1、說教材的地位及作用

Who am I 出自人教版高中英語教科書第二冊第三單元第一課時,本單元的話題是工廠技術,計算機的發展史和機器人。計算機對於高中生來說是較熟悉的一個話題,但「Who am I」這篇閱讀材料所選語言材料屬於科普說明文,內容較為抽象,文章也有一些專業術語,對高一學生來說有一定的難度。但是這篇閱讀材料以第一人稱的擬人手法介紹了計算機發展演變的歷史和計算機在各個領域的應用,這樣擬人的手法使得文章讀起來妙趣橫生,抽象的專業知識介紹起來也淺顯易懂。這篇文章是整個單元的重點,融匯了聽、說、讀、寫語言知識點,同時在句子表達上運用到了現在完成時的被動語態,為下一個課時的語法教學作好了鋪墊。

二、說教法:

結合本課的教學目標及具體任務,我主要用以下教學方法:

①整體閱讀教學法,讓學生分別進行讀前、讀中、讀後訓練,由淺入深消化課文。 ②任務型教學法,讓學生在教師指導下通過感知、體驗、實踐參與、合作等方式完成目標。

③開放性教學策略,如brainstorm role play.等

④因材施教法:根據學生程度,把課文難度適度降低。

三、說學法:

由於學生對計算機比較感興趣及熟悉,教師在教學中要盡量發學生的主動學習積極性與合作精神。因此在教學中我主要引導學生用以下學法:

①五官並用法,如多動腦、動嘴、動手、動口。

②循序漸進:由淺入深地讓學生掌握詞彙、句型、課文內容。

③合作學習、小組討論

四、說教學程序:

Step Ⅰ.Warming up and leading in

1.以幻燈片的方式展開此部分Warming up里有關計算機發展的七部圖片,詢問學生以下問題:

①What are they ?(ask the students to tell them one by one in English and spell them) ②Ask students to discuss what these items have in common.

③Which one can help me most in teaching English ?show students the sentence structures of giving opinions ,such as in my opinion ,I think ……

這部分設計讓學生熟悉有關單詞,熟悉作出決定及意見的句型,激發他們的學習興趣 StepⅡ Pre-readirg

1.Ask the students to look at the title and the picture on P18 and guess :

Part 1 My understanding of this lesson

The analysis of the teaching material:

This lesson is a reading passage. It plays a very important part in the English teaching of this unit. Lesson 62 and Lesson 63 are a whole unit. By studying Lesson 63, Ss can improve their reading ability, learn more about the sea and the life in the oceans. At the same time, we should get the students to understand some difficult sentences to comprehend the passage better. The Ss should do some listening, speaking and writing, too. Of course, the Ss should receive some moral ecation. Let the Ss understand the sea better, love the sea and save the sea and the life of the sea.

Teaching aims:

1. Knowledge aim: Understand the main idea of the text.

2. Ability aim: Retell the text in their own words.

3. Emotional aim: Make the Ss love the life of the sea and do something to stop it being polluted.

Step 1 Greetings

Greet the whole class as usual.

Step 2. Revision

1. Ask students some questions to revise the last lesson(show them on the screen).

b. What is coral? Why are corals not found in deep water?

c. Why is the Dead Sea called the Dead Sea?

2. Check the homework(made a survey about the sea or sea life by surfing the Internet or asking for help from other people). Through this part we can consolidate what they studied yesterday, communicate with others about their survery results and prepare for the new lesson.

Step 3. Lead-in and preparation for reading

Show them some pictures and let them talk each other, and then use the pictures about sea and life in the oceans to learn new words, for example, Antarctica, huge whale, sperm whale, squid and so on.

Task 1 General idea

Step 4 Solving difficult language problems through reading

It』s important for language learners to learn important rules of grammar and use these rules to solve problems in reality. In the previous process of reading, the students must come across some difficult language obstacles, so it』s necessary for us to discuss and explain. This period of time belongs to students. They can ask any questions they come across in the process of learning. I』ll explain the questions and difficulties. 由於本節課涉及warming up listening和speaking 三項內容,時間較為緊張,為此我將warming up的時間縮短,使其起到引入新課的作用,speaking中教材要求采訪丑角,我將其改動為采訪三位的不同喜劇類型,不同國家的職業笑星,使學生充分了解到不同幽默和不同文化之間的差異,增強了他們的采訪興趣。

三、教學方法

在教法上追求自然輕松,體現教學方法的多樣性、藝術性,具體採用教學方法有情景教話,直觀圖片,激情聯想等多樣形式,營造人與語言,人與文化合諧自然;人景相趣的語言環境。

四、教學手段

在教學中和任務設計中不經意卻是有意識地將多媒體電腦等揉在其中,並特別注意這些東西在課堂上的有效使用,體現其輔助作用。

五、教學程序

1、新課導入

本節課導入採用事先讓學生准備一個幽默小笑話,做為morning report ,並詢問:why did you laugh? Do you think it』s funny?用大屏幕展現幾幅各種幽默形式的.圖片,從而引出本單元的主題Humor。

(本節課導入先播放趙本山的幾組圖片,讓三名同學表演其英語版的小品《賣拐》,並詢問:who is he? Why did you laugh? Do you think it』s funny?)用大屏幕展現幾幅各種幽默形式的圖片,從而引出本單元的主題Humor。

2、Warming up

觀看大屏幕上圖片,總結一些幽默類型,並詢問學生「In what other performances do you enjoy humor?」 (你還在其它哪種幽默演出中欣賞到幽默從而讓學生在心中構建一個Lexical chunk,使學生了解幽默的各種形式,引出其中的一種形式—繞口令,設計讓學生以競賽形式快速朗誦,這部分目的有兩個,一是呈現本單元的中心話題幽默,二是培養學生的語感。

3、Listening階段

在聽力教學中利用教材中的圖片,組織學生看圖說話,想像一個有趣的故事,在聽完材料後,完成教材上的練習,這樣形成前後呼應,即培養學生的想像能力,在他們心目中產生一個懸念,又能讓他們帶著任務去聽,提高聽的效果,及時提供反饋,有利於學生的自我評價,這階段主要採取三種活動形式。

(1)小組活動,每個小組經過組內協商確定圖片的排序,由組長開頭,每人根本前面所說的話和圖片上反映的內容接說一句話,發展故事,並記錄在紙上,整理和修改故事。

(2)個人活動,通過聽錄音,將聽力細節材料記錄下來,並做教材上的練習。

(3)班級活動,各級朗讀自己的故事,師生共同評價,評出最有趣故事和與原文最接近故事。

4、Speaking 口語階段

這部分要求學生在學習對喜劇演員采訪的對話基礎上,完成對職業丑角的采訪。我設計了師生互動和生生互動,創設機會讓學生表達他們的感受。

(1)師生互動:交流對娛樂節目,喜劇小品和相聲及其演員的看法,提高他們對幽默的認識。

(2)班級討論:針對學生提到的某一個演員或喜劇小品進行分析,引入課文對話的一些語言和觀點。

(3)小組討論,接著前面的討論,各小組詳細討論,總結討論觀點,形成對三位幽默大師的采訪對話。

(4)各小組派人到前面表演對話。

5、總結。

由幾名同學總結討論喜劇演員以及他們的表演得出的結論,這不但能提高學生對喜劇表演的認識,而且有利於培養學生留心社會關注媒體的洞察力,而且引導學生為下一步閱讀作好思想准備。

6、Home work 在網上查詢有關幽默大師的資料。

2、能有效利用45分鍾,聽、說、讀、寫在這堂課中得到了充分的表現。聽了幾位老師幾堂精彩的英語課後,覺得有以下方面是特別值得我借鑒和學習的。

在短時間內能准備出內容如此豐富的課,說明老師們平時英語資料的積累是非常多的。

每堂課的片語以分組競爭的形式展出,既加深了學生的記憶,又充分調動了學生的學習競爭心理。

重視基礎語言知識,對於基礎語言知識,講得透,講到位。

重視語言綜合運用能力的培養。講知識點時,能結合語境,提供情景。

課堂教學有思想。不是照搬而是吸收消化融進自己的思想。

3、這堂課流程順暢,節奏適中。師生問答,學生表演,處處體現良好的師生關系和學生的較強的學習積極性。對於期末復習重點內容的落實更是別出新栽、設計巧妙。

尊敬的各位評委,下午好!

很高興有機會向大家展示一下我對第三冊第四模塊Reading and Vocabulary部分的教學設計。(同時板書: Book3 - Mole4 Reading and Vocabulary)

新課標要求我們要圍繞三維教學目標開展教學,整合發展學生語言知識、語言技能、情感態度、學習策略和文化意識五個方面的素養,培養學生綜合運用語言的能力。根據這一要求,針對學生的實際情況,我重新整合教材完成了教學設計。它由教材分析、目標和方法分析、過程分析和板書設計四部分組成。

第一:教材分析

該模塊的主題是:Sandstorms in Asia(亞洲沙塵暴)。Reading and Vocabulary是整個模塊的核心。它以文章Sandstorms in Asia為載體,為我們了介紹了亞洲(主要是中國)沙塵暴的情況。同時呈現出了本模塊的重點詞彙、句型、語法和語言功能。

第二:目標和方法分析

這節課的語言知識目標有三個:一是識記與自然災害有關的14個單詞,學會運用4個重點單詞和7個重點短語,這是基礎也是重點;二是理解並運用一個so … that…引導的狀語從句,2個動詞不定式作主語的句子和1個即含有同位語從句又時間狀語從句和原因狀語從句的長句子。這是重點也是難點;三是注意動詞不定式在文中的運用,這為下節語法課的學習做了鋪墊。

我把這節課的能力目標定位在:重點操練學生整體把握文章結構和捕捉細節的閱讀能力;重點操練學生skimmimg 和scanning的閱讀技巧。

為了實現這些目標,我將採用:分層教學、合作學習和循環大課堂與PWP相互穿插的教學模式。針對不同環節,我分別運用了直觀法、頭腦風暴法、討論法和歸納法等教學方法。用融合法和旁白法讓學生了解自然災害的危害,激發學生以實際行動與自然災害作斗爭的決心。這是本課的文化意識目標。

第三:過程分析

我設計的教學過程分四個環節,包括五個活動。它是閱讀和處理導學案同步進行的過程。

環節一:Pre-reading (讀前) 在這一環節,我設計了一個活動。大約用時5分鍾。

首先,用直觀教學法和頭腦風暴法,藉助於PPT,導出有關的詞彙,即完成了導入又檢查了學生預習詞彙的效果。再完成Activity Two,以激活學生的背景圖式,為閱讀做好准備。再放一段沙塵暴的視頻,導入新課。

環節二:While-reading (閱讀) 這一環節我設計了兩個活動。用時大約16分鍾。

活動一:Fast-reading 這篇文章有六段組成。首先5分鍾讓學生skim文章找出每段的中心句。由於答案較明顯,讓基礎稍差的學生回答,這樣有助於調動後進生參與課堂的積極性。這一活動主要操練學生整體把握文章結構的能力

活動二:Intensive-reading 我把課本里的活動四作為該活動的練習。5分鍾,讓學生就課下完成的問題答案進行小組討論,鼓勵學生盡量自己組織語言。然後call back the answers together.這一活動主要操練學生捕捉細節的閱讀能力。

環節三:Post-reading (讀後) 這一環節我設計了三個活動。大約22分鍾。

活動一:處理重點詞彙。(同時板書:Key Words: 1. 2. 3. 4. Key Phrase: 1. 2. 3. 4.)學生展示課下查出的4個單詞和7個短語的用法。稍作講解後,用Activity Five來鞏固詞彙。

活動二:攻克難點句型。(同時板書:Key Patterns: 1. 2. 3. 4. )學生朗讀so … that…引導的狀語從句,2個動詞不定式作主語的句子和1個即含有同位語從句又時間狀語從句和原因狀語從句的長句子。讓學生們以小組討論的形式先自己分析句子的結構,然後在老師的引導下歸納總結出動詞不定式作主語的規律和so … that的用法, 並讓學生板書在黑板上。比賽背誦這幾個句子後,用五個高考選擇題,鞏固該難點。

活動三:Test (檢測) 以活頁形式展示課文的縮寫,挖掉重點的單詞、短語和句型,形成一篇完形填空題。讓學生聽並跟讀課文錄音後,獨立完成該短文。5分鍾後收齊帶回批改,便於老師了解授課效果。

環節四:小結並布置作業

我設計了兩個作業。一是:寫一篇100詞左右的保護環境的作文。二是:完成下節語法課的導學案。

第四:板書設計

我的板書採用了畫龍點睛式。由老師把教學內容的重點和難點提綱列在黑板上,學生簡明扼要地概括並展示出教學內容的重點和難點。也可以說我畫龍,學生來點睛。

(一) 教學內容
1. 本課是Unit 2 heroes Lesson 1 Modern Heroes 的第一課時。本單元分別介紹了National hero, History makers,Sports stars 和 Superhero。這幾篇文章的主題都是hero,但涉及的領域不同,它們融會貫通,承上啟下,融為一體。
2. 本課是介紹National Hero,是學生比較熟悉和感興趣的話題,前部分需要介紹楊利偉和神州五號,讓學生掌握有關詞彙;後一部分是介紹楊利偉乘坐神州五號宇宙飛船遨遊太空的情況。

(二) 學生分析
1. 組成情況
職業高中高一學生年齡都在14-16歲之間,大多數學生由於初中的知識基礎打得不扎實,而且缺乏主動學習的能動性,自學能力差,對學習沒有持有探究性和方向性,也沒有養成良好英語學習習慣,所以學習成績不太理想。
2. 學生的知識與技能水平
職業高中招生的學生,基礎知識比較薄弱,甚至連音標都不會讀,詞彙的掌握范圍狹窄,影響了閱讀,聽力和作文。學生的表達能力還是停留在比較低級的水平,面對每幅圖片或某個主題只能說出一兩句話,而且在閱讀上,未能掌握泛讀和精讀的技巧和方法,課後的預習和復習能力較差,缺乏總結歸納的能力。
3. 學生已掌握的學習策略
盡管學生的知識和技能水平一般,但經過了一定時間的訓練後,他們還是掌握了pair work, group work, using the culture and background knowledge的閱讀技巧。
(三) 教學目標
1. 通過快速閱讀文章,學生能夠對每段文章進行歸納總結,准確地把段落主題與所給的headings聯系起來。
2. 通過仔細閱讀,學生能夠回答關於文章的細節問題。

Shenzhou V is China』s first manned spaceship. It lifted off at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, October 15th, 2003 in Jiuquan, Gansu Province. It was carrying Yang Liwei. It was launched very successfully and landed in Inner Mongolia safely.
Yang Liwei is China』s first astronaut. He was a pilot in the army. He was chosen from 1,500 other army pilots and started training for his space flight in 1998. During the 21-hour space flight, he circled the earth 14 times. When the spaceship was doing its seventh circle, Yang Liwei showed the flags of China and the United Nations, expressing the wishes of the Chinese people to explore and use space peacefully.

第五步 語言運用
為提高學生對生活中的熱點問題發表自己觀點的能力,讓學生運用自己學過的語言知識,對自己心目中的民族英雄進行模擬采訪。把全班同學分成若干個小組,每個小組有一名同學扮演「楊利偉」,其他同學為全國各地新聞媒體記者,他們自由設計問題,對「楊利偉」進行采訪。
教師巡視課堂,發現表現出色的小組,讓他們到台前表演。

教師總結評價。

第六步 布置作業
讓學生准備復述楊利偉的故事,要求說出自己的民族自豪感。
