網上購物的不便之一在於送貨時人不在家，東西放門口又怕被偷。但是，亞馬遜和其他眾多電商已與門鎖製造商合作，用特殊門鎖和屋內監控攝像的組合，解決了送貨進門（是進門，進到屋子裡，不是上門）問題。這一服務也為郵政公司，清潔員，遛狗人，Airbnb房客解決了進門不便的問題。毫無疑問，肯定會有質疑的聲音（文章讀多了深知其套路😂）。一方面有一計算機安全公司稱他們已經黑入並關閉了亞馬遜的一個門鎖視頻監控系統。另一方面，特殊門鎖和屋內監控的組合無法解決一「小意外」，寵物跑出來了，傳家寶被快遞員打翻了等等諸如此類。但是，綜合來看，連進門這樣的難題都解決了，不愁其他解決不了。
