓子，严厉地说：“谁多拿了试卷，站起来。”没有人站起来。孩子们握笔在手，不知所措地看着我。我心中升起一股怒火，再次重复道：“谁多拿了试卷，站起来。”教室里依然寂静无声，我那犀利的目光从孩子们的脸上逐个扫过。这时，那个一直被我倾注关爱的小男孩慢慢地站了起来，在所有人的注视中他显得那么楚楚可怜。他的头垂得很低，缓缓地从桌肚里抽出一份卷子来。真是恨铁不成钢呀!我狠狠地瞪了他一眼，一把夺过了试卷。
(8)教室里又恢复了安静，同学们埋下头去，刷刷地做着题，只有那个小男孩仍然站在他的坐位上。我没叫他坐下，就让他站着答卷吧，我心想，算是给他一个惩戒，让他记住，穷不可耻，真正不能容忍的是他的行为。
(9)这最后一科终于考完了，收上试卷后，我轻松地吁了一口气。我把试卷整理好，装进袋子里，正要离开教室，却被同学们哗啦哗啦地围住了。A一颗颗小脑袋挡在我的面前，一双双眼睛无言地看着我。我诧异地愣怔住了。站在最前面的一个女生有些怯怯地对我说：“老师，张波多拿卷子的事不要告诉校长，好吗?”她这一起头，其他同学也纷纷附和着：“老师，您就原谅他吧……”这是怎么回事?看着他们乞求的目光，我心想其中一定有什么隐情。我远远地望了望那个叫张波的男孩，他正站在坐位上，无声地抽泣着。
(10)同学们七嘴八舌地向我解释：“张波家穷，他爸患糖尿病去世了，家里只有妈妈一个人能干活。他有一个残疾的哥哥，不能正常走路。哥哥无法上学，却很想读书，只能靠张波和同学们为他辅导。那张卷子就是给他哥留的……”
(11)原来竟是这样!一张薄薄的试卷竟然包裹着这样一份深厚的情谊。B我感到眼前一片模糊，眼眶潮湿了，我急忙用手去拭。那张多余的试卷将我的心压得分外沉重，我走到张波身旁，从试卷袋里将它抽了出来，轻轻地塞进张波的手里。
