2. To use complicated structures
For most of the parents, it』s no easy job to keep their children away from the PC monitor. Let』s look at the picture above. Two people are standing in front of a computer, whose monitor is wearing underwear. The woman is staring at the computer, thinking while the man is telling him that there are three ways to make the Internet safer for her children---hardware, software and underwear.
It may be ridiculous to cover the PC monitor with someone』s underwear, but it describes vividly parents』 distress and feelings of helplessness when they are faced with the problem. Concerned about their children』s security, some of them just cut off the access to the Internet at home -「the hardware solution」; some choose to use a certain software program to prevent their kids from getting on line –「the software solution」; others may make some rules to limit the time their children spend on the Internet -「the underwear solution」!
From my point of view, this phenomenon calls for the attention of the whole society. On one hand, the government should make laws to censor the Internet and block inappropriate sites, making it a safer place for all teenagers. On the other hand, it is better for parents to give their children a proper guide instead of just prevention. Teenagers need to be taught how to tell and resist bad information consciously. Only in this way can the Internet be made safer for the children.

4. 高考英語漫畫作文怎麼寫
近些年，英語高考[微博]書面表達出現了「漫畫作文」或「看圖作文」：給考生一幅漫畫，要求考生看完漫畫後完成一篇不少於50字的短文。
筆者認為，這種命題作文最大的特點就是觀點的開放性、包容性、多元性，要考生對自己所寫的短文自圓其說，言之成理。 北京市對於開放性作文一類文（13- 15分）的評分標準是：整體上，完全完成了試題規定的任務，完全達到了預期的寫作目的。
具體而言：（1） 內容充實，體現了活躍的思維和清晰的邏輯；（2）交際得體，表達時充分考慮到了交際對象的需求；（3） 體現出較強的語言運用能力。 筆者研究了多年北京市高考卷、各區縣模擬卷以及其他省市卷漫畫作文，總結了漫畫作文的一般寫作思路，即用「引—議—聯—結」策略展現漫畫作文結構，希望對即將參加高考的莘莘學子有點啟發和借鑒作用。
在動筆寫作之前，考生需要對短文的內容和結構整體構思，多問幾個「如何」？漫畫主題是什麼，如何表現主題，如何論述，如何過渡，如何聯系實際，如何結尾，等等。 引：就是描述圖畫，引出話題。
筆者認為，如同新聞記者「如實、客觀、公正」報道一樣，考生描述漫畫時不宜使用評論性語言，而應該抓住材料要旨，用簡潔的語言，准確地描述漫畫主要內容，所描述的內容為下文發表議論打基礎。 漫畫起始句常見的表達有： （1） As can been see from the picture/ cartoon， … （2） As is vividly described/ illustrated in the picture/ cartoon， … （3） As is vividly depicted/ revealed in the picture/ cartoon， … （4） From/ In the picture/ cartoon, we may clearly see that… （5） As we can see clearly from the picture/ cartoon， … 議：就是針對漫畫描述內容提出自己的觀點，解讀漫畫的寓意，詮釋漫畫價值，這是寫好漫畫作文的關鍵。
對漫畫的主題應注重8個字：正確、深刻、新穎、簡約。 ①正確。
立意一定要合乎題目要求，即「切題」才算正確，否則，再好的主題不切題也是枉然。當然，還要有針對性。
選取人們最感興趣的、最能反映人們思想感情的作為主題，文章才能最大限度地激起反響。 ②深刻。
主題的深刻在於充分揭示事物的本質與規律。有些考生在立意上難以深入，原因往往就在於淺嘗輒止，沒有深入開掘。
所謂開掘就是深入思索，挖出事物最本質的東西。比如，只從刻苦學習方面來分析一個學生成績優秀是不夠深刻的，若能再進一步闡述他為什麼會刻苦，為什麼能持之以恆，或者就學習態度、學習興趣、學習方法、學習習慣等方面進行分析，開掘出他刻苦學習的動機和動力，這樣的立意，不就深刻多了嗎？所以在主題開掘上多問幾個為什麼是十分必要的。
③新穎。作文提倡言人之所未言，言人之所不能言，力求使人們獲得新的啟迪、新的聯想。
文章寫出新意關鍵在於作者具備獨創精神。如果思想懶惰，人雲亦雲，所寫文章必然千人一面。
只有勇於進取勤於思考，敢用自己的語言表達的人，才有可能創新。如寫作文《讀「龜兔賽跑」》時，有的學生就更深一層地想到兔子其實輸給了自己，輸給了自己的驕傲和輕敵，自己才是最大的敵人，從而認識到克服自身的弱點對取得勝利是至關重要的；有的同學卻換一個角度認為，兔子是故意輸給烏龜的，因為兔子明白它與烏龜不是一個檔次，勝之不武，輸之更慘，是一場雙輸的比賽，乾脆先領先後睡覺，以避開兩難境地，聰明之至！上述兩種立意均可謂新穎。
平時多注意思考這樣的問題：是不是常見卻沒引起注意；是不是注意了卻不以為然；是不是沒有認識到這樣的深度；是不是有新的認識角度，等等。求新不是獵奇，而是從生活中去探尋新問題，所以只要勤於思考，出新出彩並非難事。
④簡約。簡而明才稱得上「約」。
就立意而言，簡明、集中是對主題的要求；相反，主題分散想面面俱到，反而面面不到，是立意之大忌。要做到「簡約」，就需要高度的概括力。
思維不進行概括，表象就無法升華為本質，認識就無法實現理性的飛躍，思想就不可能達到簡明、集中。「簡約」要求思想內容上單一集中。
這樣可以集中精力，寫得深刻，給人以鮮明突出的印象。 闡述漫畫主題常見的表達有： （1） The picture conveys the message (seriously/ thoughtfully/ ironically/ profoundly) that… （2） The picture is to get it across that… （3） The author is trying to get it across that… （4） The artist of the cartoon tries to let us keep in mind that… （5） What the picture is intended to convey is that… （6） What the artist of picture/ cartoon is intended to inform us is that… （7） What the picture tries to convey is that… （8） The author of the picture is trying to make sense that… 聯：根據所給漫畫內容，聯系現實生活，聯系社會，聯系個人。

以上是我自己的想法。對於這種題目考試的時候怎麼辦，我相信考試這種題目是不多的，所以認真看過漫畫之後呢，要一個一個選項的去推理，就用最簡單的思想，不要去深想不要猜測，感覺有問題的選項馬上劃掉，排除法選出正確答案。如果時間不夠，其實最好跳過這一大題，因為這很耗時間准確率也會比較低，所以先把別的有把握的分數拿到手之後，安安心心回來做題。來不及了就隨便寫兩個一樣的答案，選擇題還是有可能猜對的。
