一、原则

1、审题。动笔之前，认真审题：

要仔细看清题目要求的内容，确定短文的中心思想，看懂题意，根据题目所给的资料和信息来审题。审题要审格式、体裁、人物关系、故事情节、主体时态、活动时间、地点等。

2、围绕中心，拟定提纲

书面表达评分原则有四条：

（1）内容要点；

（2）运用词汇和结构的数量；

（3）运用语法结构和词汇的准确性；

（4）上下文的连贯性。

要点是给分的一个重要因素。为了防止出现像上周那位同学把要点写漏了的情况，同学们要把题目中给出的各个要点逐条列出。根据短文的中心思想考虑如何开头、展开和结尾，设想几个承上启下的连词，将主要句型、关键词语草草记下，形成提纲，切忌结构分散，废话连篇，严重跑题。注意题目要求写的体裁和字数。

强烈建议:在文章第一段(开头)用一长一短，且先长后短;在文章主体部分，要先用一个短句解释主要意思，然后在阐述几个要点的时候采用先短后长的句群形式，定会让主体部分妙笔生辉!文章结尾一般用一长一短就可以了。

3、 一二三顺序

有条理的人讲话总是第一点、第二点、第三点等等清楚明了，我们写英语作文尤其要注意这一点。

保守一点的话，大家可以用first, second, third, last等词来表明顺序。

更出新意一点的话，大家可以用to begin with, then, furthermore, finally(强烈推荐)等，on the one hand, on the other hand(适用于两点的情况)。在此仅举两例，大家平时还可以多积累一些。

4、短语优先

写作时，尤其是在考试时，如果使用短语，有两个好处:其一、用短语会使文章增加亮点。其二、关键时刻思维短路，只有凑字数，怎么办?用短语是一个办法!比如:

I cannot bear it. 可以用短语表达:I cannot put up with it.

I want it. 可以用短语表达:I am looking forward to it.

这样字数明显增加，表达也更准确。

5、多变句式

句式要多变，不要一个句式到底。

a.并列关系的句子用and来连接，还可用not only.....but also,这样句子就显得更进了一步。同义短语有：besides, furthermore, likewise, moreover。

b.因果关系用so 来连接，讲故事的时候我们总要追求先后顺序，先什么，后什么，所以然后这个词就变得很常见了。其实这个词表示的是先后或因果关系!

c.转折关系用but来连接。例：The coat was thin, but it was warm.
