1.Low Carbon and Green development
Environmentalist hold that,Where there is a tree,there is a hope.Since instries' development based on the sacrifies of environment and energy，We have to not only give up nature beauty for speed ,but also give up social sources for efficency.After a long period of time,we faced the problems of energy pinch and environment destroy.
Under this condition,Policy makers post a slogan「Low carbon and green development」which advocated green economy with low energy consumption and low pollution.measure like this could shift the mode of economical growth and change people's attitude to life.
Low carbon life is the lifestyle of the time to minimize energy consumption, thereby recing carbon dioxide emissions. herefore,low carbon life is needed by our own health,harmony between human beings and nature and the development of mankind.Each of us is responsible for the greenhouse gases we emit in our daily actions.
Also,we could do every little things to ease the bad influence.such as the usage of water recycle ,you can water flowers after washing fruits or something else. So be bravely to face the problems we encountered in the life,we can make life better!
2.On the Price of Pollution
Good afternoon,my dear judges and friends,I』 really grateful  that I』ve been given this opportunity to stand here to give my speech.I』m No….Today my topic is On the Price of Pollution.
There are many different pollutions,for example,the air pollution,the water pollution, the noise pollution,the sea pollution and the land pollution. Every kind of the pollution can cause serious consequence.
Take the land pollution as an example,which is also called the white pollution. White pollution refers to plastic pollution. it is a new member of pollution family, but it grows fast. The plastic bags have been an indispensable part of our daily life for it brings us much convenience. We are so dependent upon plastic bags that use of them is ever increasing. Despite the convenience it brought to people, it also caused a lot of problems among which the environmental pollution was the biggest concern. Plastic bags not only affect the beautifulness of our environment, but also do harm to our health, because they are made of some kind of chemical material which can not be discomposed. Therefore, limiting the use of disposable plastic bags is of great significance. First of all, this policy can rece pollution and save a lot of resource at the same time;secondly, it contributes a lot to a more beautiful living environment; last but not least, it can also create a healthier environment for people. In short, we should do our best to limit the use of plastic bags for ourselves and for the next generation.However,it has its own shortages.For example,the price.As we all know, the pay for the machine costs much as well as the pay for the labors.
Here I am reminded of the lastest earthquake,which causes the serious nuclear leak in Japan afterwards.As is reported,the Fukudhima Nuclear Power Plant is now under restoration.What is worse,it has spreaded over the neighboring areas such as China and so on.The nuclear radiation following is really another shock after the earthquake itself,has the ability of carcinogenicity,causing a new panic all around the world.Although the kind of influence is rather small,the price of dealing with the nuclear pollution costs much,too.
Thirdly,the air pollution is among the most serious pollutions.It is mainly caused by the carbon dioxide or other poisonous gas given off  by cars and other transportations,which could influence the city atomosphere and do harm to human being』s health.It is often as the Greenhouse Effect.So the price of the treatment is very high.
All in all,the price of pollution really costs much,it not only does harm to our own health,but also the earth itself. 13.On the Price of Pollution
