老师面试试讲15分钟流程:
分为集中、抽签、备考、面试(说课或试讲、答辩)、评分这几个步骤。
1、集中:考生按照准考证所列内容和要求,凭身份证和准考证到指定待考休息室集中报道
2、抽签:由检录员组织考生抽签确定面试顺序,届时未到者,其面试顺序,由检录指定。面试通知单上会提前给出课题范围,考生要在考场抽取其中一个题目参加面试。
3、等待:未到备课时间的考生待考休息室等待
4、备课:在检录员的引导下,考生由抽签顺序到指定的备课室备课,一般为30分钟左右,各招聘单位的备考时间略有不同,备课一般是不得携带任何资料。
5、面试:
(1)在计时统分员引导下,考生到指定测试点进行面试。一般为 15分钟左右,进入面试教室,在评委面前说课或试讲,之后会有5分钟左右答辩时间。面试答辩被安排在说课或试讲之前或之后,也可能与其分开,单独进行一次集中面试。具体情况以通知单为准。
(2)面试成绩采用百分制。中小学语文、数学、中学地理、小学科学、小学英语岗位考试内容为说课或试讲及回答评委的提问,时限15分钟以内;音体美 计算机、特岗考试内容为说课或试讲、外加专业技能展示。
6、评分:面试考官根据考生面试情况,独立评出其面试分数,签名后交计时统分员。
7、确认:计时统分员监督员的监督下,去掉一个最高分和一个最低分后,计算平均分得 出考生面试的分数,并由面试主教官、督促员、计时统分员、考生本人依次签名确认。

Step 4 Discussion
Ask the students to discuss the followingdifferences (equipment and possible skills) in groups of four. Think about whatwe should take and what possible dangers we may meet when we are going hikingand rafting, and tell the reasons to each other.

Step 5 Consolidation
