当戴维德在网上寻找哈维的信息时，戴维德发展我给哈维写的一首诗，他就给我发email，把他和哈维之间的友谊也告诉了我，并和我交换了电话号码。
戴维德给我打来电话，并诉说了他们之间的友情。通过电话我了解到哈维给戴维德写的那张纸条，戴维德一直保存着这张纸条，并把复印件给了我一份。
这件事真的很令人感到吃惊！至少戴维德能查到我的消息。更令人吃惊的是…这么多年过去了,戴维德还好好保存着哈维的纸条！戴维德告诉我…四十多年后还能从我这里听到哈维的消息，这是一件多么不可思议的事情呀！
