课堂教学是教学的基本途径，也是学生获取信息，锻炼提高多种能力和养成一定思想观念的主要渠道。其有效性是教学目标落到实处，教学过程民主、科学、互动，教学主题知识和能力得到提高。作为英语教师，我时常在思考为什么教师教得很认真，学生也学得很辛苦，但实际效果并不理想，很多学生对英语知识的掌握和运用十分有限。究其原因，很多时候是因为我们没有关注课堂教学中的细节问题，导致有些无效的或低效的教学行为。为此，我开始有意识地注意自己的教 学行为，在做了一些教学反思之后我觉得教师在课堂教学中应注意以下几个方面的问题：
1.激发学生的学习兴趣
如果一堂课没有几个能引起学生兴趣的话题，那么这堂课在学生眼里肯定是枯燥乏味的，也就谈不上有效了。课堂教学活动应从学生的角度出发，所设计的各个环节，步骤应该符合学生的心理。 学习是需要兴趣的，如果仍然用传统教学模式，那么学生所接触的就是枯燥无味的词汇和语法，学生们的学习主动性和积极性又怎能调动起来呢？
要使学生产生学习动力，光讲大道理、明确学习目的是不够的。兴趣是激发学生积极主动探索知识的内部动力，是学生积极认识事物，积极参与活动的一种心理倾向，兴趣越浓学生学习的积极性越高，掌握知识就越快。这就要求教师在课前做好充分的准备工作，运用恰当有趣的例子，活跃课堂气氛，扩大学生的知识面、增添学习兴趣，使学生自觉地将注意集中到授课内容，以便更好地掌握这些内容。所以，老师在课前应做好充分准备，寓教于乐，运用灵活多样的教学方法，教一堂充满情趣的课，让每个学生都能有喜悦和成就感。当然，适当地组织一些活动也是不可缺少的。英语歌曲，朗诵比赛，活动剧，听力比赛，作文比赛等。让学生们沉浸于美好的语言情境，时而游戏，时而思考，时而激情勃发，在自由自在中体验学习语言的乐趣。如在教授六年级英语文化单元1时，我通过课前上网下载有关世界之最的图片来激发学生对要学内容的兴趣，使他们学习热情高涨，学习效率也自然提高了。
2. 充分调动学生的学习主动性
课堂教学不是教师一个人的舞台，应该让学生成为课堂的主体，要强调师生的互动。教师应引导学生积极参与到教学活动中去，并充当教学活动的主角，而不是把教学看成“教师灌、学生装”，把学生看成是被动的接受知识的对象。调动学生的学习主动性，并确立自身的主体作用意识已成为一项重要课题。英语语言学习是语言输入和输出的双向性活动，教师不仅要充分进行语言的输入，也要千方百计地鼓励学生输出语言。
新课程标准要求下的课堂教学实践要体现学生的主体性。让学生自主实践、自我发展，提出问题，在教师引领下解决问题；提倡课堂的民主性，充分地尊重学生，教师成为课堂学习的参与者、指导者；提倡教学的开放性，开放教学形式，开放教学场地，尤其是开放学生的活动与思维空间，开放对学生的素质培养的思路，开发学生的多元智能，关注学生的全面发展；提倡教学的综合性，注重培养学生学习、生活等方面的综合能力；注意课堂教学的生成性，在培养学生情感、态度、价值观等方面予以高度的关注。

研读英语新课标，我们知道，本次基础教育课程改革的一个重要目标是促进教师的教学方式与方法的革新，促进学生优化学习方式。长期以来，我们的课堂教学只注重知识传授，强调接受学习，而不注意学生的学法以及教学的真正实效，也就是说，对教学的反馈及有效性的研究大大滞后。教师在教学过程中如何有效地与学生进行互动，哪种英语教学方式受学生喜爱，哪堂英语课教学让学生形成了能力，哪种学习方法是有效的，甚至是高效的，这都成为我们思考的方向。因此，在英语的教学过程中要运用多种教学手段及方法，如：运用投影仪，多媒体，录音机，图片等，开展小组活动，朗读，复述，歌曲演唱，竞赛，英语角等形式来活化课堂，优化教学。
三、关注多元评价增强教学的有效性
新课程指出：通过评价，使学生在英语课程的学习过程中不断体验成功与进步，认识自我，建立自信，促进学生综合语言运用能力的全面发展。就是让我们要结合学生的实际，通过师生合作，对学生的情感态度，学习策略，文化意识，语言知识，语言技能等在学习过程中的发展和进步性综合评价。
多元评价是为指导教学过程顺利进行而对学生的学习结果和教师的教学效果的评价。多元评价的主要目的不是为了选拔少数优秀学生，而是为了发现每个学生的学习潜能，促进学生的学习，并为教师提供反馈，也为个人提供有益的反馈，帮助教师了解每个学生的学习情况和学习的需要，随时调整教学内容和方法，从而提高课堂教学效率。评价的目的是为了促进学生的学业进步和全面发展。教师要根据评价结果与学生进行不同形式的交流，充分肯定学生的进步，鼓励学生自我反思、自我提高。如在每学完新单词后，我都要进行一至两次的听写，并表扬满分同学，对没及格同学要求及时重新默写，而且每一单元都要进行相应的单元测试，并对测试结果进行分析、反思，力争科学地、全面地考查并总结学生在经过一段学习后所具有的语言水平，以便及时调整教学计划，提高教与学的有效性。
四、有效课后作业的布置
作业是学科教学的延伸和补充，是对单位时间内所学知识的复习与巩固，是教师用来检查教学效果、指导学生学习的教学手段之一。正确组织好学生作业，对于培养学生独立工作的能力和习惯，发展学生的智力和创造才能有着重大意义。同时教师通过作业可以及时了解学生的学习状况，并据此调节、改善自己的教学。但教师在布置作业时应注意以下几个问题：
1. 布置作业讲究针对性
教师在选题时，只有将学生的水平层次与知识层次有机地结合起来，才能使练习具有较强的针对性。如设计巩固交际语言项目的练习，要重点训练学生运用语言的得体性、规范性；设计巩固语法知识的练习，要重点训练学生掌握语法知识的准确性；设计口语练习，要重点训练学生口头表达语言的准确性和流利性。
2. 布置作业讲究层次性
教师在布置作业时要遵循“因材施教”这一教学原则，在完成单位时间内的教学内容后，结合教学内容和学生实际水平，布置层次分明、结构合理、题量适中的同步作业，对学生个体层次和知识层次要分析并加以区别，不能搞“一刀切”。因为班级的每个学生的智力水平和接受能力不可能处在同一水平，所以内容设计要面向全体学生，兼顾到不同层次的学生。尤其是我们四1班学生两级分化，所以作业布置可分为A、B、C三级作业，即A级作业面对优秀生，他们完成基本技能训练之后，再力争完成综合性广、概括性强、灵活性大的练习；B级作业面对中等生，在他们完成基本技能训练后，再练习一般综合题；C级作业面对学困生，重点布置与教材相关的最基础的知识和最基本的技能训练，并适当减少数量，降低难度，对基本题进行强化训练。这样一来，优等生满足了更高的求知欲，中等生减轻了心理压力，有了“跳一跳也能摘到桃子”的机会，学困生也能按时完成作业，学习上增强了自信心。让每个学生都能有收获，都能享受到成功的快乐。 3. 布置作业讲适量性
教师应指导学生在有限的时间内，主要进行学习方法的探索和知识的系统归类，而不是进行大量的、毫无针对性的、机械性的练习。教师应把握好这一原则，做到选材有针对性且题量适中，不可把练习变成“题海”，更不能把布置大量的作业当成学生复习和掌握知识的唯一途径 4.按时检查作业

第四，讲究学习方法。
1、 学习单词时，读是第一位的，先会读再练写。读单词根据音标读单词比较容易，节省时间。音标是拐杖，学会了用音标拼单词，只要老师简单给你纠正一下个别不准确的读音，你就可以用自己掌握的音标知识很容易地读出单词了，就像学会了汉语拼音，你就会读新华字典上的所有单词一样。再注意，读单词时，一定要读得滚瓜烂熟，这样就为后边的写打下了基础。
2、 写单词时根据读音拼写单词比较省劲。根据读音分节记，很长的一个单词，化成几个音节，很快就记住了，这就是化繁为简。
3、懂得遗忘规律。有的同学认为自己永远记不住单词，并说，瞬间记住单词不难，难得是过一会儿就忘了。说得很好，不忘才不正常，你问问你们班英语考最高分的同学，单词记住一次永远不忘吗？遗忘是最正常的事，所以反复记忆很重要。第一天记住了第二天再记，第三天再记，有时间再和单词见个面，总是见面就熟了，印象深了，忘不了了。有科学研究发现，一般一个单词反复记七遍后就不容易忘了。
4、 词不离句。新学的生词在课本中的哪句话中出现的，背过这句话，不但记住了单词，而且单词的使用也没问题了，因为只记住一些零散的单词考试时是帮不上什么大忙的，试卷上的每道题都是以句子的形式出现的，记句子才是最聪明的做法。这样养成习惯后，连写小作文都不成问题。
5、 笔记要做好，老师举的例子也要写好，而且要有背笔记的习惯。你翻开以前自己做不上的那些自认为很难的那些题，往往是老师讲过的知识点自己没记住而不知所措。
6、 课本比做题重要，掌握好课本才能以不变应万变。单词反复背写，对话课文背熟写过。这是最最有用的。做题前先把课本中的东西复习一下，再做题很轻松很自信。
7、 翻看错题很重要。就是以前的好题集锦本，我上学时就是自发地弄错题本，厚厚的塑料皮本子，所列错题一直带着，没事时翻翻，尤其考试前翻翻，很有效果。
总之，英语要多听，多读，多写，多背，简单的事情做绝了，那就是本事。

文章的灵感来自寒假看的一部关于日本中学生的电视剧，剧中有一幕给我留下了深刻的印象：圣诞节到了，一个学生由于父亲工作调动的关系要转学，许多老师都送了礼物，一条亲手织的围巾，一双筷子等，在我们看来这都是非常小的甚至是微不足道的，可它们却表达了浓浓的情意，送围巾的老师说："无论你走到哪里，都希望你能用自己的实际行动温暖他人赢得他人对你的关心。""看到老师送你的筷子请一定要记得吃好穿暖，记得健康第一。"还有一位更特别的老师，"我把我的幸福送给你们，当你们感到幸福的时候，也要记得把它分享哦！"她把准备好的三个小娃娃，分别送给了要转学的孩子和他的两个最要好的朋友，"谁能得到两个娃娃，谁就能得到最多的幸福！"孩子们看到各自手中的娃娃，开心同时陷入了沉思……圣诞夜，三个好朋友聚在一块，拿着各自的礼物，交换，打开，礼物惊人的相似——老师送的娃娃，友情因此得到升华，孩子们露出了开心的笑容，剧情的精彩就在此刻呈现，触动也就在这一刹那：原来师生关系可以如此融洽；教育可随时渗透于生活中的小事；原来幸福可以分享，给别人幸福自己也可以得到幸福，它就是这么简单；小小的举动、不经意的话语居然可以散发出如此大的魅力，对人产生如此大的影响，看来生活中我们所缺少的不是幸福感而是善于发现它的慧眼，见微知著，精彩和幸福其实就在那不远处。
一直从事低年级英语教学的我，让学生在我的英语课堂上体味到开心体验到学习的成功与乐趣，是我最大的目标。我也始终相信只要有认真勤奋的工作态度，在教学的过程中，多多注意教育的细节，处理好细微之处，精彩便可以呈现在课堂的每一个环节中。众所周知，好习惯能让人终身受益。从培养学生终身学习能力的角度出发，我从细节入手，注重培养学生良好的学习习惯和浓厚的英语学习兴趣，传授学生知识的同时也注重彰显学生的个性。
首先，耐心细心、循序渐进地培养学生良好的听英语的习惯。
听英语是对口头信息的接受、吸收和理解，是一种有目的的交际行为。低年级的学生有着活泼好动、模仿能力强、爱表现等心理特点，认真地听完课堂的四十分钟，对他们来说可是不小的挑战。不过想要喧闹的教室顿时安静，很多老师一定跟我一样相信食物的奖励和卡通的魅力是最大吧！May I come in？大家不陌生吧！开学初我就会给学生渗透上课与下课、英语课与其他课的不同，简单的一句话让学生既能尊师有礼又能培养学生用英语的习惯；我也会找一些跟教学有关的卡通如gogo、迪士尼等，指导学生认真的倾听原声，回答简单的问题，例如，在教学歌谣little cat and little rat前，我给学生看disney中动物的片段，学生不仅很快就掌握了cat和rat的读音，还学会了许多其它动物的单词，有的甚至还学会了怎样表达动物的只数，这也为下一步的教学打下了基础。除此之外，从孩子们爱玩爱表现的特征出发，我采取游戏的方式用欢乐的氛围来感染孩子们培养他们倾听的习惯。"我来争第一"、"比一比，谁最快"、"做好课前准备的，请举手！"……利用学过的知识跟孩子们做listen and do的游戏，数字游戏是他们最喜欢的，大家围成一个圈，当老师说一个数字如"Three！"三个孩子抱成一团，孩子们总能在拥抱中找到欢乐；课后，我也会跟学生聊天、谈话，增进师生间的情谊，了解学生的心理，孩子们渐渐地对英语产生了兴趣，课堂中也能静下心来配合我全英的组织教学，虽然偶尔可以捕捉到茫然、疑惑的表情，也还需手舞足蹈，借助道具，用表情、手势等肢体语言去帮助理解，但是通过不断地渗透，反复的操练，从简单的stand up、sit down到较难的go to school、wake up等，孩子们不仅会听会会做动作还能将它们运用到生活中去呢！同时学生也习得了良好的听课习惯。
其次，细化课堂、优化教学，培养学生良好的说英语的习惯。
有资料显示，在整个学习的过程中，只有10%的知识是从读中学到的，20%的知识是从听中学到的，30%的知识是通过看学到的，而70%的知识是从读、看和说的协同中学到的，90%的知识是通过一边做肢体动作一边说学到的。（turtledove，1993）在学生渐渐养成良好的听英语的习惯的前提下，我们可以充分营造轻松愉悦的课堂氛围，活用教材、优化课堂、加强示范、善于鼓励，培养学生乐于开口说英语用英语的习惯。
一、二年级的英语以歌曲、歌谣为主，小学生又有着听觉敏锐，善于模仿，对节奏、音调、韵律、节拍的感受力强的心理特点，在实际的教学过程中，我们可以利用课内外的音乐资源，如教学光盘、课件、简笔画等，激发学生学习英语的兴趣，增强其记忆力，提高情感与认知水平以及音乐智能。但是低年级学生年纪小，在英语学习中容易受母语的影响，而且学习缺乏主动性和自觉性，对知识的遗忘率很高，因此在教授新知识的时候情景的设计和教师的示范这两个细节显得尤其重要。在教授friends朋友这一课中，我设计了交朋友这一活动，先由hello交朋友的故事引出朋友的话题，再由师生对话进行示范，let’s be friends，Ok。 接着请生生示范，并且以交朋友为话题从小组到大组再到班级的范围进行操练，最后拓展到让学生在新学期里找朋友交朋友这一活动中继续去巩固，学生在这一课堂中不仅学会了所学知识，还认识了许多新朋友，树立了学习的信心，更体会到了说英语的乐趣。除此之外，善于总结和归纳教学内容触类旁通、活用教材也能帮助学生习得良好的说英语的习惯。如系列的语言教学动物、文具、职业或者是各种节日以及教授与节日相关的英语知识，简单举例如母亲节，与母亲节有关的话题有family、家庭成员的单词、节日问候语、亲情教育、中西方文化在取名字方面的差异、甚至还可以延伸到更多的有家庭聚会的西方节日等。
总之，教师在善于总结善于归纳的同时，要把握学生的心理、善于挖掘学生的潜能、抓住孩子想说的意愿，设计不同的语言场景和符合学生学习实际的语言或对话，充分发挥教师这一引导角色，指导学生小组互动、合作学习、学以致用，让学生在体验中学习在学习中体验收获自信和成功的喜悦。这就是我想说的第三点：在活动中合作学习，在评价中成长。
在小学英语教学中开展小组合作学习是培养学生人际交往能力的有效方法，可以以游戏、讨论、问答和角色扮演等形式开展。课堂中的各种学习活动和课外的各项英语主题活动都能使学生学会与他人合作，正确的评价自己，并在参与合作中学会沟通，提高运用英语的能力。
学生有说英语的自信和乐于开口的意愿，教师应提供学生自我展示的舞台。英语歌舞大赛、低年级英语小组唱比赛、英语风采大赛等，不论是级组的还是班级的，校际的还是校外的，我都鼓励孩子们积极参与，而且很多学生都有优异的表现取得了较好的成绩。这是其一。
其二，采取合作学习的教学方式，体现学生个人的风采，彰显学生的个性。以"组间同质、组内异质"为原则，根据学生在学习水平、个性特征和性别等方面的差异组成四人学习小组，兼顾组与组的平衡及组内成员的差异互补。课堂中创设学习情景，将学习活动与生活实际相结合，激发学习小组的合作兴趣，营造氛围，培养学生的创新和探索精神。在实际的操作过程中我根据在平时课堂中记录的学生的表现以及英语早晚读的一对一的读书检查情况，给学生分组，在教学活动中我通过争当小组长和评选优秀学习小组的活动鼓励他们发挥各自的特长、展示自我、互帮互助、共同进步。这样既能使组内学生密切合作、保持和谐的`伙伴关系，同时又能使小组之间或小组成员之间保持一定的竞争势态，教学活动可以设计一些通过合作才能完成的任务如：故事表演、歌谣表演、K歌之王、快乐传真等，具体教学案例如新起点第二册clothes衣服的教学，我要求学生设计服装、相互交流、设定衣服价格等。虽然学生的作品千奇百怪，定出的价格也会令人啼笑皆非，但学生在这节课中体验到了创新的乐趣、初步建立了价值意识。
前苏联教育家苏霍姆林斯基说过：教育的技巧并不在于能预见到课堂的所有细节，而是在与根据当时的具体情况，巧妙地在学生不知不觉中做出相应的变动。教学活动的设计是否能满足学生内心表达的需要、合作学习中教师的引导、师生的评价等方面都能对学生的学习产生一定的影响。在此我想提到的是英语教研室的邓宁霞老师提出的一张贴纸所带给我们的思考，对学生的奖励老师们肯定各有妙招，也不乏有奖励贴纸的吧，那么老师们在奖励小贴纸的时候，有没有做到一视同仁？是不是每个学生都有机会得到？有没有问过受表扬的学生他想把它贴在哪里？这些小问题当时就引起了我们的反思，所以，在教学的过程中我们应公平地对待每一个学生、一切从学生出发时刻考虑学生的内心需要、注意教学中的每一个小细节，在评价过程中物质的奖励能起到一定的作用，但是精神的奖励也不容忽视，对表现棒的学生说一句"Good！"、"You are great！"、一次真挚的掌声、一个赞赏的眼神……对表现欠佳的孩子说声"Come on！"拍拍肩膀等这些简洁的语言、小小的举动同样能激起学生对学习的热情，记得作为老师的您的肯定、赞美的语言或是甜美的微笑，能让学生从不同的表扬方式中明白赞美的作用从而学会欣赏他人，这也有可能改变一个孩子对学习的态度，或者造就一个教育的精彩和幸福的瞬间！

为了在复习中把握住方向，我们认真学习了考试大纲和湖北省的考试补充说明，明确了双纲对听、读、写等的具体要求，并悉心听取教研室的指导与建议，密切关注07高考的动向。在第一轮复习结束后，我们认真分析了一轮复习效益检测试卷的整体和分项情况以及学生当前的学习状态，确定了二轮复习具体方案和各专项训练的力度。具体来说，二轮复习我们按照高考题型结构，有计划对听力、单选、完成句子、完型填空、阅读及写作等题型进行专门的训练。重点放在对学生解题方法的指导，从而提高学生自己分析问题，解决问题的能力，力求使学生在一轮复习的基础上建立起完整的知识体系，实现由语言知识到语言应用能力的转化，最终提高学生做题的准确率和熟练程度。
在二轮专题复习整个过程中，我们一贯坚持以教育科研为先导，以教案、学案为落点，通过集体备课来撞击集体智慧的火花。在具体实施集体备课时，我们一直坚持‘个人主备、集体讨论、个性修改’的原则。而对于专题的分工则根据组内各位老师的特长来确定，以求达到最佳效益。每项专题集体备课的材料由三个部分组成：教师的教案，学生的学案和精选的练习。教师的教案侧重于高考各题型命题特点，考查热点，试题分析，学生现状分析和解题指导；学生的学案侧重于试题分析和解题方法与技巧的归纳总结，练习的选择要求是重视实用性，灵活性比较强以及能力型的题目，训练重点是中档难度的题目。为了扎扎实实做好集体备课的每一个环节，我们制定出每周的复习计划，做到人人心中有数，有备而战。严格把关教案、学案和周考试卷质量，共同讨论不厌其烦地修改，然而再印发给学生。
听力方面，除了每周二，周五的课外听力训练外，还保证每周课堂上不少于两节的课堂听力训练，而材料的选择力求以高考的难易程度为标准。高考阅读理解能力的考查分值占全卷的一半以上。阅读理解能力的提高，既可以帮助学生顺利地解答阅读理解题，也有助于解答完形填空。通过阅读理解训练，学生既可以巩固和加强各项英语基础知识，又可以学习到许多英语表达的方法和技巧，这些又是书面表达的基础。所以我们在英语复习的整个过程中，始终以培养和提高阅读理解能力为中心，有计划地对学生进行了大量的阅读和完形的训练，特别在二轮复习里。除了周练，我们还定期在课上进行限时阅读训练。选材时，我们根据近几年的高考试题特点，选择内容真实，语篇结构较为复杂，有较大的阅读量与信息量的材料，争取所选材料包括各种题材和体裁。书面表达复习方面，我们的做法是：每周写一篇，精选体裁及题目，精讲写作技巧，强调书写的重要性，扎扎实实地练好每一篇作文。并且每次作文训练都会选出各班的优秀作文加以点评，印发给学生学习。同时特别强化了高考新题型完成句子题的训练。通过强化训练使学生认识和熟悉了新题型，不再觉得那么畏惧和困惑，并且有了一定的提高。整个二轮复习在进行这些专题复习的同时，我们适时掺入适量的模拟训练，同时搞好信息反馈，帮助学生及时查漏补缺。
后期工作设想：
1）加强集体备课，落实好每位高三英语任课教师的拼题和精选试题的工作。
2）上好试卷讲评课，每次综合训练后，针对学生存在问题，设计一份专项训练题，时间一课时，内容重在基础知识的训练，主要项目建议为单选，完成句子和书面表达题。
3）早日组织学生定时定量进行回头看，即看课本、看已做过的练习和试题集，看自己的错题集等，并教会学生看的方法和技巧。要将看的重点放在基础知识题上。
4）组织学生定时定量地背一些句型和不规则动词的过去式和过去分词，解决学生在书面表达中常用动词写错的问题。
5）严格进行限时模拟训练，教师在监考时要了解不同学生在答题时所耗时间，遇到棘手的难题时采取的策略，涂卡时是否细心、准确等情况，帮助学生总结考试的经验，保证学生在高考规定的时间内，先将有把握的分拿到手。
6）五月下旬，适当降低练习的难度，增强学生的自信心，使他们保持良好的应试心态，迎接高考。
7）协助各班班主任做好学生的考前心理辅导工作。
8）要认真研究网上阅卷对学生可能出现的不利因素，提前做好应对措施工作。

大家早上好，今天我想跟大家分享一下在英语学习中我认为有用的学习方法。
首先，在做阅读题和做数学题中唯一的共同点是：一不小心，就掉进了“花时间又读不懂”的坑。那么，该如何多快好省地做阅读呢？许多同学倾向于先读原文再看题干，其实，对高三的同学来说为了节约时间，提高答题率，正确的阅读解题步骤，应该这样三步走：1阅读题干，找出关键词。2快速浏览原文，定位对应的关键词。3理解原文关键词前后部分，匹配正确选项。把一句句子拆成组块会让我们更好理解长难句，这些组块中的关键词，就成了了解组块的必要条件，一般可以根据选项确定关键词，再在组块中寻找关键词，多多圈画文中一些表转折、表因果等等的关系词，如though、but、because。而要想推理出正确的选项可以去寻找解释或总结性的标点符号，如破折号、冒号，同样也可以利用组块，尽可能地识别出“张冠李戴”或是“以假乱真”的选项。此外还可以去寻找原文和选项中可以同义互换的部分；以及寻找段首断尾总结性的内容。
其次，在做完型时可以边看边划出本文的时态，然后逐步看下来，根据上下文理解含问题句大概的含义去找适合的选项，若碰到不会的词划出来，先避开，看完整句话看看能不能猜测出来大概的含义，十一选十也是同理，碰到不认识的单词或不能理解的句子也不必慌张，可以采用排除法，从自己熟悉的地方下手，逐个击破。
提到英语就不得不提背单词。单词要背，但不代表要死记硬背。死记硬背只是机械记忆，也就是通过反复重复的方式记忆，只建立了语言通路，而我们可以运用比喻法、联想法、图表法等扩展出情景道路，将学到的单词真正内化。在记忆单词的时候与能够相对应的图片一起记忆，或者拉上你的小伙伴一起背，你们的交流互动也可以成为一个场景，给单纯的背单词赋予互相鼓励督促这一意义。若是实在提不起背单词的兴趣，可以给自己设置一些奖励，背完单词看一集新更新的剧，或者营造一个良好的氛围，带上单词书走进喜欢的咖啡厅。这样一来，记单词枯燥的过程便能一直在多巴胺分泌充足的氛围中进行。同时由于多巴胺活化了神经细胞，记忆效率也会慢慢提高，背单词便不再是那么痛苦的一件事，形成了良性循环。

通过一个多学期的观察，我发觉有些孩子在英语课堂上学得很好，老师教的一般都会读，但第二天的反馈却比较差。一年级学生的学习能力、接受新知识的能力比较强，但遗忘能力也十分强，如果当天晚上不进行复习的话，第二天往往会把前一天学习的内容忘记。所以为了让您的孩子英语学习有连续性，在课外，我希望家长能够多关心孩子的英语学习状况，并提以下几点建议：
1．帮助孩子养成听英语习惯。
⑴每天安排一个固定的时间（10分钟左右）督促孩子听英语。如每天固定在晚上7：00听英语，则每天一到这个时间就帮助孩子准备好，让孩子养成习惯。听英语时，能听一句跟着说一句，并对比自己的发音，尽量模仿，自己纠正。
⑵帮助孩子完成听说英语作业。因为我们是从口语开始训练，所以一年级的英语作业大多是听和说。让孩子看着英语单词卡片说一说，或边做动作边说等等。并建议家长让孩子看着英语书第一页的英语汇总表让孩子读一读上面的句子和单词。
2．帮助孩子养成用英语的习惯。
我们的英语教学不从a b c字母开始，而从英语口语开始，一方面是遵从学习规律；另一方面是为了孩子应用的需要。我希望您能多问问
孩子“今天英语学到了什么”，孩子学到的儿歌，歌曲等可以鼓励他表演给别人看。有条件的还可以用学到的与孩子对话。总之，鼓励孩子把学到的在家里用起来。
3. 帮孩子搜集一些少儿英文歌曲，在家里多让孩子听一听。

20xx年9月，刚刚从学校毕业来到我校成为一名教师，当第一次走进教室时学生们脸上那种松了口气的表情，可能是老师严肃的表情看太多了吧，换了一个新来的老师他们都觉得很放松吧，但是一进学校就听到许多诸如课堂混乱，学生不听话，甚至故意与老师作对这种恐怖故事，心里便默念着，要给他们一个下马威。于是，在我教书生涯的第一个学期，发怒成了我生活中出现得最多的动作。课堂上有人不专心，没完成作业这些都会引起我的发怒。于是我会在课堂上大声呵斥犯错的学生，只因为觉得这样做会在全班起到震慑作用，却没有去想这个学生会有怎样的感受。也忽略了同样坐在教室中其他的那些满怀期待等老师讲授下一课，他们很好奇的内容的学生。
其实，每一个孩子都是可爱的，虽然他们有的可能学习成绩有些差强人意，但他有可能是运动会上的冠军，是劳动中的能手，是他主动送生病的同学去医务室，谁能说他不是个好孩子，又有谁是完美的呢？
无意中我读到了一个故事，故事说古代有位老禅师，一日晚上看见墙角边有一张椅子，是哪位出家人违犯寺规越墙出去遛达了。老禅师也不声张，走到墙边，移开椅子，就地而蹲。少顷，果真有一小和尚翻墙，黑暗中踩着老禅师的背脊跳进了院子。当他发觉刚才踏的不
是椅子，而是自己的师傅时，惊慌失措，张口结舌。但师傅并没有厉声责备他，只是以平静的语调说：“夜深天凉，快去多穿一件衣服。” 故事深深地打动了我，孩子们对老师是宽容的，只要你对他们付出过爱心，那么你曾经对他们的冷言冷语，暴跳如雷，他们都可以原谅。他们崇拜你、爱你。我又常常想，老师也应该对学生宽容再宽容一些，芸芸众生，各有所长，各有所短，可能他们经常无法克制自己的言行，无法很好地完成学习任务，不一定有辉煌的未来，可是谁说一个平凡的人就比谁低人一等呢？像故事中的那个老和尚，就清楚地知道，宽容是一种无声的教育。虽然书本知识的灌输是很重要的，但是给学生营造一个宽容的学习环境，在鼓励学生的人格力量的成长上，个性张扬的发展上，是有利得多的。整体的社会潮流、教育氛围和工作生活压力，有时候让我们教师偏离了方向。

目前，新一轮的基础教育改革早已在我市全面推开，作为新课改的实践者，要在认真学习新课程理念的基础上，结合自己所教的学科，积极探索有效的教学方法。大力改革教学，积极探索实施创新教学模式。把英语知识与学生的生活相结合，为学生创设一个富有生活气息的真实的学习情境，同时注重学生的探究发现，引导学生在学习中学会合作交流，提高学习能力。
四、做一个富有爱心的老师“不爱学生就教不好学生”，“爱学生就要爱每一个学生”。
作为一名教师，要无私地奉献爱，处处播洒爱，使我的学生在爱的激励下，增强自信，勇于创新，不断进取，成长为撑起祖国一片蓝天的栋梁。 用质朴的心爱护学生，用诚挚的情感染学生，用精湛的教学艺术熏陶学生，用忘我的工作态度影响学生。
