Sam had a dog.Its name was Tod.It was very helpful,but it ate too much..So he didn't like it.He wanted to kill Tod. He tied Tod in a bag and put it in the small boat.He rowed the boat to the middle of a big river. Just as he threw the poor animal into the river,the boat began to sink. Both began Sam and Tod fell into the river.
Tod was able to swim,but Sam couldn't.The dog bit the rope and broke it. It tried its best to swim to save Sam. The man was saved,so he was very thankful to the dog .He didn't want to kill the dog any more .From then on, he gave the dog as much food as it wanted.

It is well known that man is much cleverer than any animal. But which is the cleverest among the animals? Some scientists think it should be Alex, an African gray parrot. He is unlike any other animal. He can really talk with people! When he says "come here" , he really wants someone to come up to him.
"Alex is as clever a child of 2 or 3 years old," says Dr. Pepperberg."He does not just repeat the sound he has been taught. He understands the words!" Alex can tell about 50 different things, name 7 colours and count from 1 to 6.

Jack London was a famous American writer.His most famous book is The Call of the Wild. The story is about the adventure of a large dog in the frozen north.
Jack London was born on January12,1876，in the USA. His family was very poor and Jack had to leave to school to make money. He worked hard in many different jobs. Later Jack returned to school ,but he didn't stay long. He wrote,"Life and pocket book were too short.." In 1897,he went to Alaska to find gold. Instead he found ideas there for his storybooks. He went home and started to write. His writings were successful, and he became rich and famous in his twenties.
Jack London was not a happy man, however. He killed himself in 1916. At that time he was only 40 years old.

My happy Spring Festival
After the New Year』s Eve dinner with my family, we began to sit down in front of the TV, and enjoyed 2008 CCTV Spring Festival gala.
At about ten o』clock, the black sky was lightened by lots of fireworks with colorful light and happy sound. We stop watching the CCTV 2008 CCTV Spring Festival gala, and began to climb up the balcony to see the beautiful fireworks view, and my father took some fireworks up, and we also began to play fireworks. What a beautiful night.
Later, my cell phone was ringing all the time. I received lots of short messages from my friends and classmates. They all blessed me happy New Year. I gave same bless to them by sending back the happy words. At almost 12 pm, I made a wish in New Year, and began to sleep.
When I woke up in the first day of New Year, my father and mother gave two red packets to me, and blessed me that everything will go well on me. I thanked them, and accepted the red packets happily. I have been waiting for the day that I can get lots of red packets. This is my happiest time of the year.
After lunch, both my family went to the park, the streets, and the shops or supermarkets. We took many photos in the park, and bought many things in the shops or supermarket. I met my uncles and aunts, they all blessed us happy New Year and gave me red packets. I was too happy to count how many red packets I got.
The following days, we visited my grandparents and some of relatives. We happily talk with them, and brought some presents to them, and also received some New Year presents.

一、日記的格式

二、日記的要求

Despite I』ve not in my childhood yet, I still prefer reading fairy-tale stories. The tales, which accompany with me in my old days, often make me think of some precious experience and sensation which only belong to children. This summer I』ve review this kind of tale, which was published in 1940. It』s the world-famous fairy-tale by the French author, Antoine de St-Exupery, The Little Prince.
As many other fairy-tales, the outline of The Little Prince is not very complex. 「I」, the narrator of the story, is a pilot whose plane has something wrong and lands in the Sahara. In this occasion, the pilot makes the acquaintance of the little prince, a little boy from another planet, the Asteroid B612. The little prince has escaped from his tiny planet, because he has some quarrel with a rose, which grows on his planet. In that case he left his own planet and took an exploration at some neighbor asteroids.
On his all-alone journey, the little prince meets different kinds of people, which includes a king, a conceited man, a tippler, a businessman, a lamplighter and a geographer.
