I』m writing in response to your invitation to guests who have recently stayed at your hotel to suggest ways in which you could further improve your service.

Also it is necessary to design sidewalks for the blind. Then it would be handy to provide disabled people with special passages and toilets. Last but not least, the height of the shelves should be suitable for disabled people in wheelchairs.
