說起我的讀書經歷，那可要從我幼兒園說起了，那時候，我最大的愛好是聽故事、聽書，那時認的字不多，因此我總是聽爸爸講、聽媽媽講、聽手機講、還有聽播放器給我講故事，有少兒版的《水滸傳》《紅樓夢》《三國演義》、《魯濱遜漂流計》、《法布爾昆蟲記》、《十萬個為什麼》、《兒童網路》等等等等，爸爸說我是聽故事大王哦，而現在呢?我最大的愛好就是讀故事、讀書了，從各種繪本，到現在讀自己喜歡的書，我已經讀過了三十多本了。有繪本《小兔湯姆系列》、《不一樣的卡梅拉》、《巴巴爸爸系列》《小公主系列》、《貝貝熊系列》等等，也有厚厚的大書，《兒童安全自救手冊》、《最讓孩子著迷的101個地理奧秘》、《我不怕孤獨》、《再見了，拖拉》等等。我還經常利用課余時間到少兒圖書館借書看，通過閱讀，我的知識越笑哪吵來越多了，我要感謝讀書給我帶來的快樂和享受。
二年級剛開學，班裡競選班幹部，我就競選到了我喜歡的小組長和英語課代表的職務，這可是得益於媽媽和我一起讀的一本書——《兒童口語表達》，現在同學們說我回答問題響亮了許多，老師說我朗誦課文也流利了許多，這些收獲都歸功於閱讀的結果。

作為一名參加工作不足一年的新教師，起初去報名參加這次比賽是抱著試試看和開闊眼界的心態的，最終一直走到天津市總決賽，是完全沒有想到的。幸運的成為天津一等獎的40名選手之一後，我得知組委會將從這40個人中再選拔出8名代表天津參加全國總決賽。為了提高天津入圍選手的口語水平和演講應變技巧，天津北方培訓中心聘請了非常有培訓經驗的中外專家給我們進行了為期四天的集訓。其強度之大、水平之高是之前的學習經歷中沒有遇到過的。第一次上課，老師讓我們現場抽取演講題目，並給十分鍾時間笑皮猛准備，然後每個人逐一上去演講，大家再就演講稿進行討論分析。這樣的形勢和強度，大家都非常緊張，生怕自己不如別人，我們絞盡腦汁表現的更好些，也就在這過程中，大家的英語水平不自覺的提高了許多。最後一次培訓中，老師公布了去北京參加總決賽的名單，他先用英語給每個人做個總結，

對於每一位教師來說，中央電視台 “希望之星”英語風采大賽都無疑是一個鍛煉自己，展示自己和提升自己的絕佳舞台。在這里，我首先要感謝的是天津市第二中學為我提供了這樣一個與來自全國各地高手們交流的機會。青年教師的培養一直以來都是我校領導非常重視的一項工作，每個學期都會有若干場專題講座和基本功大賽，旨在提升青年教師的專業素養和教育教學能力。這一次，不管是從天津賽區的初賽、復賽、培訓，還是到後來全國半決賽，學校的領導始終都給予了最大的支持和幫助。同時還要感謝天津北方教師培訓中心的賽前培訓與訓練，對全國總決賽的精心安排和組織，我才有幸站在光輝的舞台上挑戰自我，展示風采。
此次比賽“自由華彩”環節的才藝展示可真是讓我大傷腦筋。我最擅長的英文歌曲和手工製作，相信在如雲的高手中一定會相形見絀。於是，我決定進行沙畫表演，那種用沙子作畫神奇而又獨特的表現力，一定會帶給大家耳目一新的視覺享受。不過這只是我業余的一點愛好，並沒有跟隨老師系統的.學習過沙畫，而且也缺乏專業的表演道具，拿到台上當眾表演怕是要顯得粗糙些。裹足不前解決不了問題，敢想敢做才能成功。於是，我自製了沙畫所需的道具，沒有專門的沙畫台就用實物投影儀來代替，沒有細沙就用篩子過濾粗沙，大膽的嘗試最終收到了良好的效果，在場的觀眾和評委們都表現出了極大的興趣。唯一一點遺憾就是由於比賽規定限制，投影儀沒有派上用場，沒能讓每位觀眾都看得清楚，影響了互動和交流。
最後我想說，我個人非常享受整個拼搏、鍛煉的過程，團隊中互幫互助的精神深深感染了我，其他教師的出色表現促使我不斷學習，期待著能在今後的賽場上看到更多老師的身影。

(1).We study spoken English so as to make oral communications, so this
order of importance of oral English study should be followed: Fluency,
Accuracy, and Appropriateness. That is to say, we have to pay more
attention to practical communicating ability instead of only laying
emphasis on the grammatical correctness.

, 還可以交流英語學習經驗 , 開拓喊胡銷視野 , 提高英語學習興趣 .
(3).If English partners are not easy to get, then we have to create an
English environment ourselves by speaking English to ourselves.
