閱讀材料：我們都知道上網時間太長會對健康產生不好的影響，因為長時間坐在電腦前會導致脖子和肩膀痛，我們的身體需要休息。但是你知道上網還會導致什麼其他的健康隱患嗎？
瑞士的一個人和他的團隊做了一個關於7200名年輕人使用網路情況的調查。調查結果顯示，上網時間太長或者太短都有可能會導致抑鬱（我並不這樣認為），這個瑞士人認為，每天上網超過兩小時就算是過量的上網。和有規律的上網的人相比，那種過量上網以及不怎麼上網的人更加傾向於意志消沉。這種消極的情緒對他們的健康顯然是有害的。
過度的上網意味著人們不願意麵對真實的世界。事實上，他們是孤獨的。而那種不怎麼上網的人也是孤獨的，因為現在的年輕人傾向於在網路上和別人保持聯系。（這一段就是解釋了一下為啥前面有這樣的論點）
