朗文字典不带光盘的版本和牛津高阶都是99元，我个人这两本字典都有，我更喜欢用朗文。

⑺ 高中学生应该用什么英语字典

主要看你是什么类型的。
如果是简单的查词义，喜欢研究些超纲词汇，那最热门的是牛津高阶和朗文当代，前者的词汇量、权威度等综合考虑应该是最好的。

而有的基础好的同学会喜欢看英文释义，而个人认为牛津的英文释义非常复杂，经常用更难的单词来解释简单些的词。这方面我推荐一下柯林斯词典，这个词典对于单词的英文解释浅显易懂，这个词典也被诸多新东方老师推崇。柯林斯另外两个好处是：给单词的基础性重要性评级（你可以看看外国人认为什么词最基础最重要），以及例句丰富。

最后不得忽略的是韦氏词典，如果以后打算出国，现今托福和GRE的官方命题机构ETS只参照一本词典---韦氏大学词典。GRE的填空题让你选择同义词，很大部分的同义词就是韦氏大学词典用来相互解释彼此用的释义。韦氏词典的其他系列也是英语高手的最爱，尤其是同义反义词和词根词典这两本。并且，韦氏的纯英文词典小巧轻便，适合携带。

ps：其实高中生我觉得买个电子词典就方便够用了，现在电子词典很多都有配牛津高阶或者朗文当代，你在买前问好就行了。当然如果你喜欢翻纸质词典，也是很鼓励的，这样的话推荐你网购一本韦氏纯英文版的词典，便携轻便还便宜，然后配一本牛津高阶放桌底，偶尔查查比较难、偏的词。

用电脑的话可以直接用有道，有道的在线翻译是配合柯林斯词典的，例句非常经典丰富，而且取词能力强大。离线词典则应该是lingos最出色，因为可以下载诸多离线词典（包括上述4个词典，但是释义是精炼的，不完整），对比各种释义来学习。

翻译技巧
翻译过程中包括两个阶段：正确理解和充分表达。
理解是表达的前提，而表达是理解的目的和结果，二者缺一不可，因此，考生在做英译汉部分试题时：
1、切记不可急躁，一定要先通读全文，把握全文的主旨、内容，把握划线部分的语境;
2、在着重理解划线部分时，首先要在语义上理清全句的整体意思和每个单词的意思;其次要分析清楚句子结构，理出句群，找出各分句之间的关系;
3、可考虑先打一份翻译草稿，再根据文章意义和汉语结构进行调整。
由于英语中，一词多义的现象十分普遍，且英汉词典中给出的汉语解释未必全面，未必与英文的意思完全对等，这就带来两方面的问题：
A、需要根据该多义词在其语言环境中的词类、搭配关系甚至是单复数形式来确定基本意思;
B、在"忠实"的原则下，如果词典上的释义显得不"通顺"，那么为了"忠实"与"通顺"的统一，我们必须立足于原意，对其加以适当的引申。
选择词义的时候，要根据词在句中的词类及上下文的搭配关系来确定。

实际操练

里面收入了很多词根词缀法等实用的单词记忆法，比如：ab-、dict-、tele-，讲得很详细，还有好多例词。
单词的搭配用法也讲得很详细。比如：advise sb to do sth；be grateful for sth这样的句型都总结得很好。
还有提示学习者经常犯错的地方。比如：不能说suggest sb to sth. 这些其实是考试里经常碰到的考点。
总的来说，用这本词典，可以快速记单词，学到准确英语，考试拿高分。
当然，如果英语水平很高，经常看英文书报，那就可以用高阶或电子词典。
一般学生如果以高考为目标，还是务实一点，选用针对性强的词典。
