『壹』 短时间内提高英语阅读能力，流利说阅读是怎么到的
用流利说阅读，每天第一件事就是打开手机先听朗读音频，不看原文，练习内听力，然后阅容读新闻原文，记下问题，找到学习切入点；再带着问题听讲解，对照重点词汇和拓展内容记笔记，因为老师的讲解中涵盖了词汇应用、口语表达、长难句分析、写作技巧、文化拓展等各个方面知识，所以这部分是最重要的、全维度的英语学习内容；然后再次阅读原文，整理、消化笔记。
最后，我会再次收听原文，加深肌肉记忆，把听力输入转换为口语输出。到了晚上，我会复习知识卡片，尝试用卡片上的单词和句型造句，把阅读输入转换为写作输出。通过这样一个不断听读的过程，去增强自己的语言输出能力。
