1、堅持每天學習
每天都堅持學英語很重要。但是，也不要太誇張了！每天學習30分鍾比一周學習兩個小時效果更好。短暫的、定期的練習比起不定期的長時間學習效果更好。每天堅持學習英語的習慣可以使你大腦中儲存的英語知識保持在活躍的狀態。
