我覺得主要還是要以學生為主 現在的大環境就是應試 所以就要求老師課上能夠講要點、講重點
跟著考綱、考點走
說白了 考不到的東西就不講 將常考的、易出現的知識點講給學生 這樣的話學生學起來有成就感、有動力；老師備課也能更有效
不過 一眼就能看出哪些是重點 哪些常考到 達到這水平老師也得要下狠功夫的
還有 我覺得 平時上課的時候 詼諧幽默的講課方式 學生應該更喜歡（本人的實際經驗）
如果某個知識點能結合學生的實際生活 相信這樣也會增加學生的興趣
