In India, people nod and shake their heads in different ways depending on where they come from. You have to know where a person is from to understand whether they mean \"yes\" or \"no\".

4.生僻词语，分别对待。阅读时不可避免会遇到新词语。遇到生词时，首先要跳过生词，继续阅读，长时间地停留在某一个单词或某一个句子上是不可取的。读完全文，对于文章中没有造成理解障碍的非关键性生词可以忽略；对于影响文章理解的关键性生词，我们尽量利用上下文提供的提示猜测其词义。
5.解答问题时要先易后难。解答问题时，如果读了问题仍然不能确定相关选项，就不要在这个问题上再过多纠缠，而要继续解答下一个问题。这样我们在处理完容易的问题后，可以集中精力，更有针对性地去攻克较难的问题。
