我先用小剪刀按易拉罐的常在彩色紙上剪了一個同樣長的長條。再把長條圍在易拉罐的身上，給他穿上了一件漂亮的「新衣服」。再用剪刀在彩色紙上剪下四個正方形。用膠水把正方形貼在易拉罐的兩側，做火車的窗子。又用剪刀在右下角和左下角各打一個小洞，用毛線從兩個洞里穿過 。再用剪刀剪下四個圓形做火車的車輪。就在這個時候，我一下不小心，把手指剪破了，還在流血，「哎呀，好疼啊！我大聲的喊。我一下把旁邊的東西用力推帶了地上，用紙擦了擦 手上的血。 頭去看了看摔在地上的材料。我突然想起老市場對我們說的一句話：「做事情不要半途而廢，只要堅持到底，你就可以成功。」我坐在凳子上響了一會兒，我一下子站了起來，把地上的東西撿起來，繼續做我的小火車。我再用同樣的方法作了5個車子，又用毛線把湯門全部連起來。這樣，我的小火車就大功告成了。
我拿著小或者連忙跑到媽媽的房間去。我說：「媽媽，你看看我坐的小火車。」媽媽看了以後，甜美的笑了。
我以後要多做一些小製作，這樣不但可以提高我的動手能力，又可以將廢物回收，我真高興。
今天，我從這件事懂得了做事要堅持到底的道理，不怕困難，你就會成功。昨天下午，我早早地把作業做完。閑著沒有事做，我看見牆角有一堆易拉罐。我想：那些易拉罐如果拿去甩了多污染環境阿，不如把他們利用起來，這樣不但不污染環境，又可以讓廢物回收。正是兩全其美阿」。
