One day a crow (乌鸦) finds a piece of meat. She picks it up in her mouth and flies to a tall tree. She is just going to eat the meat when a fox sees her. He comes and stands under the tree and says, “How pretty you are! You must be the prettiest bird in the world.”

② 《小学英语阅读能力表现性评价案例分析》笔记
一、问题的提出。
1. 引言
首先我将以布鲁姆的研究结果，来作为我们这一次讲座的一个引子。布鲁姆提出，儿童早期智力开发取决于阅读。研究表明，百分之四十四左右的天才男孩和百分之四十六的天才女孩在五岁之前就开始阅读了。而有百分之八十的学习困难儿童都存在阅读障碍或者阅读困难。另外一个研究表明，八到十岁是人生第一个阅读的黄金时期，也是阅读习惯形成最关键的时期。可见阅读教学在小学阶段的重要性。
2. 英语学科的核心素养与阅读教学之间的关系
（1）语言能力跟阅读教学的关系。语言能力指的是语音、词汇、语法、语篇这些碎片化的东西融合起来，最终把语言运用起来的整体的语言运用能力。落实到语篇阅读，除了语篇读后的理解，读后学习其中的语言知识，还包含读的过程中跟语篇、跟作者之间的一些思维的互动。然后判断、分析出作者提出的观点，从中生成自己的观念。在这个过程中，再把自己的想法互动、表达出来。
语言能力跟阅读教学之间存在什么样的关系呢？我们通过阅读可以学习到语言知识，可以学习到语篇知识，可以去运用语言知识，同时能够培养语言的理解能力和培养语感，形成语言的综合运用能力。
（2）文化意识与阅读教学。我们在阅读的过程中接触文化，同时形成跨文化的理解意识和能力。也就是说在语言阅读的过程中，同时去接触文化。在这个过程中，慢慢形成对跨文化的理解能力。可以说，语言是载体，而文化是灵魂。
我们从阅读能够去拓展学生的文化视野，通过阅读能够获得中外文化，是学生获得中外文化的一个主要途径。拓展文化的途径，主要就是来自于阅读。学习文化能够让学生对文化产生一定的理解，更有助于帮助学生对所阅读的文本的意义有更加深刻、更加到位的理解。
（3）思维品质与英语阅读。英语阅读的过程，既要借助思维，同时也在促进思维。
文本是作者的思维、观点的呈现。读者在解读文本内容的时候，是需要读者思维的参与的，是读者跟作者之间的在读的过程中思维的碰撞。孩子解读文本的语言和结构有助于形成学习英语的一种思维方式。随着阅读量的增加，慢慢就形成Think in English 的，用英语思维的一种方式跟习惯。读者跟作者之间的观念的碰撞，思维的碰撞有助于培养学生的批判性思维能力，也有助于培养多元思维和创新思维。
所以在阅读的过程中，有更多的给学生抛出一些引发深度思考的问题。
（4）学习能力与阅读教学。学习能力指的是使用的学习方法，学习策略，并评估这些方式方法及策略的使用效果如何以及调整，找到一种最适合自己学习外语学习方式和方法。
阅读教学能够培养学生的阅读策略，培养学生的阅读能力，包括语言的解读能力，意义的理解能力，信息的筛选能力，信息的存储能力，还有阅读速度，理解的准确率等等。阅读本身就是一种重要学习能力。我们说Learn to read到Read to learn的过程，就是从学习者到成功的学习者的过程。在阅读教学的过程中，我们要引导孩子从learn as a reader 到act as a character，进阶到think as a writer。最后站在作者的角度来思考你所读到的内容。同时我们也可以从feel the book 到比较深刻的know the book，最后更加深度的去taste the book，达到深度阅读的目的。总而言之，阅读教学根据课标的要求，目标定位是获取文本信息，培养阅读技能，学习语言知识，拓展文化视野，发展思维能力，提升人文素养。然后以读促写，从而提高写作能力。
阅读评价存在三方面的问题。一是存在着浅层阅读的现象比较多，特别是小学阶段。整体来说缺乏思维能力的培养，活动设计也好，练习的设计也好，都是停留在表层提取信息的能力的培养。另外，只满足学生碎片化阅读。目标就是在考试中能够拿到分，为考试而读，而不是为了培养思维能力而读。然后整个小学阶段的阅读教学缺乏一个长远的目标，缺乏为学生的后继学习，甚至是终生的阅读兴趣和能力的关注。
2017版《普通高中英语课程标准》在评价建议这一块明确提出：突出核心素养在学业评价中的主导地位，着重评价学生的发展与成长。所以我们如何以学科核心素养为导向来设计小学英语阅读表现性评价活动，使得我们的阅读评价过程能够成为学生提升语言能力、获取文化信息、发展思维层次和提高学习能力的一个过程，而达到教学评的一致性呢？
二、案例与评析
第二部分就通过一些案例和评析来回答这一个问题。
案例1，就是一个书的目录。在目录里面有每课的课题。每一课从哪个页码到哪个页码。但是学生以后长期阅读，会碰到寻找他所想要阅读的章节的一个基本能力。
案例2，是一个动物园的海报。文本的内容，除了动物园的关门开门的时间，还有票价。动物园里面会有一些动物秀，分别哪些不同的动物秀，又在什么样的时间节点？参观者进到动物园要注意一些什么样规则。学生第一个就是去判断。同样是信息的判断，这里面又涉及到信息推理，准确把握信息的能力。再看任务二，请你增加一条新的动物园规则，结合生活经验，再补充一句。这个阅读题的问题的设计能够引发学生的推理能力，语言的运用和创造能力。同时引导如何文明参观这一立德树人方面的信息。
案例3，主人公朱迪，同时收到三分邀请函。但是时间是冲突的，都是同一天。那么你要帮他确定，去哪个最合适。同时从这些邀请函来判断相关的一些信息。再看task two ，为了让朱迪能够以最合适的身份和行为表现来参加活动，请你用一句或者两句话来给他一个提示，参加这些活动的时候要注意什么细节。这一开放性的题目也是当地的文化和生活的一种结合。生活的一些基本的礼貌、礼仪等等反馈出来了。
案例4，是朱迪跟尼克两个主人公，来到了中国，要买火车票从广州到北京去旅游。学生阅读票的信息并判断。我们生活中你拿到一张票，你也是必须去关注票面信息的。另外又多了一个开放性的题目：外出旅游，特别是在中国旅游要注意一些什么事项？给一到两点建议。我们纵观上面四个案例，可以看出检测题来源于生活。孩子们在完成纸笔测试的阅读过程中，就是在解决生活中的问题，就是把生活经验，把积累下来的人文素养，本身的素养反馈出来。在完成这些案例的task的时候，学生可以用语言表达自己的真实看法，自己的生活经验。
案例6，读出这两幅图中有什么不同的现象，写出来。这适合学生刚学现在进行时的时候读跟写融合的活动。学生一边读图，一边把这些现象描写下来，没有一个限制的答案。只要读懂了，读对了，写对了也就ok 了。
案例7，读两幅giraffe 和deer 的图。两种动物都有一些key information，读后去分析，写出两种动物之间两到三处不同的地方。它涉及到要读懂，要观察，也要对比，然后又分析，再用完整的语言输出。
案例8，小朋友上学的交通工具的调查问卷之后，有下面五个想法，来判断符不符合这个图表中的意义。虽然看起来阅读的东西都是图，但是你要去进行一些规律的分析。分析是经常还是sometimes ，是以什么样的一个规律来使用哪一种交通方式去上学的。这个案例中语言的复杂度不高，但具有比较高的挑战性，能够刺激到学生的思维。学生需要通过观察统计，然后再通过语言的阅读跟理解。下面这些要判断的语句，还是需要语言的阅读和理解来进行对应。这样的语句对应这样的图表信息，对不对？符不符合图表的意思？这题能够融入学生的观察跟统计的能力。
案例9，是小学阶段教材中必不可少的一个主题，就是direction，或者说asking the way。它非常的考验学生的空间思维能力。通过对应的这些交通图，然后来阅读。就这个图用语言的表达，是不是合不合适？这能够检测学生语言的理解能力，而且也考验学生的空间思维能力。这也融合了多方面的能力和素养。
案例10，要阅读的是广州近年来的变化。before 是怎么样，现在又怎么样。这也是小学英语教材里面。then and now 话题的一个延伸。老师设计什么样的活动更能够进行学生多方面的能力的培养，而不只是在文本里面简单的提取信息呢？我们看这一个开放性的题目设计：对于自己生长的地方，你观察到广州还有什么变化，请用一句话写出你认为变化最大的地方。当然这句话不能是文本里面的话。那么你要读懂文本，然后排除文本里面所讲到的那些变化，再来增加你观察到的广州这座城市的变化。如果不抛出这个问题的话，它也就是读了读了文本，最多基于文本来做一些判断题，或者选择题，或者回答问题。那么这个问题，一抛出来，能够让学生结合自己的生活对广州的变化的感受。这是真真实实的一种生活的体验。所以现在的命制的一些阅读的题，除了一些唯一的标准答案，这些可以保留，而且要大部分的保留，但是不能百分之一百都是标准化的答案，应该有相应的多元的开放的这样一种能够撬开学生的嘴巴，能够引发思维，撬动思维的一些题目
案例11，是一个病历。这也是生活中非常常见的东西。平时多数是中文病历，那么一个英文病历能看得懂吗？当然这个语言的内容，语言的难度一定要适合学生的语言能力。首先这种形式能够吸引学生的好奇，满足求知欲。英语的病历究竟是什么样子的呢？姓名、年龄、症状，时间，诊断，医生给的建议，是一种短语化的表达，不是一个完整的语篇。转述出来给第三方，根据症状的一些key information，形成一个完整的语篇，以完整的语篇的形式来介绍状况。医生这两点建议还不够，还要去增加自己的想法，自己的分析和结论。建议只要合理，能够对症下药，那么就得分。比较好的体现了学科核心素养下的测评要求，有利于准确全面的检测学生的学习效果。
案例12，是读后促写的小创作。
案例13，展示性评价。我们可以进行一些英语绘本，英语剧的汇演。可以进行即时的表演，也可以有一些比较大型的，比较正儿八经的大舞台剧。
总共十三个案例，就是为了解决刚才提到过的，我们在阅读的过程中，目前还存在的三大方面的问题，缺乏思维能力的培养；只满足学生碎片化阅读，为考试而读；缺乏长远目标，缺乏对终生阅读兴趣和能力的关注的这三个问题。
三、小结。
优化阅读测评活动设计，关注学科的育人目标，育人价值，以评促教，以评促学，达到教学评的一致性。这样的任务是我们英语教育工作者需要不断的去研究，不断的去改进，不断的去根据时代的育人的要求来进行进一步的去优化和改进，不断的去钻研的。
我们的英语教育的价值跟目标就是促进人的发展，包括三大方面的内容：有效运用英语进行沟通的能力，系统的掌握认知思维的能力，培养良好行为与健康品格。
