说白了 考不到的东西就不讲 将常考的、易出现的知识点讲给学生 这样的话学生学起来有成就感、有动力；老师备课也能更有效
不过 一眼就能看出哪些是重点 哪些常考到 达到这水平老师也得要下狠功夫的
还有 我觉得 平时上课的时候 诙谐幽默的讲课方式 学生应该更喜欢（本人的实际经验）
如果某个知识点能结合学生的实际生活 相信这样也会增加学生的兴趣
