課堂教學是教學的基本途徑，也是學生獲取信息，鍛煉提高多種能力和養成一定思想觀念的主要渠道。其有效性是教學目標落到實處，教學過程民主、科學、互動，教學主題知識和能力得到提高。作為英語教師，我時常在思考為什麼教師教得很認真，學生也學得很辛苦，但實際效果並不理想，很多學生對英語知識的掌握和運用十分有限。究其原因，很多時候是因為我們沒有關注課堂教學中的細節問題，導致有些無效的或低效的教學行為。為此，我開始有意識地注意自己的教 學行為，在做了一些教學反思之後我覺得教師在課堂教學中應注意以下幾個方面的問題：

如果一堂課沒有幾個能引起學生興趣的話題，那麼這堂課在學生眼裡肯定是枯燥乏味的，也就談不上有效了。課堂教學活動應從學生的角度出發，所設計的各個環節，步驟應該符合學生的心理。 學習是需要興趣的，如果仍然用傳統教學模式，那麼學生所接觸的就是枯燥無味的詞彙和語法，學生們的學習主動性和積極性又怎能調動起來呢？
要使學生產生學習動力，光講大道理、明確學習目的是不夠的。興趣是激發學生積極主動探索知識的內部動力，是學生積極認識事物，積極參與活動的一種心理傾向，興趣越濃學生學習的積極性越高，掌握知識就越快。這就要求教師在課前做好充分的准備工作，運用恰當有趣的例子，活躍課堂氣氛，擴大學生的知識面、增添學習興趣，使學生自覺地將注意集中到授課內容，以便更好地掌握這些內容。所以，老師在課前應做好充分准備，寓教於樂，運用靈活多樣的教學方法，教一堂充滿情趣的課，讓每個學生都能有喜悅和成就感。當然，適當地組織一些活動也是不可缺少的。英語歌曲，朗誦比賽，活動劇，聽力比賽，作文比賽等。讓學生們沉浸於美好的語言情境，時而游戲，時而思考，時而激情勃發，在自由自在中體驗學習語言的樂趣。如在教授六年級英語文化單元1時，我通過課前上網下載有關世界之最的圖片來激發學生對要學內容的興趣，使他們學習熱情高漲，學習效率也自然提高了。
2. 充分調動學生的學習主動性
課堂教學不是教師一個人的舞台，應該讓學生成為課堂的主體，要強調師生的互動。教師應引導學生積極參與到教學活動中去，並充當教學活動的主角，而不是把教學看成「教師灌、學生裝」，把學生看成是被動的接受知識的對象。調動學生的學習主動性，並確立自身的主體作用意識已成為一項重要課題。英語語言學習是語言輸入和輸出的雙向性活動，教師不僅要充分進行語言的輸入，也要千方百計地鼓勵學生輸出語言。
新課程標准要求下的課堂教學實踐要體現學生的主體性。讓學生自主實踐、自我發展，提出問題，在教師引領下解決問題；提倡課堂的民主性，充分地尊重學生，教師成為課堂學習的參與者、指導者；提倡教學的開放性，開放教學形式，開放教學場地，尤其是開放學生的活動與思維空間，開放對學生的素質培養的思路，開發學生的多元智能，關注學生的全面發展；提倡教學的綜合性，注重培養學生學習、生活等方面的綜合能力；注意課堂教學的生成性，在培養學生情感、態度、價值觀等方面予以高度的關注。

研讀英語新課標，我們知道，本次基礎教育課程改革的一個重要目標是促進教師的教學方式與方法的革新，促進學生優化學習方式。長期以來，我們的課堂教學只注重知識傳授，強調接受學習，而不注意學生的學法以及教學的真正實效，也就是說，對教學的反饋及有效性的研究大大滯後。教師在教學過程中如何有效地與學生進行互動，哪種英語教學方式受學生喜愛，哪堂英語課教學讓學生形成了能力，哪種學習方法是有效的，甚至是高效的，這都成為我們思考的方向。因此，在英語的教學過程中要運用多種教學手段及方法，如：運用投影儀，多媒體，錄音機，圖片等，開展小組活動，朗讀，復述，歌曲演唱，競賽，英語角等形式來活化課堂，優化教學。
三、關注多元評價增強教學的有效性
新課程指出：通過評價，使學生在英語課程的學習過程中不斷體驗成功與進步，認識自我，建立自信，促進學生綜合語言運用能力的全面發展。就是讓我們要結合學生的實際，通過師生合作，對學生的情感態度，學習策略，文化意識，語言知識，語言技能等在學習過程中的發展和進步性綜合評價。
多元評價是為指導教學過程順利進行而對學生的學習結果和教師的教學效果的評價。多元評價的主要目的不是為了選拔少數優秀學生，而是為了發現每個學生的學習潛能，促進學生的學習，並為教師提供反饋，也為個人提供有益的反饋，幫助教師了解每個學生的學習情況和學習的需要，隨時調整教學內容和方法，從而提高課堂教學效率。評價的目的是為了促進學生的學業進步和全面發展。教師要根據評價結果與學生進行不同形式的交流，充分肯定學生的進步，鼓勵學生自我反思、自我提高。如在每學完新單詞後，我都要進行一至兩次的聽寫，並表揚滿分同學，對沒及格同學要求及時重新默寫，而且每一單元都要進行相應的單元測試，並對測試結果進行分析、反思，力爭科學地、全面地考查並總結學生在經過一段學習後所具有的語言水平，以便及時調整教學計劃，提高教與學的有效性。

不想學習的人永遠學不會。有些同學不是學不會，而是不想學。天上不會掉餡餅，只有付出才可能有收獲。看看你周圍的同學，哪一個學習優秀的同學不是把學習當成自己最大的事啊。沒有端正的學習態度，所有的方法都是空談，老師再講得如何天花亂墜，如果聽不到耳朵去，也是白費。
第二，克服畏難情緒。
相信自己，別人能學會，自己通過努力照樣能學會。同學們身邊有這樣的例子，小學時英語學不會，到了初中，跟著老師一點點學，照樣考到了九十多分一百多分。誰也不是天生就是學英語的料，誰的英語知識也是一點一滴積累起來的。她能你也能，只要一點點地跟著老師的思路走，按照老師說得去做，你每天也會進步。
第三，堅持很重要。
只有三天的熱情是不夠的，下定決心要做的事一定要堅持。
第四，講究學習方法。
1、 學習單詞時，讀是第一位的，先會讀再練寫。讀單詞根據音標讀單詞比較容易，節省時間。音標是拐杖，學會了用音標拼單詞，只要老師簡單給你糾正一下個別不準確的讀音，你就可以用自己掌握的音標知識很容易地讀出單詞了，就像學會了漢語拼音，你就會讀新華字典上的所有單詞一樣。再注意，讀單詞時，一定要讀得滾瓜爛熟，這樣就為後邊的寫打下了基礎。
2、 寫單詞時根據讀音拼寫單詞比較省勁。根據讀音分節記，很長的一個單詞，化成幾個音節，很快就記住了，這就是化繁為簡。
3、懂得遺忘規律。有的同學認為自己永遠記不住單詞，並說，瞬間記住單詞不難，難得是過一會兒就忘了。說得很好，不忘才不正常，你問問你們班英語考最高分的同學，單詞記住一次永遠不忘嗎？遺忘是最正常的事，所以反復記憶很重要。第一天記住了第二天再記，第三天再記，有時間再和單詞見個面，總是見面就熟了，印象深了，忘不了了。有科學研究發現，一般一個單詞反復記七遍後就不容易忘了。
4、 詞不離句。新學的生詞在課本中的哪句話中出現的，背過這句話，不但記住了單詞，而且單詞的使用也沒問題了，因為只記住一些零散的單詞考試時是幫不上什麼大忙的，試卷上的每道題都是以句子的形式出現的，記句子才是最聰明的做法。這樣養成習慣後，連寫小作文都不成問題。
5、 筆記要做好，老師舉的例子也要寫好，而且要有背筆記的習慣。你翻開以前自己做不上的那些自認為很難的那些題，往往是老師講過的知識點自己沒記住而不知所措。
6、 課本比做題重要，掌握好課本才能以不變應萬變。單詞反復背寫，對話課文背熟寫過。這是最最有用的。做題前先把課本中的東西復習一下，再做題很輕松很自信。
7、 翻看錯題很重要。就是以前的好題集錦本，我上學時就是自發地弄錯題本，厚厚的塑料皮本子，所列錯題一直帶著，沒事時翻翻，尤其考試前翻翻，很有效果。
總之，英語要多聽，多讀，多寫，多背，簡單的事情做絕了，那就是本事。

新年好！今天我發言的題目是：見微知著 異彩紛呈。
文章的靈感來自寒假看的一部關於日本中學生的電視劇，劇中有一幕給我留下了深刻的印象：聖誕節到了，一個學生由於父親工作調動的關系要轉學，許多老師都送了禮物，一條親手織的圍巾，一雙筷子等，在我們看來這都是非常小的甚至是微不足道的，可它們卻表達了濃濃的情意，送圍巾的老師說："無論你走到哪裡，都希望你能用自己的實際行動溫暖他人贏得他人對你的關心。""看到老師送你的筷子請一定要記得吃好穿暖，記得健康第一。"還有一位更特別的老師，"我把我的幸福送給你們，當你們感到幸福的時候，也要記得把它分享哦！"她把准備好的三個小娃娃，分別送給了要轉學的孩子和他的兩個最要好的朋友，"誰能得到兩個娃娃，誰就能得到最多的幸福！"孩子們看到各自手中的娃娃，開心同時陷入了沉思……聖誕夜，三個好朋友聚在一塊，拿著各自的禮物，交換，打開，禮物驚人的相似——老師送的娃娃，友情因此得到升華，孩子們露出了開心的笑容，劇情的精彩就在此刻呈現，觸動也就在這一剎那：原來師生關系可以如此融洽；教育可隨時滲透於生活中的小事；原來幸福可以分享，給別人幸福自己也可以得到幸福，它就是這么簡單；小小的舉動、不經意的話語居然可以散發出如此大的魅力，對人產生如此大的影響，看來生活中我們所缺少的不是幸福感而是善於發現它的慧眼，見微知著，精彩和幸福其實就在那不遠處。
一直從事低年級英語教學的我，讓學生在我的英語課堂上體味到開心體驗到學習的成功與樂趣，是我最大的目標。我也始終相信只要有認真勤奮的工作態度，在教學的過程中，多多注意教育的細節，處理好細微之處，精彩便可以呈現在課堂的每一個環節中。眾所周知，好習慣能讓人終身受益。從培養學生終身學習能力的角度出發，我從細節入手，注重培養學生良好的學習習慣和濃厚的英語學習興趣，傳授學生知識的同時也注重彰顯學生的個性。
首先，耐心細心、循序漸進地培養學生良好的聽英語的習慣。
聽英語是對口頭信息的接受、吸收和理解，是一種有目的的交際行為。低年級的學生有著活潑好動、模仿能力強、愛表現等心理特點，認真地聽完課堂的四十分鍾，對他們來說可是不小的挑戰。不過想要喧鬧的教室頓時安靜，很多老師一定跟我一樣相信食物的獎勵和卡通的魅力是最大吧！May I come in？大家不陌生吧！開學初我就會給學生滲透上課與下課、英語課與其他課的不同，簡單的一句話讓學生既能尊師有禮又能培養學生用英語的習慣；我也會找一些跟教學有關的卡通如gogo、迪士尼等，指導學生認真的傾聽原聲，回答簡單的問題，例如，在教學歌謠little cat and little rat前，我給學生看disney中動物的片段，學生不僅很快就掌握了cat和rat的讀音，還學會了許多其它動物的單詞，有的甚至還學會了怎樣表達動物的只數，這也為下一步的教學打下了基礎。除此之外，從孩子們愛玩愛表現的特徵出發，我採取游戲的方式用歡樂的氛圍來感染孩子們培養他們傾聽的習慣。"我來爭第一"、"比一比，誰最快"、"做好課前准備的，請舉手！"……利用學過的知識跟孩子們做listen and do的游戲，數字游戲是他們最喜歡的，大家圍成一個圈，當老師說一個數字如"Three！"三個孩子抱成一團，孩子們總能在擁抱中找到歡樂；課後，我也會跟學生聊天、談話，增進師生間的情誼，了解學生的心理，孩子們漸漸地對英語產生了興趣，課堂中也能靜下心來配合我全英的組織教學，雖然偶爾可以捕捉到茫然、疑惑的表情，也還需手舞足蹈，藉助道具，用表情、手勢等肢體語言去幫助理解，但是通過不斷地滲透，反復的操練，從簡單的stand up、sit down到較難的go to school、wake up等，孩子們不僅會聽會會做動作還能將它們運用到生活中去呢！同時學生也習得了良好的聽課習慣。
其次，細化課堂、優化教學，培養學生良好的說英語的習慣。
有資料顯示，在整個學習的過程中，只有10%的知識是從讀中學到的，20%的知識是從聽中學到的，30%的知識是通過看學到的，而70%的知識是從讀、看和說的協同中學到的，90%的知識是通過一邊做肢體動作一邊說學到的。（turtledove，1993）在學生漸漸養成良好的聽英語的習慣的前提下，我們可以充分營造輕松愉悅的課堂氛圍，活用教材、優化課堂、加強示範、善於鼓勵，培養學生樂於開口說英語用英語的習慣。
一、二年級的英語以歌曲、歌謠為主，小學生又有著聽覺敏銳，善於模仿，對節奏、音調、韻律、節拍的感受力強的心理特點，在實際的教學過程中，我們可以利用課內外的音樂資源，如教學光碟、課件、簡筆畫等，激發學生學習英語的興趣，增強其記憶力，提高情感與認知水平以及音樂智能。但是低年級學生年紀小，在英語學習中容易受母語的影響，而且學習缺乏主動性和自覺性，對知識的遺忘率很高，因此在教授新知識的時候情景的設計和教師的示範這兩個細節顯得尤其重要。在教授friends朋友這一課中，我設計了交朋友這一活動，先由hello交朋友的故事引出朋友的話題，再由師生對話進行示範，let』s be friends，Ok。 接著請生生示範，並且以交朋友為話題從小組到大組再到班級的范圍進行操練，最後拓展到讓學生在新學期里找朋友交朋友這一活動中繼續去鞏固，學生在這一課堂中不僅學會了所學知識，還認識了許多新朋友，樹立了學習的信心，更體會到了說英語的樂趣。除此之外，善於總結和歸納教學內容觸類旁通、活用教材也能幫助學生習得良好的說英語的習慣。如系列的語言教學動物、文具、職業或者是各種節日以及教授與節日相關的英語知識，簡單舉例如母親節，與母親節有關的話題有family、家庭成員的單詞、節日問候語、親情教育、中西方文化在取名字方面的差異、甚至還可以延伸到更多的有家庭聚會的西方節日等。
總之，教師在善於總結善於歸納的同時，要把握學生的心理、善於挖掘學生的潛能、抓住孩子想說的意願，設計不同的語言場景和符合學生學習實際的語言或對話，充分發揮教師這一引導角色，指導學生小組互動、合作學習、學以致用，讓學生在體驗中學習在學習中體驗收獲自信和成功的喜悅。這就是我想說的第三點：在活動中合作學習，在評價中成長。
在小學英語教學中開展小組合作學習是培養學生人際交往能力的有效方法，可以以游戲、討論、問答和角色扮演等形式開展。課堂中的各種學習活動和課外的各項英語主題活動都能使學生學會與他人合作，正確的評價自己，並在參與合作中學會溝通，提高運用英語的能力。
學生有說英語的自信和樂於開口的意願，教師應提供學生自我展示的舞台。英語歌舞大賽、低年級英語小組唱比賽、英語風采大賽等，不論是級組的還是班級的，校際的還是校外的，我都鼓勵孩子們積極參與，而且很多學生都有優異的表現取得了較好的成績。這是其一。
其二，採取合作學習的教學方式，體現學生個人的風采，彰顯學生的個性。以"組間同質、組內異質"為原則，根據學生在學習水平、個性特徵和性別等方面的差異組成四人學習小組，兼顧組與組的平衡及組內成員的差異互補。課堂中創設學習情景，將學習活動與生活實際相結合，激發學習小組的合作興趣，營造氛圍，培養學生的創新和探索精神。在實際的操作過程中我根據在平時課堂中記錄的學生的表現以及英語早晚讀的一對一的讀書檢查情況，給學生分組，在教學活動中我通過爭當小組長和評選優秀學習小組的活動鼓勵他們發揮各自的特長、展示自我、互幫互助、共同進步。這樣既能使組內學生密切合作、保持和諧的`夥伴關系，同時又能使小組之間或小組成員之間保持一定的競爭勢態，教學活動可以設計一些通過合作才能完成的任務如：故事表演、歌謠表演、K歌之王、快樂傳真等，具體教學案例如新起點第二冊clothes衣服的教學，我要求學生設計服裝、相互交流、設定衣服價格等。雖然學生的作品千奇百怪，定出的價格也會令人啼笑皆非，但學生在這節課中體驗到了創新的樂趣、初步建立了價值意識。
前蘇聯教育家蘇霍姆林斯基說過：教育的技巧並不在於能預見到課堂的所有細節，而是在與根據當時的具體情況，巧妙地在學生不知不覺中做出相應的變動。教學活動的設計是否能滿足學生內心表達的需要、合作學習中教師的引導、師生的評價等方面都能對學生的學習產生一定的影響。在此我想提到的是英語教研室的鄧寧霞老師提出的一張貼紙所帶給我們的思考，對學生的獎勵老師們肯定各有妙招，也不乏有獎勵貼紙的吧，那麼老師們在獎勵小貼紙的時候，有沒有做到一視同仁？是不是每個學生都有機會得到？有沒有問過受表揚的學生他想把它貼在哪裡？這些小問題當時就引起了我們的反思，所以，在教學的過程中我們應公平地對待每一個學生、一切從學生出發時刻考慮學生的內心需要、注意教學中的每一個小細節，在評價過程中物質的獎勵能起到一定的作用，但是精神的獎勵也不容忽視，對表現棒的學生說一句"Good！"、"You are great！"、一次真摯的掌聲、一個贊賞的眼神……對表現欠佳的孩子說聲"Come on！"拍拍肩膀等這些簡潔的語言、小小的舉動同樣能激起學生對學習的熱情，記得作為老師的您的肯定、贊美的語言或是甜美的微笑，能讓學生從不同的表揚方式中明白贊美的作用從而學會欣賞他人，這也有可能改變一個孩子對學習的態度，或者造就一個教育的精彩和幸福的瞬間！

2.關注學生學習什麼。哪些是教學重難點？哪些內容可以作教學法的加工，通過新舊知識的遷移，使其能更好地促進學生身心的發展，讓學生樂學，愛學。

談到備課組的工作，我認為本屆高三年級組各個備課組的工作都是非常優秀的，是我們英語組學習的榜樣。今天我有幸在這里代表英語組向大家匯報一下我們組的工作情況，心情很激動。首先，我代表英語組全體老師對學校，年級組對我們工作的肯定和支持表示感謝。正是由於你們的支持，在面臨07高考英語題型突然變化時，讓我們感到我們不是在孤軍奮戰，有你們作為我們堅實的後盾，從而迅速地走出焦慮與困惑，從容地去應對，及時調整復習教學計劃與策略，同時也穩定了學生的心態。
夏、秋、冬、春，一路走來，從一輪復習的原創、手寫單元復習學案到二輪復習專題教案、學案電子檔案化。這期間有我們高三英語備課組共同戰斗，拼搏的艱辛和困惑，也有我們備課組互學互勉，在教學上取得進步的喜悅，更有我們付出後得到學生回報的快樂。

為了在復習中把握住方向，我們認真學習了考試大綱和湖北省的考試補充說明，明確了雙綱對聽、讀、寫等的具體要求，並悉心聽取教研室的指導與建議，密切關注07高考的動向。在第一輪復習結束後，我們認真分析了一輪復習效益檢測試卷的整體和分項情況以及學生當前的學習狀態，確定了二輪復習具體方案和各專項訓練的力度。具體來說，二輪復習我們按照高考題型結構，有計劃對聽力、單選、完成句子、完型填空、閱讀及寫作等題型進行專門的訓練。重點放在對學生解題方法的指導，從而提高學生自己分析問題，解決問題的能力，力求使學生在一輪復習的基礎上建立起完整的知識體系，實現由語言知識到語言應用能力的轉化，最終提高學生做題的准確率和熟練程度。
在二輪專題復習整個過程中，我們一貫堅持以教育科研為先導，以教案、學案為落點，通過集體備課來撞擊集體智慧的火花。在具體實施集體備課時，我們一直堅持『個人主備、集體討論、個性修改』的原則。而對於專題的分工則根據組內各位老師的特長來確定，以求達到最佳效益。每項專題集體備課的材料由三個部分組成：教師的教案，學生的學案和精選的練習。教師的教案側重於高考各題型命題特點，考查熱點，試題分析，學生現狀分析和解題指導；學生的學案側重於試題分析和解題方法與技巧的歸納總結，練習的選擇要求是重視實用性，靈活性比較強以及能力型的題目，訓練重點是中檔難度的題目。為了扎扎實實做好集體備課的每一個環節，我們制定出每周的復習計劃，做到人人心中有數，有備而戰。嚴格把關教案、學案和周考試卷質量，共同討論不厭其煩地修改，然而再印發給學生。
聽力方面，除了每周二，周五的課外聽力訓練外，還保證每周課堂上不少於兩節的課堂聽力訓練，而材料的選擇力求以高考的難易程度為標准。高考閱讀理解能力的考查分值佔全卷的一半以上。閱讀理解能力的提高，既可以幫助學生順利地解答閱讀理解題，也有助於解答完形填空。通過閱讀理解訓練，學生既可以鞏固和加強各項英語基礎知識，又可以學習到許多英語表達的方法和技巧，這些又是書面表達的基礎。所以我們在英語復習的整個過程中，始終以培養和提高閱讀理解能力為中心，有計劃地對學生進行了大量的閱讀和完形的訓練，特別在二輪復習里。除了周練，我們還定期在課上進行限時閱讀訓練。選材時，我們根據近幾年的高考試題特點，選擇內容真實，語篇結構較為復雜，有較大的閱讀量與信息量的材料，爭取所選材料包括各種題材和體裁。書面表達復習方面，我們的做法是：每周寫一篇，精選體裁及題目，精講寫作技巧，強調書寫的重要性，扎扎實實地練好每一篇作文。並且每次作文訓練都會選出各班的優秀作文加以點評，印發給學生學習。同時特別強化了高考新題型完成句子題的訓練。通過強化訓練使學生認識和熟悉了新題型，不再覺得那麼畏懼和困惑，並且有了一定的提高。整個二輪復習在進行這些專題復習的同時，我們適時摻入適量的模擬訓練，同時搞好信息反饋，幫助學生及時查漏補缺。
後期工作設想：
1）加強集體備課，落實好每位高三英語任課教師的拼題和精選試題的工作。
2）上好試卷講評課，每次綜合訓練後，針對學生存在問題，設計一份專項訓練題，時間一課時，內容重在基礎知識的訓練，主要項目建議為單選，完成句子和書面表達題。
3）早日組織學生定時定量進行回頭看，即看課本、看已做過的練習和試題集，看自己的錯題集等，並教會學生看的方法和技巧。要將看的重點放在基礎知識題上。
4）組織學生定時定量地背一些句型和不規則動詞的過去式和過去分詞，解決學生在書面表達中常用動詞寫錯的問題。
5）嚴格進行限時模擬訓練，教師在監考時要了解不同學生在答題時所耗時間，遇到棘手的難題時採取的策略，塗卡時是否細心、准確等情況，幫助學生總結考試的經驗，保證學生在高考規定的時間內，先將有把握的分拿到手。
6）五月下旬，適當降低練習的難度，增強學生的自信心，使他們保持良好的應試心態，迎接高考。
7）協助各班班主任做好學生的考前心理輔導工作。
8）要認真研究網上閱卷對學生可能出現的不利因素，提前做好應對措施工作。
在最後30多天里，我們英語組全體成員會繼續保持高昂的鬥志，發揚嚴謹的工作作風為我校的輝煌明天添磚加瓦。

大家早上好，今天我想跟大家分享一下在英語學習中我認為有用的學習方法。
首先，在做閱讀題和做數學題中唯一的共同點是：一不小心，就掉進了「花時間又讀不懂」的坑。那麼，該如何多快好省地做閱讀呢？許多同學傾向於先讀原文再看題干，其實，對高三的同學來說為了節約時間，提高答題率，正確的閱讀解題步驟，應該這樣三步走：1閱讀題干，找出關鍵詞。2快速瀏覽原文，定位對應的關鍵詞。3理解原文關鍵詞前後部分，匹配正確選項。把一句句子拆成組塊會讓我們更好理解長難句，這些組塊中的關鍵詞，就成了了解組塊的必要條件，一般可以根據選項確定關鍵詞，再在組塊中尋找關鍵詞，多多圈畫文中一些表轉折、表因果等等的關系詞，如though、but、because。而要想推理出正確的選項可以去尋找解釋或總結性的標點符號，如破折號、冒號，同樣也可以利用組塊，盡可能地識別出「張冠李戴」或是「以假亂真」的選項。此外還可以去尋找原文和選項中可以同義互換的部分；以及尋找段首斷尾總結性的內容。
其次，在做完型時可以邊看邊劃出本文的時態，然後逐步看下來，根據上下文理解含問題句大概的含義去找適合的選項，若碰到不會的詞劃出來，先避開，看完整句話看看能不能猜測出來大概的含義，十一選十也是同理，碰到不認識的單詞或不能理解的句子也不必慌張，可以採用排除法，從自己熟悉的地方下手，逐個擊破。
提到英語就不得不提背單詞。單詞要背，但不代表要死記硬背。死記硬背只是機械記憶，也就是通過反復重復的方式記憶，只建立了語言通路，而我們可以運用比喻法、聯想法、圖表法等擴展出情景道路，將學到的單詞真正內化。在記憶單詞的時候與能夠相對應的圖片一起記憶，或者拉上你的小夥伴一起背，你們的交流互動也可以成為一個場景，給單純的背單詞賦予互相鼓勵督促這一意義。若是實在提不起背單詞的興趣，可以給自己設置一些獎勵，背完單詞看一集新更新的劇，或者營造一個良好的氛圍，帶上單詞書走進喜歡的咖啡廳。這樣一來，記單詞枯燥的過程便能一直在多巴胺分泌充足的氛圍中進行。同時由於多巴胺活化了神經細胞，記憶效率也會慢慢提高，背單詞便不再是那麼痛苦的一件事，形成了良性循環。

通過一個多學期的觀察，我發覺有些孩子在英語課堂上學得很好，老師教的一般都會讀，但第二天的反饋卻比較差。一年級學生的學習能力、接受新知識的能力比較強，但遺忘能力也十分強，如果當天晚上不進行復習的話，第二天往往會把前一天學習的內容忘記。所以為了讓您的孩子英語學習有連續性，在課外，我希望家長能夠多關心孩子的英語學習狀況，並提以下幾點建議：
1．幫助孩子養成聽英語習慣。
⑴每天安排一個固定的時間（10分鍾左右）督促孩子聽英語。如每天固定在晚上7：00聽英語，則每天一到這個時間就幫助孩子准備好，讓孩子養成習慣。聽英語時，能聽一句跟著說一句，並對比自己的發音，盡量模仿，自己糾正。
⑵幫助孩子完成聽說英語作業。因為我們是從口語開始訓練，所以一年級的英語作業大多是聽和說。讓孩子看著英語單詞卡片說一說，或邊做動作邊說等等。並建議家長讓孩子看著英語書第一頁的英語匯總表讓孩子讀一讀上面的句子和單詞。
2．幫助孩子養成用英語的習慣。
我們的英語教學不從a b c字母開始，而從英語口語開始，一方面是遵從學習規律；另一方面是為了孩子應用的需要。我希望您能多問問
孩子「今天英語學到了什麼」，孩子學到的兒歌，歌曲等可以鼓勵他表演給別人看。有條件的還可以用學到的與孩子對話。總之，鼓勵孩子把學到的在家裡用起來。

20xx年9月，剛剛從學校畢業來到我校成為一名教師，當第一次走進教室時學生們臉上那種鬆了口氣的表情，可能是老師嚴肅的表情看太多了吧，換了一個新來的老師他們都覺得很放鬆吧，但是一進學校就聽到許多諸如課堂混亂，學生不聽話，甚至故意與老師作對這種恐怖故事，心裡便默念著，要給他們一個下馬威。於是，在我教書生涯的第一個學期，發怒成了我生活中出現得最多的動作。課堂上有人不專心，沒完成作業這些都會引起我的發怒。於是我會在課堂上大聲呵斥犯錯的學生，只因為覺得這樣做會在全班起到震懾作用，卻沒有去想這個學生會有怎樣的感受。也忽略了同樣坐在教室中其他的那些滿懷期待等老師講授下一課，他們很好奇的內容的學生。
其實，每一個孩子都是可愛的，雖然他們有的可能學習成績有些差強人意，但他有可能是運動會上的冠軍，是勞動中的能手，是他主動送生病的同學去醫務室，誰能說他不是個好孩子，又有誰是完美的呢？
無意中我讀到了一個故事，故事說古代有位老禪師，一日晚上看見牆角邊有一張椅子，是哪位出家人違犯寺規越牆出去遛達了。老禪師也不聲張，走到牆邊，移開椅子，就地而蹲。少頃，果真有一小和尚翻牆，黑暗中踩著老禪師的背脊跳進了院子。當他發覺剛才踏的不
是椅子，而是自己的師傅時，驚慌失措，張口結舌。但師傅並沒有厲聲責備他，只是以平靜的語調說：「夜深天涼，快去多穿一件衣服。」 故事深深地打動了我，孩子們對老師是寬容的，只要你對他們付出過愛心，那麼你曾經對他們的冷言冷語，暴跳如雷，他們都可以原諒。他們崇拜你、愛你。我又常常想，老師也應該對學生寬容再寬容一些，芸芸眾生，各有所長，各有所短，可能他們經常無法克制自己的言行，無法很好地完成學習任務，不一定有輝煌的未來，可是誰說一個平凡的人就比誰低人一等呢？像故事中的那個老和尚，就清楚地知道，寬容是一種無聲的教育。雖然書本知識的灌輸是很重要的，但是給學生營造一個寬容的學習環境，在鼓勵學生的人格力量的成長上，個性張揚的發展上，是有利得多的。整體的社會潮流、教育氛圍和工作生活壓力，有時候讓我們教師偏離了方向。

我為人處事的原則是：老老實實做人，認認真真工作，開開心心生活。自己一貫注重個人品德素質的培養，努力做到尊重領導，團結同志，工作負責，辦事公道，不計較個人得失，對工作對同志有公心，愛心，平常心和寬容心。自從參加工作以來，我首先在師德上嚴格要求自己，要做一個合格的人民教師！認真學習和領會上級教育主管部門的文件精神，與時俱進，愛崗敬業，為人師表，熱愛學生，尊重學生，爭取讓每個學生都能享受到最好的教育，都能有不同程度的發
2. 有較高的專業水平
我從**師專數學系畢業後曾到**師范大學進修英語教學培訓，系統而又牢固地掌握了英語教學的專業知識。多年來始終在教學第一線致力於小學英語教學及研究，使自己的專業知識得到進一步充實、更新和擴展。
3. 有較強的教學能力
從選擇教師這門職業的第一天起，我最大的心願就是做一名受學生歡迎的好老師，為了這個心願，我一直在不懈努力著。要求自己做到牢固掌握本學科的基本理論知識，熟悉相關學科的文化知識，不斷更新知識結構，精通業務，精心施教，把握好教學的難點重點，認真探索教學規律，鑽研教學藝術，努力形成自己的教學特色。我的教學風格和教學效果普遍受到學生的認可和歡迎。
以上所述情況，是我競聘英語教師的優勢條件，假如我有幸競聘上崗，這些優勢條件將有助於我更好的開展英語教學工作。
如果我有幸競聘成功，能擔任三四年級英語教師的話，我將從以下方面開展工作。
一、認真貫徹執行黨的教育路線、方針、政策和學校的各項決定
加強學習，積極進取，求真務實，開拓創新，不斷提高自己的綜合素質、創新能力，用自己的勤奮加智慧，完成好教學任務。使我校的英語教學上一個大的台階。
二、做一個科研型的教師。
教師的從教之日，正是重新學習之時。新時代要求教師具備的不只是操作技巧，還要有直面新情況、分析新問題、解決新矛盾的本領。進行目標明確、有針對性解決我校的英語教學難題。
三、做一個理念新的教師
目前，新一輪的基礎教育改革早已在我市全面推開，作為新課改的實踐者，要在認真學習新課程理念的基礎上，結合自己所教的學科，積極探索有效的教學方法。大力改革教學，積極探索實施創新教學模式。把英語知識與學生的生活相結合，為學生創設一個富有生活氣息的真實的學習情境，同時注重學生的探究發現，引導學生在學習中學會合作交流，提高學習能力。
四、做一個富有愛心的老師「不愛學生就教不好學生」，「愛學生就要愛每一個學生」。
作為一名教師，要無私地奉獻愛，處處播灑愛，使我的學生在愛的激勵下，增強自信，勇於創新，不斷進取，成長為撐起祖國一片藍天的棟梁。 用質朴的心愛護學生，用誠摯的情感染學生，用精湛的教學藝術熏陶學生，用忘我的工作態度影響學生。
