全面推荐素质教育,是当前我国现代化建设的一项紧迫任务,是我国教育事业的一场深刻变革,是教育思想和人才培养模式的重大进步.作为有”世界通用语”之称的英语,它的使用价值越来越高,越来越受到世界各国人民的重视.该书以现代英语教学理论为指导,重点介绍小学英语教学的基本原则和方法以及编者多年进行儿童英语教学实践,从事小学英语教学法课程教学和研究的经验和体会.

作为一名小学英语教师,要搞好英语的教与学活动,运用恰当的教学方法,通过小学教学活动的趣味性,直观性,实践性使小学生爱学,会学,主动学.小学英语教学法课是一门理论和实践相结合的专业课.不是会讲英语的人就能教好英语.我们不仅要具有坚实的英语基础知识和运用语言的能力,还必须学习有关英语教学的理论,提高自身的教学能力.
歌谣,充满童趣,合辙压韵,琅琅上口,迎合了少年儿童的心理与口味.简笔画,一种具有普遍推广意义的直观教学手段,它运用最简单的线条和平面形概括地勾画出物象的主要特征,用笔简练,形象简洁,应用简便.它有利于活跃课堂气氛,激发学生兴趣,化解教学难点,变抽象为具体,化复杂为简单,并能增强记忆,提高学习效果.运用歌曲和音乐学习语言也是外语教学的有效方法之一.用教唱英语歌曲的方法把儿童引入英语的广阔殿堂,无疑是符合儿童心理发展规律的,它具有以下作用:激发学习下去;提高学习效益;完善学习品质;充实文化知识等.我们可以从各类儿童英语教科书中选择一些旋律较熟,唱词简单适合的歌曲.如<>,<>,<>等.当然还可以自己编歌.英语课外活动与课堂教学有着密切的联系,它与课堂教学的目的是一致的，是英语课堂教学必不可少的辅助形式.开展好课外活动可使学生储存一些学好英语的潜在能量,对课堂教学起到很好的促进作用.它有利于提供更多的语言实践机会,因材施教,开发智力,拓宽视野,培养合作精神,但在开展英语课外活动的时候要防止随意性和盲目性等.要根据学生的不同年龄,性格,兴趣和特长,采取不同的活动方式,常见的活动形式有英语竞赛(小学生的表现欲和荣誉感都比较强,适当地在课外开展一些竞赛活动,既能提高学生学习英语的兴趣,调动他们的积极性,又能对学生的思维,记忆,理解,反应等能力进行综合训练,有利于综合素质的培养),英语晚会(有利于发挥学生的作用和独创精神,锻炼学生的组织能力,培养学生对艺术的兴趣和艺术才能),英语角,英语学习园地等.
作为一名小学英语教师,在具备与其他学科教师共性的素质,如敬业精神,良好的师德,广博的文化知识之外,还应具有良好的心理素质,因为在教育过程中,教师心理品质对学生心灵的影响,是任何其他教育手段无法代替的.它不仅表现为一种教育和教学工作的成败,而且作为一种巨大的教育力量潜移默化地影响着学生的人格.同时要具有系统而扎实的语言基础知识和听说读写几方面的技能和能力和较强的教学能力,包括语言的`示范能力,综合教学技能等.还要有改革创新的意识,要随着时代的发展变化重新设计塑造自己的形象.
小学英语教师读书笔记(二)
一、导入要新颖.
俗话说：“良好的开端是成功的一半”。上课也一样。教师的循循诱导，能让学生产生强烈的求知欲和好奇心，从而更积极主动地参加课堂教学，为整节课的成功作准备。可以采用以下几种导入：⒈歌曲导入。⒉设置悬念。当然导入很多，教学中不能单一的用一种导入，也许这种导入刚开始学生觉得很有劲，但天天用学生就会厌倦了。所以教师设计时要多多新颖，多多改变，尽量多样性。
二、创设情景，多用直观教学.
由于小学生年龄较小，生活经验不丰富，知识范围有限，决定了他们对直观、新颖、有趣的材料容易理解和接受。比如学生学习“good morning ﹑good afternoon ﹑good evening”这三个问候词时很容易混淆，我就用道具设置情景：画了三幅图，有从东面初升的太阳表示上午，有正在上方炎热的太阳表示中午，有明亮的月亮表示晚上。再叫学生用“good morning ﹑good afternoon ﹑good evening”来说，加深了学生的印象。作为一个小学英语教师表情要丰富，如果表情呆滞，语言平淡，学生就不能全身心投入学习中。所以在课堂上，老师需要生动地表演，丰富的表情，使学生进入一个童话世界。在制作教具时可让学生自己动手画、动手做。在教学中要用到的图片，可以提早几天布置下去，当他们的作品被运用在课堂上时，孩子们都很兴奋。这样使学生体会到成功的喜悦也激发了学英语的兴趣。此外画图片，也培养了学生的绘画能力，也可让他们熟悉一下将要学的新知识，真是一举多得啊!
三、运用多种教学方式使学生“玩学结合”.
爱玩是孩子的天性。教师在课前充分利用教材内容，精心设计一系列知识性、趣味性强的听、说、读、写教学游戏，使学生边玩游戏边学习，在丰富多彩的游戏中接受英语，喜欢英语，达到“玩与学”相结合的目的。在小学英语书上有许多单词要记住，这就得通过让学生在各种游戏中慢慢学习单词，而不是死记硬背。我们要掌握的单词以卡片、图片、头饰、动作等各种不同形式展现给学生，通过各种游戏进行渗透。

就是用不同形状或不同颜色的线条、图形在书刊上作出标记。有时还可以配合符号写上简要的几个字使符号的意义更具体明确。
这种笔记一般在初次阅读时使用目的是引起注意。因为在阅读过程感到有些问题须作进一步思考或者要设法记住它便随手标示出来准备回过头来再仔细研究。
必须强调的是书刊要是属于自己的才能在上面打上各种标记。如果书刊是图书馆或朋友的藏书切忌使用这种形式。常见有人在借来的书上面乱写乱画这种举动的用意可能借此炫耀学识但在别人看来这些圈圈点点刻画出一个丑陋的灵魂令人恶心。一个自尊自重的人是不该去做这种蠢事的。
符号笔记的各种符号各代表什么意思由自己掌握。但要注意：各符号使用前要加以设计线条和图形的含义要固定阅读自始至终都要前后一致不能一天一变否则反而把自己弄糊涂了。使用的符号不可过多这样才能保证一打开圈点过的书就能看明白。还要注意圈点和勾划的地方也不宜过多通篇都加了五花八门的记号反而起不到突出重点的作用。
2． 批注笔记
批注笔记就是在书眉上写上校文、订误、提示、心得、评语等眉批或在原文后面加尾批在行与行之间加行批在正文两边加旁批在佳妙处加旁点在最精警处加旁圈。这类笔记的好处是随读随写不受约束往往迸发出思想的火花。写得好的批注笔记小而精见解独到一语破的能启发顿悟即所谓“思理入妙要言不繁。”这样的批注是哲学思辩性与文学精炼性的统一不但于笔记者本人有回味的价值其他读者亦以一睹为快。
批注时应该做到既言之有物又简明扼要。批语要有分析不管是褒是贬都应该说出点根据来。但批语也不应过长啰哩啰唆地说不到点子上也不好。
和符号笔记一样这种形式也是当书刊是属于自己时才适用。
3． 摘抄式笔记
就是把原文重要的语句、数据、公式、定理、精彩段落、精辟的论述、佳句、警句或重要的史实、资料等摘录下来甚至全抄原文以便日后查检。关于词句、个别论点、个别事物的摘录则宜用卡片或活页纸的形式以便于分类保存查检；长篇文章的详细抄写宜用笔记本的形式可多备几个笔记本按需要分门类分别抄写。更为省事的就是将这些文字（或图画）剪下来帖在笔记本或不用的杂志上。如果书刊不是自己的则可以先复印后剪贴。采用摘抄式笔记须注意：
（1） 摘抄那些精彩、有价值、有必要的内容。
（2） 录后要经过核对注意与原文相符甚至标点符号也要与原文一样否则就有可能把作者的原意弄错。
（3） 摘抄前后或中间有所省略要用省略号表示。如果遇上原文已有的省略号要加括号注明“（省略号为原文已有）”以便于区别。
（4） 一定要在抄录（或剪贴）后注明资料的来源如书名或刊名、编著者、出版社、出版年月等需要时可查考原文。
（5） 使用卡片摘抄资料时一张卡片只能记一条材料否则不便于分类也不便于检索。
（6） 如果能在抄录后随时写一点体会、感想可以加深自己对原文的理解。

1学外语无捷径。
尽管不能否认，好的教材，辅助设备，老师，环境，以及个人的恒心乃至天分，都对学好外语有一定作用。然而绝不存在一种超越一切普通方法的神招妙术。国内近二十年来流行过无数的国外英语教材和五花八门的学习方法，然而无不是昙花一现。常识和专家早就告诉我们：学外语和学其他一种技能一样，只能靠日积月累，无论什么方法都一样。
2"成功"与否取决于具体目地。
十个学外语的人大概就有十种不同的目地。例如考级，职称，学分，工作需要，留学，进入外企，上网浏览，乃至于看懂产品说明书等等。目的不同，所要投入的`时间和精力也大不相同。例如对于一个受过中等以上教育，除了"ABC"之外基本没有英语基础的人，看懂简短的英语的产品说明书也只需半小时。要通过英语六级则需三至五年时间(依上述条件的不同而异)。若要达到和自己的母语一样的水平，唯一的办法就是终生学习，天天使用。
3学习的方法和侧重点也取决于学习的目标。

The Old Man and the Sea is one of Hemingway's most enring works and may very well become one of the true classics of this generation.It played a GREat part in his winning the Pulizer Prize in 1953 and the 1954 Novel Prize for Literature and confirmed his power and presence in the literary world. Hemingway is also one of my favorite writers. Besides The Old Man And the Sea, I have read some of his other works, such as The Sun Also Rises, A Farewell to Arms and The Snow of Kilimanijaro. But The Old Man and the Sea is the one that left the deepest impression on me.
I first read this book when I was in my fifteens. And now I remember it just as well as if I had read it yesterday.
Pride and Prejudice is a chefdoeuvre.
My first impression of this story was from screen.
It's long long ago, maybe before I can read english books. I don't remember which movie edition I had seen. But I was impressed by the music, the scenery and the costume. I was very favor of a section of music in its balls. It's pretty brisk, liked a wonderful song of a bird. Regarding to the characters, I liked Elizabeth, the heroine,though I didn't think she's beautiful. But she's smart. However, I didn't pay much attention to the plot. I thought it's so long that it made me impatient and bored. By now, I haven't read the whole story in English or its Chinese version, either. I owe it to my prejudice.
In fact, I didn't understand the story at that time. I didn't know why it called Pride and Prejudice. Of course someone was pride, but I didn't find where' s the prejudice. I thought it's normal, the way people treated each other in that. I considered prejudice would be very disgusting. But to the movie everthing was OK in my minds, except its length. Now, I think I have understood more about it. I'm a prejudiced person so I can't find where's wrong. I merely like to do the things I like. Everytime I meet somebody or something,my thinking about he or it all depends on my foregone experience and my mood of the time.
