一、工作的重要指导思想
我作为一名初一英语教师,为了能够做好下学期的英语教学工作,必须严格遵守教育部门和学校规定的《新课标》的重要纲要规划,认真学习纲要的各项要求,做一名有英语技能、有教学技能、有教师责任的英语教师。同时必须遵守教师的基本职业意识,时刻保持学习,多参加系列讲座,加强自己的思想建设,增加自己的教学能力。
二、情况基本介绍
下学期我依旧带我这一学期的班级,初一三班和初一五班。其中初一三班为优秀班,共四十五名学生,初一五班为普通班,共四十一名学生。三班的英语成绩相对来说比较优秀,五班学生英语成绩较落后一些。本学期期末成绩出来后,五班的班主任也找过我,希望我下学期,能够更加照顾下五班学生的英语基础,想办法把他们的成绩提上来,这当然是我责无旁贷的事情!
三、大致的教学计划
初一下学期是学生们从小学进入初中的第二个学期,经过一个学期的学习,大部分已经适应了初中的生活。所以这一个学期,我不能再以之前那种轻松的学习态度来要求他们,而是渐渐地增加学习要求。
这一个学期,共四个半月的时间,除去假期和考试的时间,差不多只有三个半月多的时间,所以我要抓紧每一分钟时间,课堂四十五分钟都充分利用好,给学生教好课。除此之外还要挤出时间,给他们做听力练习,做口语练习。
四、具体计划
1、课文学习。这个学期的英语课文共八个单元,但只有三个多月的时间,所以在第一个月必须要上完unit1—unit3,第二个月上完unit4—unit6,第三个月上完剩下的课程,并且留出时间复习以往课文。
2、留下最后半个月,给他们做好系统的语法学习,尽可能地讲完几种完成时态。
3、单词练习。两个班级的基础不一样,所以规定三班一天记三十个单词,五班一天记二十个单词,每天中午上课前十分钟,让英语课代表统一默写。
4、口语练习。英语早自习的时候,带他们朗诵课文。
5、英语两节课的时候,留二十分钟给学生们放英语磁带,锻炼他们的听力能力。

初一年级是英语学习的基础阶段,也是养成好习惯的关键时期。基础打不好、习惯不良,直接影响学生整个初中阶段,乃至高中、大学的英语学习。所以做好初一英语的教学工作至关重要。对此我制定以下措施:
1、每天背诵课文中的对话。目的:要求学生背诵并默写,培养语感。
2、每天记5个生词,2个常用句子或习语。实施:利用“互测及教师抽查”及时检查,保证效果并坚持下去。

一、学术条件分析
七年级学生刚入学时基础不高。经过上学期几位英语老师的不懈努力,学生的基础知识得到了加强,学习态度得到了改善。但是从上学期期末考试来看,整体英语成绩并不理想。197班75人,其中上学期英语考试及格32人,优秀15人,109分,最低22分,平均分69、85。
此外,学生的情感态度和学习策略仍有许多问题有待解决。比如,很多学生不能清楚地知道学习英语的目的,没有真正意识到学习英语的目的在于交流;一些学生在学习中缺乏小组合作意识;大多数学生没有养成良好的学习习惯,不能做好课前准备和课后复习,学习没有计划性和战略性;不善于发现和总结语言规律,不注重知识的巩固和积累。有些学生不知道如何记忆单词,甚至不会听写基本单词,导致无法理解、理解和学习。学生的听力也需要提高,在这方面也有失分。主要是听的时间太少,接触英语的时间不多。

1.了解背景知识,预测活动内容:学生课前通过各种媒体了解背景知识,教师适当补充,背景知识又称非直观信息,它储存于学生的长时记忆中,是直接影响阅读分析和理解的一个重要因素。适当了解背景知识,可以帮助扫除可能出现的障碍,激发其阅读的欲望。同时,也可让学生根据文中图片及标题等对阅读内容进行预测,从而激发学生进一步阅读课文的兴趣。

任务型阅读理解题题型丰富,近年来考查形式大致如下:回答问题型、判断正误型、阅读填空型、阅读排序型、阅读改写句子型、看图推断型。试题既可以按照其中一种形式出现,也可以混合出现。读写结合,既增加了试题的难度和区分度,又有效的促进英语学习朝着实用性方向发展,符合了新课改的要求。
考查近几年的中考英语任务型阅读理解试题后不难发现,阅读内容难度整体适中,易于理解,题目设计既不是很直接呈现答案,也不增添解题的弯度。但实际操作解题过程中,却很容易犯这样或那样的错误,从而导致了很多不必要的失分。因此,我们有必要让学生对任务型阅读有较全面的了解,熟练掌握任务型阅读的解题技巧。下面,笔者将结合学生答题常见错误进一步具体深入解析。
一、明确任务,关注题后要求

任务型阅读理解不但考查学生阅读理解的能力,还考查学生写的能力,所谓读写结合。所以在写的过程中就应特别注意书写规范:单词的首字母是否应大写,单词拼写无误,单词的词形、词性,句子的语法准确,时态语态正确,固定搭配等等。在翻译句子时尤其要慎重,结合语境,反复斟酌,努力做到万无一失。
