引 言
寧波市慈溪三北鎮是個人口密集,祥和而又熱鬧的小鎮。這里河流眾多,滋養著三北人民。公路橫河、門前河、快河港、橋頭河等河流在小鎮中流淌。隨著科學技術的速度發展,三北也發生了翻天覆地的變化,每家每戶的生活水平也隨之提高,生活的改變也對環境造成了極大的危害。這次我們三北鎮希望小學五(3)中隊綠色環保小隊的幾個隊員對我鎮的幾條河流進行了比較詳細的實地調查和問卷調查,發現了一些問題並提出了相應的建議。
一、 調查人員及分工:

二、調查的對象、時間和方式:
2006年10月1——7日,我們環保小隊的余丹丹等六位隊員對家邊的河流進行了實地調查,其中包括公路橫河、門前河、快河港、橋頭河等數條河流。同時,我們也針對河流的相關問題,以問卷的形式向長輩們進行了調查。在調查的過程中,我們幾個隊員增長了不少見識,同時也發現了一些急需解決的問題。
三、調查的內容概況:
三北鎮雖地域較小,但其河流眾多,其中村中河特別多。這些小河離居民區較近,也有些小河旁有工廠。最近幾年來,三北經濟發展迅猛,工業的發展帶來了廢水,嚴重影響了小河的水質。河兩岸附近的居民也經常在水中洗衣服、淘米、捕魚等,這為人們的日常生活提供了很大的便利,但也對小河的環境造成了嚴重影響。
四、問卷調查:
1、調查問題:
①小河以前是怎樣的?什麼時候發生了變化?
②是什麼原因使小河成為今天這樣?
③你會往河裡丟垃圾嗎?
④如果你看到別人往河裡丟垃圾,你會怎麼做?
2、調查分析
問卷調查中,我們發現多數長輩都說,以前的小河都非常清澈,河中還有些小魚、小蝦,河邊是小時他們的兒童樂園。值得一提的是,黃宏業家門前還有條「門前河」,那是條又窄又長的小河,河沿由石板鋪成。他父親回憶說,河水清澈見底,站在岸上還可以看到有些小魚兒自由自在地游動。人們的生活用水也是從這里取的。自從90年代有了自來水,人們才漸漸淡忘這里曾養育了一代人。
問卷調查中也發現,如今,大人們對於保護小河的意識也越來越差,經常往河裡丟垃圾,更不用說去勸阻他人了。
五、實地調查發現:
我們隊員在課余時間,也對小河的現狀進行了實地調查。然後,我們幾個隊員經過激烈討論後將問題分成以下幾個方面:
(一)、 三北鎮近幾年來經濟發展比較快,人民生活水平也日益提高,私有企業如雨後春筍般蓬勃發展,這些工廠大多建於河邊,對水質的影響非常大。尤其是紡織廠和橡膠廠,不僅排放出大量的有害氣體,還排放出大量有毒的工業廢水。如快船港開鑿後,承擔著由西向東的運輸重擔,而河邊的建了一座橡膠廠,排除的污水,使河水越來越臟,平時還散發出陣陣惡臭,河裡時常還能發現漂浮著的魚的屍體。本來供人們洗衣、淘米的快船港再也派不上它的用場了。不知不覺中,它的作用似乎被人們遺忘了。
(二)、由於人們環保意識薄弱,經常往河裡傾倒垃圾。所以河面上各種生活垃圾隨處可見。門前河是我們調查中發現的最臟的小河,平時你可以看見被丟棄的快餐盒、塑料袋、酒瓶、泡沫……甚至是一些家禽家畜的屍體漂浮在水面上,那裡成了天然的生活垃圾回收站。河沿旁的石板上那沉澱著的爛泥,痛斥著人們的惡行。原先美麗整潔的河道變得慘不忍睹。人們在清潔了自身的同時,卻把所有的污垢留給了門前河。
六、調查後的建議:
通過調查,我們隊員發現了許多的問題,經過小組的交流討論,我們想提出以下的幾個建議:
(一)、我們希望鎮政府有關部門能對河流加強管理、清除工作,通過定期安排清潔工清理雜草,治理污水,還小河一個清澈整潔的環境。我們鎮正在進行新農村建設,我們相信環境優美的三北鎮會更加富饒。
(二)、「和諧」是新世紀的主題,人與自然的和諧就是其中重要的內容。經濟要發展,但是不能以犧牲大自然的環境作為代價。針對沿河廠家排放污水、廢渣等問題,我們認為鎮政府應該採取有關措施,制訂一些規章制度,強制每個單位一定執行,違反應進行相應處罰。最好是能進行「環保單位」的評比,評出環保工作做得最好的幾個廠家。環保做得不好的幾個廠家,可以在廣播中點名批評或者在鎮政府宣傳欄中張貼出來,罰款等方法作為處罰。
(三)、發動群眾,教育群眾,依靠群眾。有關部門可以通過分發傳單到農戶、牆報宣傳、環保知識講座等方法來增強大家的環保意識,教育大家不要再往河中亂扔垃圾,傾倒廢水、廢渣等。只有這樣,我們才能真正治理好我鎮的河流污染問題。我們相信,只要大家以身作則,都來爭做環保小公民,就一定能使小河重新找回清澈,找回美麗。

我院始終把社會實踐作為素質教育和大學生實踐能力培養的重要部分來抓。按照校團委的要求,我院團委認真研究,領會精神,精心策劃,確定了本次實踐活動的方案。並積極動員、組織廣大青年學生投身到社會實踐活動中去。在放假前,特召開了各班級班主任和團支書會議,強調暑期社會實踐。因為本次社會實踐與以往不同,本次落腳點就是讓學生真正深入到企事業單位、個體、私營、農村等進行最段為期一周的工作,因此,為充分調動廣大學生投身暑期社會實踐的積極性,我們從6月底開始,就利用班團活動,寢室櫥窗,海報等形式對今年暑期實踐活動進行了詳實、細致的宣傳與安排。從號召廣大同學投身暑期社會實踐到集中組隊報名流程,再到主題和主要內容、社會實踐過程中的安全注意事項、社會實踐報告的書寫方法、今年暑期社會實踐的總結評比辦法,再到大學生參加社會實踐的重要意義、往年暑期社會實踐所取得的成績都向各團支部做了具體說明,起到了很好的效果。使暑期社會實踐的組織更加有序,思路更加清晰,確保了我院今年暑期社會實踐工作的全面開展。
二、重點突出,內涵豐富,形式多樣,特色明顯
今年是我院迎接國家教育部教學工作水平評估的關鍵一年,在這樣的形勢下,動員組織廣大學生開展社會實踐活動,對於引導學生培養和提升實踐能力和創新精神,以及弘揚和培育民族精神,促進和諧社會建設,樹立科院大學生良好形象,並進而為我校的建設和發展做出貢獻,具有重要意義。為此,我院今年繼續以大學生素質拓展為核心,以「服務社會,完善自身」為宗旨,以「經風雨,見世面,受教育,長才幹,作貢獻」為目的,以「實踐促成才 ,青春創和諧」為主題,積極動員、鼓勵、組織全院廣大學生投身社會實踐,,以「面向農村、面向基層、面向科研課題」為方向,引導青年學生與祖國共奮進,與時代同發展。把愛國熱情和成長成才的強烈願望轉化為學習進步的實際行動,在實踐中認識國情,提高素質。
1、點、面結合,靈活多樣。不論是各實踐團隊還是個人,他們圍繞今年的暑期社會實踐主題採取了靈活多樣的方式,形成全面細致的整體實踐成果。
2、內容豐富,覆蓋面廣,形式多樣。今年我校學生參加社會實踐活動涉及工業、農業、商業的各個行業領域。有深入廠礦進行生產實習的,有深入偏遠山區進行科技文化援助的,也有到農村進行科教、醫療衛生宣傳的。有進行社會調查的,有開展文化服務的,也有開展技術服務的,涵蓋了社會的方方面面。另外,各專業學生並不僅僅局限於在所學學科範圍內進行社會實踐,而是做了許多探索性的嘗試,思路更加開闊。學電子信息專業的學生有從事市場營銷調研的,也有到工廠學本領練技術的,也有為企事業單位開發軟體管理系統的,豐富了大學生專業知識以外的其它行業的技術本領。
三、工作扎實,成果顯著
2007年的暑期社會實踐工作,同學們都能以認真負責的態度,扎實、持久地開展實踐,在深入了解社會的過程中,進行有深度的探究,獲得可貴的一手資料。通過縝密的組織、認真扎實的開展實踐,使社會實踐活動實現了預期目的,取得了良好的效果。
1、通過參與社會實踐活動,使廣大同學對黨的各項方針、政策有了更加深入的理解。在實踐過程中,同學們通過讀書、閱讀報刊、走訪、座談、聽報告等方式,結合對黨的各項路線、方針、政策及理論著作的學習,對黨的各項方針、政策的時代背景、實踐基礎、科學內涵、精神實質的認識更加深入。

今年的暑期社會實踐活動已經基本結束了。在此次社會實踐過程中,我院大學生能夠圍繞主題,扎實開展工作,深入實踐,鍛煉了能力,展現了大學生的青春風采,達到了社會實踐的目的。為總結經驗,鞏固和深化社會實踐成果,我們將繼續對此次社會實踐活動進行深入細致的總結,加強社會實踐經驗的相互交流,共同探索社會實踐的開展方式、方法。並加強成果的宣傳,組成社會實踐成果宣講團在各團支部內進行宣講,擴大影響,為下一年工作的深入開展打好基礎

聽力。就是平時多聽,多練,把六級真題上的聽力聽明白了,反復的聽。基本上就沒什麼問題了。閑暇的時間可以看看外國的電影,聽聽英文歌,都不錯的。
快速閱讀。就是先看題,找關鍵句子。基本就可以了。
閱讀。裡面會有好多生單詞,把真題的生單詞基本上都記住,能有個大概印象,就可以了。還有就是多文章關鍵句子的把握,每段的開頭和結尾,還有很多動詞,名詞什麼的需要注意。
完型和翻譯。這個就是考驗你平時的語感和對片語和單詞的掌握度了。把平時做題遇到的都記下來,基本就可以了。翻譯的時候如果對復雜的句子沒把握的話最好用簡單的。
不能對著一本單詞書死記硬背的背單詞。沒有任何的實際意義,通過做題掌握的單詞片語,以及累積的語感會真正的幫到你。
基本就是這些了。加油,多下些功夫,六級肯定沒問題。

快速閱讀是新四級的一個新增部分,只有15分鍾,千萬不要一字一句地去讀,學會定位。
這兩部分做好後,是要收卷子的。
緊接著是聽力,不再是20分鍾,而是35分鍾了,大家一定要准備好。
閱讀數量為三篇,一篇是選詞填空,另外兩篇是傳統的選擇,但注意時間是25分鍾。
接下來是15分鍾的改錯或完型,四級不再是只有完型而無改錯了。
最後五分鍾是簡短問答或中譯英,中譯英是新出來的題型。
當然分數越高用人單位越喜歡。

For another, if we borrow books from the library or friends, we normally have deadline to finish them. And consequently we can read more books in a limited time, just as a famous Chinese saying goes, 「books can not be read unless borrowed.」
I believe that advantages for buying books are more obvious and compelling. Firstly, we can keep the books as long as we wish. Secondly, we can take whatever notes on the margin of the pages of the books. Finally, the process of selecting and keeping books can be a great fun.

My fellow students,
Last Friday, the Students』 Union of our Department organized a clean-up project to Zhongshan Lake. The purpose of this project is to enhance(加強)the environment awareness of general public. Late in the afternoon around 4, a group of 35 volunteers went to the park where we pick up the trash(垃圾)left by some tourists. As head of the group, I would like to report to you on the event.
Actually, we did a wonderful job. When we were collecting the trash near the lake, many people paused to watch and then came to our help, showing considerable appreciation and support. But our work still left some to be desired. For one thing, since our project started late in the afternoon, hours were not long enough to attract enough people as we had predicted. For the other, lots of people passed by apparently not knowing what we were doing. But for these two drawbacks, our project could have been much better and more effective.
So, following are two of my suggestions: next time we have similar activities, try to start earlier, say in the morning. In this case we can put in more hours. And also, as we are getting along, we can put up some posters to tell people what we are doing and call their attention to environment protection. Thank you.
