(二)利用一題多算,激發學生的計算興趣
在平時的計算教學時,要善於訓練學生的計算思維能力。如在二年級學習乘加計算時,有這樣一道題:是一道看圖列式計算題,畫的是四盤桃子,前面三盤每盤6個,第四盤有5個,問一共有多少個桃子?孩子們幾乎都是這樣列的算式6×3+5=23(個)先算6×3=18(個),再算18+5=23(個)。這時,我問道:「有沒有其它演演算法?」孩子們慢慢地進行著嘗試。終於有孩子又有新的演演算法:6×4—1=23(個),先把最後一盤也當作6個,就有4個6,得24,多算了1個就減1個,得23。然後,我讓學生比較一下,哪一種算得快些?學生很快就明白了第二種演演算法要快得多,這樣就激發出了學生對計算的興趣。
三、加強口算能力的培養
《小學數學教學大綱》指出:「培養學生的計算能力,要重視基本的口算訓練,口算既是筆算、估算和簡便運算的基礎,也是計算能力的重要組成部分。」口算能力強了,筆算的速度就快,計算的正確性就會提高。從一年級開始就要注重加法、減法口算的練習,20以內的加減法能熟練地進行計算對後面乘除法的計算都有相當大的幫助。如學生在學《三位數乘兩位數》這一單元時,有些學生遇到這道題就發生了錯誤:389×28,第1步算389×8本來等於3112,結果有的得3002、3222……問題就出在7+4等於多少沒有算對。

父親常常對我說:“人生每一個階段,每時每刻都得奮斗,只要你奮鬥了,就一定能贏!”是呀,父親不就是奮鬥了嗎?他現在是醫院里的外科專家,非常受人尊重,但是至今仍在不懈地奮斗著。父親還說:“我的成就不是為了榮譽,而是為了給社會多做貢獻,所以我選擇了當醫生,我要認真對待每一個生命,對每一個生命負責”!
