The Fisherman and the Fish
漁夫和魚
once upon a time,there lived an old fisherman and his wife.They were poor and lived in an old,mud hut near the sea. One morning, he caught a small,golden fish.The fish begged the fisherman to let him go and offered to grant the fisherman's wishes in return.The man was kind and let the fish go.
很久以前，有一個老漁夫和他的妻子生活在一起。他們很窮，住在一個靠近海邊的又舊又泥濘的小屋子裡。一天早上，漁夫捕到了一隻小金魚。金魚求漁夫放過它，並說會讓漁夫的願望成真如果他放過它的話。漁夫是個好人，他放生了那隻金魚。
The man went home and told his wife about the wonderful thing. She shouted at him and sent him back to the sea to catch the fish and ask for a new bucket because theirs was bronk. The sun shone brightly as the man did this. When he returned,he saw a new bucket. But the fisherman's wife was still not happy and wanted a new house. The weather got bad as the man explained to the fish about his rude wife. The fish comforted him and promised to grant the second wish. When he returned,he saw a nice,new cottage.
他回到家後告訴了他妻子這件事。妻子聽了對他怒吼，叫他回去把那隻魚抓回來並向它要一個新的籃子，因為他們的籃子已經破了（應該是broken把？）。艷陽高照，漁夫按照妻子說的去抓魚。當他回到家時，他看見了一個新籃子，但他的妻子並不高興並希望能有一座新房子。當漁夫向金魚說起他的無理妻子時，天氣也開始變壞了。當他回到家時，他看見了一座漂亮的嶄新的小屋。
The next day,his wife said that she wanted to be mayor of the city. The waves got big and the sky suddenly became dark as the man apologized to the golden fish. Again,the fish granted him his wish. However , the fisherman's wife was very greedy. The following week she told him to ask the fish to make her queen of the world.
第二天，他的妻子告訴他她想成為市長。當漁夫向金魚道歉的時候，海浪變大，天空突然暗了下來。同樣的，金魚讓他的願望再次成真了。但是，漁夫的妻子實在太貪心了。之後的一周，她告訴漁夫她想要成為這個世界的女王。
The fisherman went down to the shore again. By now there was a terrible storm. There was thunder and lightning,and giant waves in the sea. The man shouted loudly. This time the fish did not reply. The fisherman waited,but the golden fish never appeared. When the man returned home,he found his wife in the old,mud hut with their broken bucket,

An old man and woman have been living poorly for many years. They have a small hut, and every day the man goes out to fish. One day, he throws in his net and pulls out seaweed two times in succession, but on the third time he pulls out a golden fish. The fish pleads for its life, promising any wish in return. However, the old man is scared by the fact that a fish can speak; he says he does not want anything, and lets the fish go. When he returns and tells his wife about the golden fish, she gets angry and tells her husband to go ask the fish for a new trough, as theirs is broken, and the fish happily grants this small request. The next day, the wife asks for a new house, and the fish grants this also. Then, in succession, the wife asks for a palace, to become a noble lady, to become the ruler of her province, to become the tsarina, and finally to become the Ruler of the Sea and to subjugate the golden fish completely to her boundless will. As the man goes to ask for each item, the sea becomes more and more stormy, until the last request, where the man can hardly hear himself think. When he asks that his wife be made the Ruler of the Sea, the fish cures her greed by putting her back in the old hut and giving back the broken trough.
