通读全文，我们可以看出，31题的答案在第四段，他写华为需要有一个要权衡，那就是它的价格，即这句:There's a lot to weigh up here,especially that price €2299。从这句可以看出31处选B,especially是尤其是的意思，尤其是它的价格，我们可以看出作者是认为它是有点贵的。
