閱讀很差，需要從以下方面著手提高。
1、詞彙量的積累必須要上去，點點滴滴，每天都要堅內持。這樣，在做閱容讀時，才不會太吃力。
2、閱讀題的答題技巧方面。一般有兩種基本做題方法：一種是先通讀全文，然後去看題目，再根據題目到文章中去找答案。另一種是先看答案，然後帶著問題去通讀全文，之後，為了檢查問題回答的是否正確，還可以再去文章中挖掘答題點。
3、閱讀題平時訓練要注意時間，如果平時不注意，考場上是發揮不好的，因為英語閱讀分值又高，但是也非常耗時間。所以，我們平時做閱讀訓練就要養成一個時間觀念，這樣，日積月累，我們還可以提高做題速度，從而留下更多時間來寫作文，或者檢查試卷。
4、平時要多練習，考場上才會游刃有餘。因為很多閱讀，我們可能在平時就會碰到，上了考場同一題材的，甚至是同一題目也可能碰到。

閱讀能力不好無非是因為兩個原因：
1.單詞量太低。解決的辦法只有多讀，多看，見到不認識的單詞先看看能不能根據上下文猜出意思，然後在查字典校正。慢慢地，詞量大了就會好些。另外，還有一些常用單詞是有生僻用法的，平時注意積累。
2.語法不好。句子里雖沒有生詞，但連在一起就是不明白。解決辦法：a.找本語法書惡補一下，如薄冰英語語法，看完後，對著句子，像以前語文里句子成分分析，把主謂賓挑出來，其實一句話之所以看不懂，就是因為裡面的狀語成分的煙霧彈，而往往題目都出在這里。b.連詞，句子之間的邏輯關系的線索，也要掌握。
上邊都是我的經驗之談，其實如果你能按照我的話去做，就會發現，作文能力也會加強。
