② 《小學英語閱讀能力表現性評價案例分析》筆記
一、問題的提出。
1. 引言
首先我將以布魯姆的研究結果，來作為我們這一次講座的一個引子。布魯姆提出，兒童早期智力開發取決於閱讀。研究表明，百分之四十四左右的天才男孩和百分之四十六的天才女孩在五歲之前就開始閱讀了。而有百分之八十的學習困難兒童都存在閱讀障礙或者閱讀困難。另外一個研究表明，八到十歲是人生第一個閱讀的黃金時期，也是閱讀習慣形成最關鍵的時期。可見閱讀教學在小學階段的重要性。
2. 英語學科的核心素養與閱讀教學之間的關系
（1）語言能力跟閱讀教學的關系。語言能力指的是語音、詞彙、語法、語篇這些碎片化的東西融合起來，最終把語言運用起來的整體的語言運用能力。落實到語篇閱讀，除了語篇讀後的理解，讀後學習其中的語言知識，還包含讀的過程中跟語篇、跟作者之間的一些思維的互動。然後判斷、分析出作者提出的觀點，從中生成自己的觀念。在這個過程中，再把自己的想法互動、表達出來。
語言能力跟閱讀教學之間存在什麼樣的關系呢？我們通過閱讀可以學習到語言知識，可以學習到語篇知識，可以去運用語言知識，同時能夠培養語言的理解能力和培養語感，形成語言的綜合運用能力。
（2）文化意識與閱讀教學。我們在閱讀的過程中接觸文化，同時形成跨文化的理解意識和能力。也就是說在語言閱讀的過程中，同時去接觸文化。在這個過程中，慢慢形成對跨文化的理解能力。可以說，語言是載體，而文化是靈魂。
我們從閱讀能夠去拓展學生的文化視野，通過閱讀能夠獲得中外文化，是學生獲得中外文化的一個主要途徑。拓展文化的途徑，主要就是來自於閱讀。學習文化能夠讓學生對文化產生一定的理解，更有助於幫助學生對所閱讀的文本的意義有更加深刻、更加到位的理解。
（3）思維品質與英語閱讀。英語閱讀的過程，既要藉助思維，同時也在促進思維。
文本是作者的思維、觀點的呈現。讀者在解讀文本內容的時候，是需要讀者思維的參與的，是讀者跟作者之間的在讀的過程中思維的碰撞。孩子解讀文本的語言和結構有助於形成學習英語的一種思維方式。隨著閱讀量的增加，慢慢就形成Think in English 的，用英語思維的一種方式跟習慣。讀者跟作者之間的觀念的碰撞，思維的碰撞有助於培養學生的批判性思維能力，也有助於培養多元思維和創新思維。
所以在閱讀的過程中，有更多的給學生拋出一些引發深度思考的問題。
（4）學習能力與閱讀教學。學習能力指的是使用的學習方法，學習策略，並評估這些方式方法及策略的使用效果如何以及調整，找到一種最適合自己學習外語學習方式和方法。
閱讀教學能夠培養學生的閱讀策略，培養學生的閱讀能力，包括語言的解讀能力，意義的理解能力，信息的篩選能力，信息的存儲能力，還有閱讀速度，理解的准確率等等。閱讀本身就是一種重要學習能力。我們說Learn to read到Read to learn的過程，就是從學習者到成功的學習者的過程。在閱讀教學的過程中，我們要引導孩子從learn as a reader 到act as a character，進階到think as a writer。最後站在作者的角度來思考你所讀到的內容。同時我們也可以從feel the book 到比較深刻的know the book，最後更加深度的去taste the book，達到深度閱讀的目的。總而言之，閱讀教學根據課標的要求，目標定位是獲取文本信息，培養閱讀技能，學習語言知識，拓展文化視野，發展思維能力，提升人文素養。然後以讀促寫，從而提高寫作能力。
閱讀評價存在三方面的問題。一是存在著淺層閱讀的現象比較多，特別是小學階段。整體來說缺乏思維能力的培養，活動設計也好，練習的設計也好，都是停留在表層提取信息的能力的培養。另外，只滿足學生碎片化閱讀。目標就是在考試中能夠拿到分，為考試而讀，而不是為了培養思維能力而讀。然後整個小學階段的閱讀教學缺乏一個長遠的目標，缺乏為學生的後繼學習，甚至是終生的閱讀興趣和能力的關注。
2017版《普通高中英語課程標准》在評價建議這一塊明確提出：突出核心素養在學業評價中的主導地位，著重評價學生的發展與成長。所以我們如何以學科核心素養為導向來設計小學英語閱讀表現性評價活動，使得我們的閱讀評價過程能夠成為學生提升語言能力、獲取文化信息、發展思維層次和提高學習能力的一個過程，而達到教學評的一致性呢？
二、案例與評析
第二部分就通過一些案例和評析來回答這一個問題。
案例1，就是一個書的目錄。在目錄裡面有每課的課題。每一課從哪個頁碼到哪個頁碼。但是學生以後長期閱讀，會碰到尋找他所想要閱讀的章節的一個基本能力。
案例2，是一個動物園的海報。文本的內容，除了動物園的關門開門的時間，還有票價。動物園裡面會有一些動物秀，分別哪些不同的動物秀，又在什麼樣的時間節點？參觀者進到動物園要注意一些什麼樣規則。學生第一個就是去判斷。同樣是信息的判斷，這裡面又涉及到信息推理，准確把握信息的能力。再看任務二，請你增加一條新的動物園規則，結合生活經驗，再補充一句。這個閱讀題的問題的設計能夠引發學生的推理能力，語言的運用和創造能力。同時引導如何文明參觀這一立德樹人方面的信息。
案例3，主人公朱迪，同時收到三分邀請函。但是時間是沖突的，都是同一天。那麼你要幫他確定，去哪個最合適。同時從這些邀請函來判斷相關的一些信息。再看task two ，為了讓朱迪能夠以最合適的身份和行為表現來參加活動，請你用一句或者兩句話來給他一個提示，參加這些活動的時候要注意什麼細節。這一開放性的題目也是當地的文化和生活的一種結合。生活的一些基本的禮貌、禮儀等等反饋出來了。
案例4，是朱迪跟尼克兩個主人公，來到了中國，要買火車票從廣州到北京去旅遊。學生閱讀票的信息並判斷。我們生活中你拿到一張票，你也是必須去關注票面信息的。另外又多了一個開放性的題目：外出旅遊，特別是在中國旅遊要注意一些什麼事項？給一到兩點建議。我們縱觀上面四個案例，可以看出檢測題來源於生活。孩子們在完成紙筆測試的閱讀過程中，就是在解決生活中的問題，就是把生活經驗，把積累下來的人文素養，本身的素養反饋出來。在完成這些案例的task的時候，學生可以用語言表達自己的真實看法，自己的生活經驗。
案例6，讀出這兩幅圖中有什麼不同的現象，寫出來。這適合學生剛學現在進行時的時候讀跟寫融合的活動。學生一邊讀圖，一邊把這些現象描寫下來，沒有一個限制的答案。只要讀懂了，讀對了，寫對了也就ok 了。
案例7，讀兩幅giraffe 和deer 的圖。兩種動物都有一些key information，讀後去分析，寫出兩種動物之間兩到三處不同的地方。它涉及到要讀懂，要觀察，也要對比，然後又分析，再用完整的語言輸出。
案例8，小朋友上學的交通工具的調查問卷之後，有下面五個想法，來判斷符不符合這個圖表中的意義。雖然看起來閱讀的東西都是圖，但是你要去進行一些規律的分析。分析是經常還是sometimes ，是以什麼樣的一個規律來使用哪一種交通方式去上學的。這個案例中語言的復雜度不高，但具有比較高的挑戰性，能夠刺激到學生的思維。學生需要通過觀察統計，然後再通過語言的閱讀跟理解。下面這些要判斷的語句，還是需要語言的閱讀和理解來進行對應。這樣的語句對應這樣的圖表信息，對不對？符不符合圖表的意思？這題能夠融入學生的觀察跟統計的能力。
案例9，是小學階段教材中必不可少的一個主題，就是direction，或者說asking the way。它非常的考驗學生的空間思維能力。通過對應的這些交通圖，然後來閱讀。就這個圖用語言的表達，是不是合不合適？這能夠檢測學生語言的理解能力，而且也考驗學生的空間思維能力。這也融合了多方面的能力和素養。
案例10，要閱讀的是廣州近年來的變化。before 是怎麼樣，現在又怎麼樣。這也是小學英語教材裡面。then and now 話題的一個延伸。老師設計什麼樣的活動更能夠進行學生多方面的能力的培養，而不只是在文本裡面簡單的提取信息呢？我們看這一個開放性的題目設計：對於自己生長的地方，你觀察到廣州還有什麼變化，請用一句話寫出你認為變化最大的地方。當然這句話不能是文本裡面的話。那麼你要讀懂文本，然後排除文本裡面所講到的那些變化，再來增加你觀察到的廣州這座城市的變化。如果不拋出這個問題的話，它也就是讀了讀了文本，最多基於文本來做一些判斷題，或者選擇題，或者回答問題。那麼這個問題，一拋出來，能夠讓學生結合自己的生活對廣州的變化的感受。這是真真實實的一種生活的體驗。所以現在的命制的一些閱讀的題，除了一些唯一的標准答案，這些可以保留，而且要大部分的保留，但是不能百分之一百都是標准化的答案，應該有相應的多元的開放的這樣一種能夠撬開學生的嘴巴，能夠引發思維，撬動思維的一些題目
案例11，是一個病歷。這也是生活中非常常見的東西。平時多數是中文病歷，那麼一個英文病歷能看得懂嗎？當然這個語言的內容，語言的難度一定要適合學生的語言能力。首先這種形式能夠吸引學生的好奇，滿足求知慾。英語的病歷究竟是什麼樣子的呢？姓名、年齡、症狀，時間，診斷，醫生給的建議，是一種短語化的表達，不是一個完整的語篇。轉述出來給第三方，根據症狀的一些key information，形成一個完整的語篇，以完整的語篇的形式來介紹狀況。醫生這兩點建議還不夠，還要去增加自己的想法，自己的分析和結論。建議只要合理，能夠對症下葯，那麼就得分。比較好的體現了學科核心素養下的測評要求，有利於准確全面的檢測學生的學習效果。
案例12，是讀後促寫的小創作。
案例13，展示性評價。我們可以進行一些英語繪本，英語劇的匯演。可以進行即時的表演，也可以有一些比較大型的，比較正兒八經的大舞台劇。
總共十三個案例，就是為了解決剛才提到過的，我們在閱讀的過程中，目前還存在的三大方面的問題，缺乏思維能力的培養；只滿足學生碎片化閱讀，為考試而讀；缺乏長遠目標，缺乏對終生閱讀興趣和能力的關注的這三個問題。
三、小結。
優化閱讀測評活動設計，關注學科的育人目標，育人價值，以評促教，以評促學，達到教學評的一致性。這樣的任務是我們英語教育工作者需要不斷的去研究，不斷的去改進，不斷的去根據時代的育人的要求來進行進一步的去優化和改進，不斷的去鑽研的。
我們的英語教育的價值跟目標就是促進人的發展，包括三大方面的內容：有效運用英語進行溝通的能力，系統的掌握認知思維的能力，培養良好行為與健康品格。
