My lifeI am a middle school student.my life always very busy .but I know as a child ,we shoud learn how to relax.here is some advice.we sometime go to bed very late but get up early.it bad for our health.so we shuod not study or play puter too late.and we must keep an 8-hour sleep every day.And do you always feel very weak?It becase of you don't have enough exercise.do 30 minutes exercise is very necessary.If you do it ,you will feel very excited.so it's my advice.I hope you can happy every day!
What can we help our moms do at weekends?Some said that they would like to watch TV rather than do anything else,because they didn`t know what to do for their mons.And others said that they could help do some simple housework,just like making their beds,washing dishes and so on.In my opinion,I think ,as a middle school student,we should help our moms do the housework at the weekends.We can help them go shopping,cook,do the laundry and anything that we can do.It needn`t much time,and I can help us take care of ourselves.What`s more,if we do that,our moms will feel happy.
