Ⅰ 滨海小学教研--行稳致远又一年

1.3-5  第十三届江苏省中小学诗歌竞赛全省总决赛于1月3日-5日在南京外国语学校仙林分校东校区举行。我县小学生在本次大赛中再创佳绩,滨海县实验小学刘珈妤、滨海县永宁路实验学校徐亦、李昌明、东坎实验小学张梓轩、滨海县第二实验小学周佩玉等5名同学荣获省“诗歌之星”称号(全省共10名)。县实验小学江雨桐等26名同学获得特等奖(全省共 50名),另有 16名同学获得一等奖,6名同学获得二等奖,高层次获奖人数连续四年领跑全省。

1.7  小学期末质量监测考务会在局一楼会议室举行。会议对期末考试及五年级期末质量监测进行部署,对考试组织、考风考纪、质量分析等工作提出明确要求。各镇区中心小学校长、社区教育中心主任、二三中心小学校长,县直小学校长及校区执行校长,二三中心小学以上学校分管教学副校长参加会议。

4.23  组织开展“4.23”“众志成城、抗疫有我”主题诵读活动。全县小学以班级或学校为单位,开展了丰富多彩的诵读活动,并通过美篇展示了活动成果。

5.14   全县中小学“‘新型冠状病毒’我知多少”主题征文活动评比结束,小学低中年级组评出特等奖10篇,一等奖50篇,二等奖100篇,三等奖178篇;小学高年级组评出特等奖10篇,一等奖50篇,二等奖100篇,三等奖200篇。

5.25-6.8  精选抗疫主题征文特等奖作品15篇,组织湖海朗诵团的老师倾心朗诵,通过美篇和滨海生活网“月亮湾读书会”两个途径向社会推送,每天阅读量都过万,在社会引起广泛反响。

6.5-6.6  6月5日上午,小学教研室在东坎实验小学举行英语学科新入职教师考核;6月6日下午,小学教研室分别在县实验小学人民路校区、县永宁路实验学校富康路校区举行语文、数学学科新入职教师考核。三科考核通过笔试、粉笔字、PPT制作、微课展示等形式进行,同时对成长手册以及居家学习期间的听课笔记、评课稿、作业设计、读书心得、教育叙事等进行了集中检查。

7.22   全县小学阅读工作、主题班会和综合实践活动成果展示活动在县永宁路实验学校富康路校区举行。活动分县直组、镇区中心小学组、二三中心小学组三个组别集中展示,由校长用PPT形式进行展示并现场打分。县教育局周青局长、王青副局长出席展示活动,并就下一步如何推进提出要求。

8.18-19  小学语文优质课大赛参赛选手培训活动在县永宁路实验学校举行,小学语文研训员和助理研训员做了课堂教学设计专题辅导,观摩了著名特级教师薛法根、张学伟的课堂教学,28位参赛选手结合培训做了微课展示。

9.5  2020年全县小学生课外阅读知识竞赛暨第七届小学“悦读”之星评选活动在县永宁路实验学校富康路校区举行。来自全县的192名选手参加了现场竞赛,33名学生被授予第七届小学“悦读”之星,15名学生将代表滨海参加全市课外阅读知识现场竞赛。

9.11  小学科技辅导员培训在东坎街道中心小学举行,来自各校的科技辅导员和信息技术骨干教师参加了培训。

9.19  特级教师陈建先质量提升报告会在县第二实验小学雏鹰活动中心举行。来自全县各小学的分管教学校长、教务处主任、教研处主任出席报告会。

9.21  组织全县500余名小学语文教师参加盐城市网上教研活动。活动前专门印发通知,活动后印发了《2020 年市小学语文网上教研活动滨海参与情况通报》。活动受到市教科院陈小平院长的充分肯定。

9.28  组织全县2500余名小学生在线参加市教科院小学生英语读写大赛初赛。

9.29  《小学语文教师》执行主编杨文华学术报告会在县永宁路实验学校富康路校区举行。来自全县各校的250名语文教师聆听了报告。

10.15-10.16 盐城市小学语文优质课大赛(低段)在永宁路富康路校区顺利举行,来自全市的12位老师同课异构,为参与本次活动的近300位教师提供了一次很好的学习机会。

10.16-10.21  县小学科学新教材课堂教学展评活动在八滩镇第二中心小学、蔡桥镇中心小学、界牌镇第二中心小学、滨淮镇中心小学等四所学校举行,32位老师分组同课异构,为参与活动的老师提供了精彩的科学课。

10.17  盐城市“新华杯”小学生课外阅读知识现场竞赛在盐城市新河实验小学举行,我县15名选手参赛,8名选手获得特等奖(全市特等奖获得者只有30人),5人获得一等奖,2人获得二等奖,高层次获奖人数全市第一。这是我县小学生参加全市课外阅读知识现场竞赛连续五年高层次获奖人数领先全市,也是我县推进小学生课外阅读取得的又一喜人成绩。获得特等奖的学生分别是:县实验小学陈心悦、沈昱池,滨淮镇中心小学沈馨瑶、沈幸奇,陈涛镇中心小学王珂、刘姝麟,县第二实验小学王诗涵,东坎实验小学于明轩。

10.26  全县小学教育教学工作会议在县永宁路实验学校富康路校区举行。会议由县教师发展中心副主任孟大军主持。出席会议的有县直小学校长,各校区执行校长,分管教学、教研、德育副校长;镇(区、街道)中心小学校长,社区教育中心主任,二三中心小学校长等人员。会上,教育局王青副局长总结部署全县小学教育教学工作。初教科朱卫东科长解读了《关于2020~2021学年度小学教育教学工作考核的意见》。小学教研室于建宏主任还对上学年县小学学科质量整体情况进行分析,通过呈现表格比对县直各学校、乡镇各中心小学成绩,分年级进行学科质量分析,对19年秋、20年春学期学业质量变化情况及学科质量变化情况进行分析,并对我县小学质量提升提出了建议。

10.28-30 小学语文、数学、英语三科新入职教师培训活动在县永宁路实验学校两个校区和县第二实验小学分别举行开班仪式并进行第一次集中培训。

10.28  盐城-泰州跨区域结对小学语文教学研讨活动在界牌镇中心小学举行,来自泰州市医药高新区第一实验小学、我县界牌镇中心小学、界牌镇第二中心小学、东坎街道东坎小学、八巨镇中心小学、正红镇第三中心小学五所学校的骨干教师以及县小学语文名师工作室的全体成员120余人参加了活动。

11.10 县实验小学王彤老师执教的小学语文学科综合性学习《小汉字大学问》在学习强国“江苏学习平台”中小学课堂栏目中推出。

11月16日 盐城市教育局发文公布年内部分学科青年教师基本功大赛评比结果,我县4名教师获得一等奖,4名教师获得二等奖。

11.29-30 盐城市中小学课外阅读指导及推广培训活动在射阳县小学举行。县小学语文研训员于建宏老师应邀作《推进课外阅读任重道远》的专题讲座,介绍课外阅读推进的滨海做法;助理研训员李菊红老师应邀执教示范课《新美南吉的童话世界》。

12.3-4  盐城市让学引思课堂教学改革成果展示活动在大丰区实验小学举行,我县永宁路实验学校李菊红老师执教展示课《父爱之舟》(第二课时),县实验小学吉莉老师执教展示课《《Unit7 At Weekends》(story time 第一课时)。

成功的英语教学要依赖大量的语言材料和语言实践,然而我们在多年教学实践中感到:小学阶段的学生接触和使用语言的时空受到一定的限制。课外阅读是语言学习的一个重要方面。阅读教学在外语教学中起着十分重要的作用,长期以来在我国的英语教学中,阅读课一直是重视的科目。还有,阅读是巩固和扩大词汇量的好方法。然而现行的小学英语并无明确的英语阅读教学目标和配套的阅读教材,因此在小学阶段开设英语课外阅读课具有重要的现实意义,也是时代发展的必然趋势。

二、总体目标

面向全体学生,注重素质教育。关注每个学生的情感,激发他们学习英语的兴趣,激发学生广泛的阅读兴趣,使学生喜欢阅读,感受阅读的乐趣。引导学生注重积累,注重阅读感受和体验,培养语感。培养学生良好的阅读习惯。增强学生阅读理解和分析鉴赏能力。使他们在学习过程中发展综合语言运用能力,提高人文素养。

六、方法指导

1、首先,提供语言感受,重视输入。

对于首先呈现的故事素材,教学中要给学生尽可能多地提供感受语言的机会。教学中可以通过教材上的故事连环画,根据故事内容制作的动态课件,教师声情并茂的表演和体态语言等多种输入方式,使得学生运用多种感官,如用眼、用耳、用脑等来感受故事的情景和内容。与此同时学生会积极地接收各种信息、发现事实、发现问题,如生疏的词语,进而逐步形成通过整体接受事实、领会故事概要的能力;根据感受到的相关信息猜测、推测生疏词语和解决问题的能力;逐步养成认真观察、仔细聆听、积极思索发现等积极学习的态度和良好的语言学习习惯。

3、最后,还要注重模仿表演,强化体验。

建立班级英语角及其它学习阵地。可以向学生征集英语方面的课外书籍,让学生将书带到教室,方便学生进行课外阅读。充分利用教室内外的橱窗、黑板报、手抄报等阵地展示经典佳句,展示学生的阅读成果,营造诵读的氛围。

一、教材分析

Unit 5 这一单元的主题是Numbers,学习数字、交通工具、玩具、表达名词的复数,一首数字歌和学习四个以字母暗线编排的新单词insect、ink、 jacket和jeep,以及含有这四个单词的一首儿歌等内容。由于内容较多,本单元计划安排四课时。Lesson 1 为这一单元的第一课时,学习数字 one two three four five ,知道各表示的是数字几,同时学习,火车,汽车,球 洋娃娃,玩具熊的英文表达法,通过学习能够根据图片快速地说出英文单词,以及与数字有关的表达 How many。对于数字1~5的英语说法,大多数孩子较为熟悉,应注意正音,特别是three |θri:| 较难掌握。在有意义的情意中,学习How many句型,理解数字与“多少”的联系,为后面学习名词的复数形式作铺垫。

二、学生状况分析

一部分孩子在幼儿园或学前班接触过少量英语,大多数孩子属初识英语。这些一年级的孩子天真、活泼、大胆、热情、积极,对英语学习兴趣浓烈,他们喜欢说、唱、玩、演、做游戏、比赛等活动,且乐于表现自己。但他们的注意力不易持久,无意注意占主要,所以宜尽量采用活动式教学法并贯穿整个教学过程。通过近三个月的学习,这些孩子已经掌握了一些简单的日常问候用语,能大胆地模仿并进行跟读;能听懂一些简单的课堂用语,并作出相应的反应;并能就个人的特征,如名字、性别等进行简单介绍;学习了颜色、学习用品、动物、水果、五官部分等单词,能表达问候、致谢,有浓厚的学习英语的兴趣、有一定的自信心。

教学目的:

1﹑学习数字 one two three four five ,知道各表示的是数字几,同时学习,火车,汽车,球 洋娃娃,玩具熊的英文表达法,通过学习能够根据图片快速地说出英文单词。

2、能够听懂表示询问数量的功能句:How many ……?并能够根据询问用数字one ,two ,three……来回答。

3、学生能够快速的指读朗读新单词。

四、 Consolidation 游戏

本环节我设计了两个有趣的游戏,帮助学生复习所学新知识,并且还能帮助学生巩固新知识。

1、Guess the colour. 教师将事先准备好的单词图片如白色的小鸟,绿色的青蛙,红色的苹果等图片进行游戏,首先请一名学生到前面猜,猜的学生面对全班站立,然后老师会从中抽出一张图片高举在手中说:“This is a bird。What colour is it? guess。”猜的学生可以问全班同学:“red (green)?”等,全班同学答:“Yes”或“No”。

猜对的可以换另一位学生继续猜。

2、Point and Colour。

老师通过投影灯向学生出示不同颜色的卡片,让学生们说出是什么颜色。

学生:It’s yellow.

3. 比一比。我从准备好颜色的单词卡中挑选三张让学生快速认记,

我说:“One,two,three。”然后迅速拿走一张卡片,让学生说出是哪几个单词,最快举手说对这三个词的同学可以获得一个小笑脸。

五、Practice. Listen and colour

学生通过听录音来判断所听单词的颜色。并用彩笔将所听的图片图上颜色。从而培养孩子不仅爱动脑,而且还动手的习惯。

六、Homework

让学生到自己的实际生活中去寻找颜色并用英语说一说这些单词,让学生真正感受生活所带来的色彩,从中让孩子们学习热爱生活,也更加热爱学习英语。

一、如何创新作业的设计:

我们知道,一堂完整的课堂是应该有作业设计的。而小学英语的作业怎样布置呢?一直以来,我们老师在布置课后作业时,经常喜欢布置一些抄抄背背的任务,有时还是因为不知布置什么样的作业而让学生抄抄单词应付了事。但是,新课程理念下的作业,已经不再是以往的那种抄写单词、背诵课文之类的作业了,教师们应该尝试创新的作业设计:比如,在讲春节和万圣节这些节日之前,我们可以让孩子们回家查一查有关这些节日的信息,看谁了解的多并回到课堂进行比赛分享;在教到春、夏、秋、冬这四个季节时,我们可以让孩子发挥想象力,通过画画的方式让学生描绘各个季节的景色并用所学的句子描述出来;在教玩一篇对话性的课文后,我们可以让学生用简单的几个句子复述出来;在教到一些语音、语调很美的文章后,我们可以给孩子布置一些模仿录音朗读课文的作业,第二天我们回班级里进行模仿秀的比赛,并评奖等等。

在进行作业的创新的同时,我们要考虑以下几点:1.创新的作业设计目的在于使作业的形式丰富多样,并且能够拓展学生的能力,使知识得以延伸,并能挖掘不同层次的学生的潜能,但并不表示我们就不再布置抄抄写写的作业了,在基础阶段,类似的作业还是很有必要的;2.在布置创新的作业时,还要注意分层,因为学生的语言习得能力不尽相同.因此,不同的学生要布置不同的作业,这样才能让所有的孩子有收获,有进步.结合这几年的教学,我觉得语言学习是带有一定天赋的.有的孩子能一点就通,而有的孩子的发音就怎么训练都到不了位,怎么努力都达不成目标.所以,我在实践过程中还是比较倡导一种所谓的“米饭+蔬菜”的作业形式。“米饭”是基本的学习要求,是必须人人要达到的;而“蔬菜”是拓展练习,可根据孩子们的喜好、能力来自己选择。比如,在学习某一句型后,我们可以设计这几种作业供孩子们选择:第一可以是基本的Makesentences,选择这一层面的往往是学习有困难的学生,他们可在造句的词汇上自主选择;第二是Makedialogues,选择这一层面的往往是稍有依赖心理的孩子,他们总会两到三人一组讨论对话的内容和语言组织,由于是合作,他们总能及时纠正自己语言中所出现的错误,是一种很好的互补形式的中作业;另外还有一些学习能力特别强的学生,他们能自己Makedialogues,充分运用所学知识发挥想象力,在作业反馈阶段总能引起其他孩子的极大兴趣。
