大学的英语阅读个人感觉还是阅读理解式的。不要说自己理解能力强，读完就懂，不需要做问题。这我个相信，不过我更相信您读的是低级而且短小的阅读理解。大学的英语阅读主要练的是速度与理解能力，其中速度优先，不然四六级题都做不了80%，英语课本全是4、5、6页的英语文章，当然会面会有题目。在速度的基础上提高理解能力。
记住：速度。。不然一般人四六级考生真做不完。（因为平时没练习。>_<!）

还有，如果要抓住上课的时间提高收获的话，那就要提前主动学习，做好预习工作。大学英语课文那么长，如果事先不看，老师只挑重点的翻译会让你摸不着头脑。
如果你觉得语法有困难，就要在预习过程中将你认为的难点做好标记，在课上主动向老师提出来。大学老师会很欢迎这样乐于跟老师交流的学生。
大学英语以及其他课程的学习，只靠上课我认为不会有什么太多的收获，老师只是把你引进门，你自己课后还要进行广泛和深入地扩展阅读。

In our country, the word "unemployment" was seldom heard seweral years ago. But now, more and more people around us have lost their jobs. Many young people, including lots of college graates, are fired or have to stay at home. Obviously, unemployment is becoming a serious social problem.
What on earth is the reason for such a situation? On one hand, it is because of the conomic condition. Recently, our country, has undergone great economic reforms. In order to improve the efficiency, many state-owned enterprises have to fire a large number of their employees. On the other hand, with the rapid development of science and technology, mechanical automaton is more and more widely used in the modem proction. But the popalation of our country, keeps increasing at the same time. Many people want jobs while factories need fewer workers. Unfortunately, it seems that the contradiction will last for a long period of time.
It’s quite necessary to solve this problem, because it will strongly influence the development of our society. From my point of view, we shouldn’t only stay at home and wait for a chance. As long as you have a strong will, you are sure to get success.
