English is such a beautiful language. We can use it to travel around the world.
英語是一門美麗的語言，用英語我們可以周遊世界。
By learning English we can know the people in the other side of the world. What are they like? What are they talking? What are they thinking? 學好了英語口語，我們可以認識全世界不同國家的人，他們是怎麼樣的，他們在想什麼，討論什麼?
In today's show, there are 43 contestants. They come from different classes of different schools. But they have the same aim, that is to practice English.
今天的比賽總共有43名選手，他們來自不同學校不同的班級,但是大家都有一個共同的目標，那就是學好英語。
為了體現比賽的公平性，今天的比賽總共分為3組，一二年級為一組，三四年級為一組，五六以及初中為一組。按每個組的人數比例，一二年級組將設有一個冠軍以及一個亞軍;三四年級組將設有一個冠軍，一個亞軍，三個季軍;五六初中組將設有一個冠軍以及一個亞軍。
比賽分為有3個環節。
第1環節是一分鍾 自我介紹
第2環節是單詞認讀比賽。會由評委老師計時，1分鍾之內看哪位選手認讀單詞最多最准確。
第3個環節是評委將對每個選手提問。
