All in all,for the sake of the development of the cell phone,we people need to use it properly.
2、Using the mobile phone is a normal phenomenon in school. Like many things it has both advantage and disadvantage. Chatting with friends by message is an interesting things. And it is convenient to communicate with parents having a mobile .but it is obvious that carrying can disturb teaching in class and it can cause the comparison between students. So the attitude towards mobile should be forbidding using mobile in school and call on students concentrate on studies.
3、Nowadays mobile phones are becoming more and more popular among the middle school students. In my opinion, we can bring mobile phones to school.
As we know, the 21st century is a modern age and full of information. A mobile phone is one of the quickest tools for us to exchange information. The mobile phone is a fashionable and useful invention, so we ought to make the best use of it. Suppose there’s a sudden accident, it is more convenient for us to dial for help immediately. There’re also some games in the mobile phone. We can relax ourselves by playing them when we’re tired of our studies.
In my opinion, it’s not wrong to follow the fashion, but the most important thing is how to use the mobile phone in a right way.
现如今，越来越多的中学生开始使用手机。我认为，学生在学校应该使用手机。
众所周知，21世纪是一个信息化时代，各种各样的信息满天飞，手机是一种时尚和有用的发明，所以我们应当使用它。假如有什么紧急情况发生，我们可以立即使用手机拨打电话求助。而且手机里也有一些游戏，当我们学习学累了可以玩一下，已达到放松的目的。
我认为，紧跟时代的潮流是没有错的，把手机用到正途上才是关键。

现如今无论男女老少，几乎是人手一机，甚至是手机成瘾，手机就像身体的一部分，出门忘带手机，心里总觉得不踏实；感觉像少了什么，一段时间不看手机，总觉得无所事事。低着头玩手机，而这个就是“低头族”们最常见的代表动作！“低头族”也成为当今年轻人中随处可见的特征… 只要稍加留意我们就会发现，不管是在马路边、地铁公交车上，还是餐桌上、聚会时，大家几乎都是在低着头看手机。低头玩手机的现象很普遍，却没有多少人意识到沉迷于掌上方寸间的危害。有人用鲜血在证明手机的危害。近日，17岁女生商某与同伴外出聚餐时，一边走路一边玩手机，一脚踩空，跌入十五六米的深坑不幸身亡。他的男朋友激动之下，转身跳下相救，落在深坑中间一个平台上，深受重伤。女孩商某送到医院时心跳停止，经抢救无效死亡。一个小小的手机很弱小，但它却像猛虎一样让小商付出了生命的代价。可真是悲哀呀。在这里我也提醒大家走路的时候就回到现实吧，手机是不会提醒你前面有什么的。更值得深思的是在江西的一个司机竟然在高速路上玩手机游戏，把生命当成儿戏，还好被交警及时阻止，才没酿成大祸。
科技改变了人们传统的沟通方式，带来方便快捷的同时，也会带来负面影响。人们的交往隔着网络和屏幕，看不真切对方鲜活的表情，取而代之的是表情符。也许在发这些符号的时候，我们的脸上其实没有什么表情。人们把太多的情感投入到虚拟世界，和现实反而有些隔阂了。周围的人都好像变透明了一样。现在让我们回忆一下当我们低头的时候错过了什么，首先是最最珍贵的亲情，在拿起手机的时候，我们是善忘的，因为我们永远都想不起给家里打个电话，问候一下，在家里时时牵挂你的爸爸妈妈。其次是友情，手机早已将我们变成了双面人，因为我们竟悲哀的发现，拿起手机口若悬河的我们面对现实的交流竟然会怯懦无语。然后是爱情，男孩们，你们不能也不应该在那里埋怨女孩太现实，因为沉迷于手机给不了她想要的家。
诚然，不该因噎废食禁用手机，说到底手机只是一种工具，放下你手中的手机，珍惜身边的风景，你会发现最真实的感动。我也在这此真诚的提醒大家：走路看车别玩手机，陪家人聊天别玩手机……让我们时常放下手机，伸出手、迈开腿—而不是打个电话、发条短信去缩小与他人的距离。低头族，抬起头来，回到现实生活中吧！ 其实精彩无处不在，千万不要让冰冷的电子产品侵蚀了我们的心灵，那些东西只是我们的消遣，不是事业。它不能改变我们最初的生活，也无法代替我们最真实的世界。
在这里我给大家推荐一个戒掉手机瘾，最简单的方法，在手腕上套一个橡皮筋，每当你想玩手机的时候，你就不停地拉橡皮筋，一拉一松，弹到手腕疼痛，直至玩手机的想法消失。我也会实施。毕竟我也是个低头族。这个是强制的方法，要从根本上解决，还是要在心理上作出调整。
首先，你得知道你自己为什么要进入大学，是为了以后找好工作。这个道理我们都知道，但是知道不等于有动力，就像很多人都知道运动对健康有益，但是不会有很多人只是因为知道这件事就去运动。他一定是为了达到某些目的，有了足够的动力才会去运动。同样，要让自己对放下手机有足够的动力，就必须把焦点从放下拔高到更远大的目标或梦想。我们要有竞争的危机意识。当你松懈的时候，就有许多人正在努力超越你，日积月累下来，差距岂能不大，那么你被刷下来的几率自然也就变大了。想到这儿还不觉得冒冷汗吗？
请你抬头看看我！专注刷屏的“低头族”们，别让掌中的屏幕屏蔽了真实的世界。要知道，你低头的刹那，疏离了宝贵的亲情、友情、爱情，甚至会失去了宝贵的生命。从现在开始，让我们抬起头来，面对面用心交流，让真情在你我之间流动。 谢谢大家。

First, I would like to ask you a question: If we don’t have mobile phones, can you imagine what your life would be like? Yes, it’s hard to imagine…
In the so-called information age, people rely more and more on the small personal belongings. As we all know, Mobile phones are playing an important part in our daily life. They have been used almost by everyone all over the world. As a matter of fact, Mobiles have brought us great convenience and pleasure. Wherever we are, Mobiles make it possible for us to keep in touch with others immediately. We can text a message instead of writing a letter, it is a popular and cheaper way to contact with each other. We can chat with our friends, read e-books, play games and listen to the radio on the mobiles. A multi-functional mobile is even like a mini-computer. With it at hand, we can surf the internet and enjoy as much information as we can.
However, every coin has two sides. Mobiles also have some bad effects on us, especially on school students. The radiation may do harm to our health. Some students are addicted to on-line chatting or games, which is not only bad for their studies and their eyes but also causes more phone rates. Students use them to chat online and bend their backs, stare at the floor regardless of the teachers’ teaching ring classes which seems to be inconsiderate about everything happening around.
Some students even use mobile phones to cheat in the exam, it’s indeed a pity of the information age.
I have a lot of pals to chat with, I have many eBooks to read, I need it to kill my sleepless midnight……they answered so when asked “why do you need a cell phone?” Excuses!
So it’s obvious that cell phones have been misused by many of us.
In my opinion, Mobile phones are made by us human beings. We should use it properly. Take myself for example, there is an English dictionary in my mobile, it is a good helper for me to learn English; when I travel with my friends, I usually take some photos with my cell phone; I have also downloaded some nice songs to my cell phone. In my spare time, it’s wonderful to enjoy the beautiful mp3 music. My dear friends, we have to admit mobile phone is a fashionable and useful invention. But it is also double-edged sword, so why not make good use of it and let it serve us well? The great era needs us to be the true master of our mobile phones.
