三、有利於學生觀察問題、分析問題能力的提高。

對學生精心准備的演講，我帶頭拿起筆在學生成績冊空白處記下來，並鼓勵同學們做好記錄，養成積累的習慣，這對於演講者來說也更是一種尊重。如：一次名言警句的演講結束後，我把同學們演講的名言歸在一張有他們座號和姓名的成績統計表上，印發給同學們做留念，當他們看到自己姓名後面自己推介的名言後，都嘗到成功的喜悅，都為自己在班上的表現而高興、信心百倍。演講內容通過多樣化題材的訓練，同學們談社會，談理想，講興趣，講故事，說笑話，評時政，從而啟發了同學們的心智，開闊了同學們的視野，擴大了同學們的知識面，提高了同學們的語文素養。
五、有利於調節課堂氣氛，實現師生互動。
