一般的名片上的信息可分為七個部分寫作：

交換名片：

(1)關於地名的寫法，一般遵循從小地名到大地名的寫法。
一般順序為：室號—門牌號—街道名—城市名—省（洲）--國家

（2)地址在名片上，應該保持一定的完整性。門牌號與街道名不可分開寫，必須在同一行，不可斷行。名種名稱不可斷開。
