F. 给国外大学些申请书，开头应怎么称呼对方

不用，直接用Dear Sir/Madam，然后结尾的时候可以写Sincerely yours，或者Kind regards，最后注明自己的姓名，比如Applicant: Zhang San(Mr.)，如下所示：
