Tai Shan (Peace Mountain) is one of the five Daoist sacred mountains in China. Because of its history it is the most climbed mountain in China.
Tai Shan has been climbed by many people important in Chinese history. The emperors of great dynasties had to climb the mount to show that they has been the sole ruler of the country.
Mount Tai is located in the north of Tai'an city, in the middle ofShandong province. As one of the five most famous mountains in China, it is recognized as the head of the Five-mountain and defined to be East-mountain adoringly. 一、調查的背景與目的：
隨著社會生活的信息化、經濟活動的全球化、文化習俗的多元化，英語教學，成為當今基礎教育的一大熱點，也是家長和學校關注的焦點，因此廣大教師都在追求高質量的英語課堂教學。《英語課程標准》明確提出：在義務教育階段，英語課程的目標是激發和培養學生的學習興趣，幫助學生樹立信心，養成良好的學習習慣，發展自主學習的能力，形成有效的學習策略......所以，在新課程理念下，研究英語課堂教學模式是我國基礎教育的一個重要課題。
為此，做如下設計問卷，並進行了「初中英語課堂教學模式」的問卷調查。
此次問卷調查，目的在於准確地把握當前初中學生學習英語的心裡和現狀，加強針對性研究，有效推動《中學英語不同課型教學模式研究》課題的深入開展，為接下來的研究提供客觀依據，以期探索初中學生學習英語的最佳方法與途徑，形成模式，從而提高農村初中學校英語教學的效率。
二、調查的對象、內容和方法：
1、調查對象：本校三個年級共44個教學班，三個年級共發放60份問卷，回收有效問卷50份，其中，七年級回收12份，八年級回收18份，九年級回收20份。

學生問卷從英語教師、學生、英語語言學習環境等多維設置，內容涵蓋了教學內容、教學方法、教學手段、教學評價以及課外學習資源等多方面，設置了主、客觀兩種問題。
（2）、座談會與個案訪談
在調查階段，我們召開了教師座談會以及學生個案訪談。這些座談會與訪談為我們提供了大量的生動典型材料，而且為理性分析提供了基礎。
三、調查結果與分析
通過本次問卷調查以及座談會與個案訪談，得知九年級有37.3%的學生喜歡老師課堂語言中英結合， 66.7%的學生喜歡老師主要使用英語教學。而七年級學生普遍希望教師用漢語組織教學，高達71.1%。絕大多數學生認為英語課堂對自己的英語提高有很大幫助。學生把影響學習英語興趣的主要原因歸咎於教師、課程內容或設備環境等方面，必須指出的是：慈祥、幽默、一視同仁、有扎實英語專業知識的老師是學生心目中的好老師，學生的向師性比較明顯。學生學習英語的主要困難低年級學生集中在詞彙的記憶上（佔53.9%），而高年級學生集中於寫作上（佔66.1%）。90.3%的學生渴望輕松活躍的英語課，絕大部分學生相信教師使用多媒體教學，開展課外英語活動會提高學生學習英語的興趣，但是，主動尋求課外學習資源的僅佔9.8%。關於學習英語過程中遇到的問題，大多數學生選擇積累或忽視不理，出錯時希望老師幫助指出錯誤的佔52.1%，主動說英語的更是微乎其微。通過個案訪談，我們發現絕大部分學生最希望得到老師或同學的肯定評價。
綜合調查分析，問題突出體現在以下幾個層面：
1、英語教師方面。
在中考指揮棒的指引下，目前初中英語教師英語教學突出「四重」：重教材、重講解、重傳統、重尖子。
2、學生方面。
學生學習英語問題可歸為「四缺」：缺目的、缺興趣、缺信心、缺方法。
四、解決問題的有效對策。
1、對教師的要求。
（1）、恰當安排教學內容，體現教學目標。
事實證明，當學生對某事物感興趣時，最能誘發好奇心與內驅力，激起求知的慾望。課堂教學中要恰當安排教學內容，使教學內容變得新穎、有趣。我們可以以句型引出單詞、片語，把單詞、片語放到一定的英語語境中，再通過進行圍繞此單詞、片語的其它操練，達到掌握單詞、片語的目的，這樣就達成了教學目標。
（2）、積極創設教學情境。
語言學家克魯姆說過：成功的外語課堂教學應該是創造更多的情境，讓學生有機會用語言材料。語言是交際的工具，交際總是在一定的情境中進行的。交際離不開情境，同時也離不開語言。在教學中創設語言情境，加強變式練習，同時也能激發學生學習英語的興趣。教師可將教學目標外化為一個學生容易接受的情境，讓學生身臨其境，有直觀的形象可以把握，有濃厚的情緒氛圍可以感受，讓學生先感受、後表達。教師在創設教學情境之時，應以「形」為手段，以「趣」為突破口，以「情」為紐帶，以「生活再現」為智慧的源泉，以和諧的師生關系為保證，使學生在學習的過程中獲得求知、認知的樂趣，使教學真正成為生動活潑和自我需求的活動。
（3）、不同課型，爭取用不同的教學模式。
教育家蘇霍姆林斯基說：「教師如果不想方設法使學生產生情緒高昂和智力振奮的內心狀態，而只是不動感情的腦力勞動，就會帶來疲倦。」教學方法是形成最佳課堂氣氛的重要保證。教學方法的恰當選擇與發揮，是教師創造性與教育藝術性表現的主要形式。為培養學生學習英語興趣，教師可以在課堂中恰當地運用聽說法、視聽法、情境教學法、交際法、TPR(全部動作反應法）等方法，利用圖片、幻燈、錄音、多媒體等教學手段進行聽說練習，並配合唱歌、游戲、扮演角色進行表演、設計各類主題活動等，使課堂教學生動活潑，學生人人參與教學活動，體現學生的主體性。
2、對學生的要求。
（1）、明確目標。
「目標是駛向理想彼岸的船」。因此，作為學生應該明確自己學英語的目的是什麼，以考試為目的，往往是不可取的。隨著中國改革的不斷深入，中國的經濟發展也越來越快，綜合國力越來越強。為了適應經濟發展和科技進步，我們學英語應該是學會運用，而不是單單為了考試，甚至家長、老師的壓力而學。
（2）找准學習方法。
「方法是成功的重要手段。」學會學習比學會知識更重要。學會學習實質上就是要學會在未來社會怎樣生存。現在很多學生找不到適應自己的學習方法，總是盲目地、拚命地、不加選擇地、忙忙碌碌地埋頭苦學，結果是所學知識雜亂無章，學習效果不佳，甚至勞而無獲，學習成績下降，導致對學習失去興趣。
對於學生的學法要做到「三適應」。首先要和老師的教法適應，學生應該適應老師的教法，從而找出適合自己的學法。其次，學法應該適應教材與新課標要求，學習難易程度決定學法不同。最後，學法應該適應時代要求，現代社會要求學生具備自主學習、合作學習、探究學習等綜合學習能力。
3、對社會、學校與家長的期望。
今天的青少年學生是祖國的未來，民族的希望，我們社會，包括學校與家長，應該對他們多一點關愛與支持，多一份理解與寬容。在他們的英語學習方面，給他們創造更多的英語語言學習與應用語言環境；同時，我們應該重視英語教科研活動，在課堂教學設備上多投入，掀起新一輪全民學英語的熱潮。

初中生的調查報告應該是不拘一格的，角度可大可小，可遠可近，可詳可略。調查對象可以是每天鍛煉的老人，孜孜不倦的老師，敬業進步和親人，考上大學的親戚和家長認識家的孩子，擁有各種職業的親戚的同事，具有特殊聯系的家庭或人員，還有做公益事業的綠化、清潔、巡邏等人員。
報告要說明調查的時間、地點、內容等，關鍵是記錄內容，宜多不宜少，宜細不宜粗，盡量的多記，然後再尋找深入挖掘的角度，否則記錄的窄了，選擇的餘地就少了。
內容選擇，根據自己熟悉的角度和題材，將調查的內容加以放大的拓展升華，前期工作很重要，前期工作做好了，後面的就可以像寫作文那樣的發揮。
