才七年级，抄不要太担袭心
课本单词一定要全部记牢，另外可以从 新概念英语 积累单词，或者阅读一些英语报刊杂志

阅读理解可以自己买书来做，每天一两篇，英语注重积累，积累多了自然有很大成效

完形填空，建议你做的时候，先不要急着看选项
先通读全文，了解大意，同时自己凭知识及感觉，判断这里填什么单词好，
读完全文再来从头看文章，看选项，一一对应，
另外完型这东西，有时候第一感觉反而比较准，所以做好不要在几个选项里面来回徘徊，容易错

单词老忘很正常，每天记得看一看读一读
另外老师要求背课文的话一定要背，对记单词记句型很有帮助的
