四、工作措施
1、强化目标管理。各科组、级组根据学校教学的整体目标计划和要求以及各学科实际情况制定各学科的教学目标。各科任教师根据学校教学整体目标和学科教学目标，按年级学科要求，按班级学生实际和教师本人特长确定自己的教学目标。上述三种教学目标，从集体到个人，从整体到局部，最后落实到教师个体教学目标上，从而实现学校的整体目标。
2、抓好教学进度。各年级在不影响课堂效率的前提下，要力争把教学进度适当提前，以求得高考、中考、会考和市、镇统考备考工作主动权。
（1）高三级：尽可能把三轮复习的进度安排好，争取每次模拟考取得好的成绩。

（3）高一级：地理科争取在第10周前结束新课，其他各科在打好基础的前提下，应适当超前，为会考及市统考作好充分准备。

3、抓好时间协调。本学期根据教学大纲规定的课时比例和学科特点，把白天和晚上的自习课分到各科，以协调各科的教学工作。各科任教师要视当天教学内容和自习安排情况，合理调整好作业量，并教育学生利用好自习时间。

2 、生活方面。大学是个集体生活的方式，宿舍是一个大集体，八个人生活在同一个空间里面，但是各自的生活习性都不相，这就需要大家互相理解和迁就，只有这样才能和好相处，为我们的学习创造一个良好的学习和休息环境。我初中就已经到外面读书，因此很早就过着一种集体生活，所以我比较会理解别人，当然，我们宿舍的融洽和谐关系还很大归属于我们每一个宿友。大学的生活的确过得很有意义，我们一起的努力追求自己的梦想，一起为彼此加油。我的大学生活过得很精彩，大一的生活点点滴滴是值得我去收藏的。
