1、以前閱讀時沒有發現原來以前看東西的習慣是直視，眼睛靈活度不太好，但那個軟體的訓練課程之一就是訓練眼部肌肉的靈活度，練完以後我馬上就意識到眼睛原來可以那麼靈活。
2、以前看書的時候習慣是默讀或心讀，而這個軟體就要求腦讀，就是直接跳過心讀，從眼讀直接到腦讀，我覺得要練成的話，對閱讀能力將是一個很大的提高，我正在練，練成再說。
3、裡面有很多文章素材，其實我不是很喜歡讀書，所以知識面很窄，用這個軟體提高閱讀速度的同時能看到很多文章，有講人物傳記的，例如卡耐基的，還有一些勵志的文章，用完後覺得還是覺得蠻有收獲的。
4、上面的是一些大的體會，還有一些小體會就是剛開始的阿爾法腦波很好聽，還有就是界面很舒服。
