Little Women is a novel published in 1868 and written by American author Louisa May Alcott. The story concerns the lives and loves of four sisters growing up ring the American Civil War. It was based on Alcott's own experiences as a child in Concord, Massachusetts with her three sisters, Anna, May, and Elizabeth.

Little Women is the story of The Marches, a family used to hard toil and suffering. Although Father March is away with the Union armies, the sisters Meg, Jo, Amy and Beth keep in high spirits with their mother, affectionately named Marmee. Their friendly gift of a Christmas holiday breakfast to a neighbouring family is an act of generosity rewarded with wealthy Mr. Laurence's gift of a surprise Christmas feast. However, despite their efforts to be good, the girls show faults: the pretty Meg becomes discontented with the children she teaches; boyish Jo loses her temper regularly; while the golden-haired schoolgirl Amy is inclined towards affectation. However, Beth, who keeps the house is always kind and gentle. After certain happy times winning over the Laurences, dark times arrive as Marmee finds out about her husband's illness. Worse is to come as Beth contracts scarlet fever in her Samaritan efforts for a sick neighbour and becomes more or less an invalid. The novel tells of their progress into young womanhood with the additional strains of romance, Beth's terminal illness, the pressures of marriage and the outside world. This is the story of their growing maturity and wisdom and the search for the contentedness of family life. It was written in 1867 and is a fictionalised biography of Alcott and her sisters. It has become a much loved classic tale and, while some of its issues seem outdated, many of the trials of the sisters are all too relevant today as evidenced by its continued following.

Wuthering Heights book review《
After reading the masterpiece, Wuthering Heights, gave me a kind of depression and made me unable to understand what is love on earth. Everyone who read it would be touched and moved.
According to his novel we can get conclusion that In material desires dominate society. Money is everything. There are no love friendship and relationship between people
Everyday in our lives we run into situations that we wish we had never been involved with. I like Linton because people know who I am, but I never remember meeting them, and am scared around them. I also feel the same as Hindly might have of. This is because I would want to see the person I did not know, but then I would not know how to cat around them. In time people come around, but others, as with Heathcliff and Linton, never come around. Everyday life is something we take for granted. This book gives the true facts about what family life is really like. Anyway,it's worth reading 。

书虫《远大前程》In this summer holidays, I read a book called < Great Expectations>, it was written by Charles Dickens, one of the most famous English writers. He wrote lots of wonderful novels. This book is one of his compositions.
People always like to compare with their friends. It is a big foible of all the people. If other people have a lot of money, we also want to be rich. If all the people around us are poor , we never mind that we are very poor, too. we will not ashamed because of our folly. This is a social problem.
If we never possess anything, we will not mind we lost some thing. Since we don’ want to be very rich ,we will not feel despond because poor.
The protagonist of this novel is Pip (Handel). His parents died when he was a baby. His sister had brought him up ‘by hand’. His sister married to Joe Gargery, the village blacksmith. They didn’t have much money, and Pip never went to school to study. But he was often very happy .Because all of his friends are like him. It isn’t very unfortunate to them, this is their lives.

Ordinary world "famous Book
Labor is the well-being, no matter which era. "Ordinary World" is in black and white to tell us the true meaning of this life. Make it loud, people, whatever the location, no matter how poor, as long as a fiery heart, as long as they can to love life, God is his equal. Only as a worker, not as a burden, unfortunately, to do the masters of life, with their hearts in good faith to experience, after all life belongs to us only once. This is a life to write a book. In ancient times the land with desolation of the universe, there is a remarkable voice,荡气回肠. -------------------------------------------- "Ordinary world" The author is Luyao. Contemporary writers. Lu Yao's novels are mostly in rural subjects, Tam is not limited to descriptions of rural life and urban "crossroads" of the people and events took place. Performance with particular emphasis on the lives of young people, through their ups and downs of love life reflects the new generation of young people's values. "Ordinary World" is the time span from 2075 to 2085. Took place in the vast loess slope of a high double-known places where the water village. Basically, the whole novel is written in the village of al water change and two-water village. In this decade, China has earth-shaking changes have taken place. Water Village, and two pairs of the water village in China and the people are the epitome of the Chinese people. During that era, the end of the Cultural Revolution, Deng Xiaoping came to power brought about by the reform and opening up. At that time, which includes all aspects of social life. Luyao is to use the technique of writing a realistic and detailed outlines of a grand picture of the community. Inside face of all walks of life regardless of character are lifelike characters. This is a very important point, because of the superb novel Luyao good, very serious attitude toward writing, so that the novel has the best history of that period as a teaching aid. The novel gave me the greatest ecational value is a deep understanding of the farmers. Modern city may be difficult to really understand the young farmers. The lives of farmers, the farmers think. Days has been farming, the farmers now and in the future they would not care about. Indirect knowledge but also to loans to our inspiration and touch. This is the "mundane world." Novels can be a profound reflection of the lives of farmers and emotions, after reading these stories from a certain sense, we have experienced that era, also in挥汗如雨Tanaka. The practical significance of these books lies in China's status quo, is the continuation of history lies in the future and our young people to raise their own: the understanding of human nature, the understanding of China, China's vast land of movie life that people's understanding of the land . Another aspect, I like the starting point Luyao - ordinary world. His world is extraordinary, this is only the Loess Plateau on the thousands of tens of thousands of villages in a block. However, in the ordinary Luyao see his unusual character. For example, he received a high school ecation, he can be reached through self-study and college students to explore the extent of thinking. The author gives the characters a variety of excellent quality, including not ambitious. In the world of Luyao there are ordinary people, which is unusual in these figures, he described the good of humanity and the United States, ugly and evil. In his world, people's awareness of the biggest advantages is that they are extraordinary.孙少平body from this point the most prominent manifestation. When he got out of mine came to the city when the opportunity arises, even if his choice is mine. This is not how high he nor the consciousness, but he had worked for their enthusiasm and nostalgic places. He chose the ordinary. However, as萨迦格statement said, "Although the drop torch, flame has been burning up," even as ordinary people no longer should live in a world they struggle!

I believe that one of the factors that makes a piece of literature or even a movie a masterpiece is how well the reader can relate to the story. This is definitely a book everyone can relate to.

The Adventures of Tom Sawyer is a literary masterpieces, written in 1876 by the famous author Mark Twain. Tom Sawyer is a mischievous young boy who lives in the small town on the Mississippi River called St. Petersburg. The story line is simple, the book reads like a biography or a memoir of a summer in Tom Sawyer's life.

Tom Sawyer seems to be the precursor of and the template for misfit kids such as Dennis the Menace, Malcolm in the Middle, and Calvin and Hobbs. What makes this story great is that Tom Sawyer represents everything that is great about childhood. The book is filled with Tom's adventures playing pirates and war with his friend Joe Harper. Tom has a trusted friend, Huck Finn, who few of the alts approve of. The book is filled with ideas of how the world works, such as how pirates and robbers work, that are so innocent, they could only come from a child. It is a story filled with action, adventure, ingenious ideas, love, and schoolyard politics. The whole story is seemingly a complication of what people did or wish they did ring their childhood.
The book is a little difficult to read at first. Personally, it takes me a little while to get used to the 19th century dialect in the book. Other than referring to persons of African decent in derogatory terms (which I'm sure uses terms even young children already know), the book would be an enjoyable read for people of all ages. I highly recommend this book for anyone looking to feel young again, if just for a few hundred pages.

Aesop's Fables, "Du Hougan

If the world is a Marine, then I this is a small fish in the ocean, despite the sea in my book free to travel. One day, I found a bright Linlang Shanzhao as shiny pearl, this pearl is "Aesop's Fables."

Dolphins are very much like a human conversation, access to knowledge. Dolphins to Monkeys as human care on the surface of the water, and chat with monkeys, monkeys and in conversations with the lying, exposed the dolphins were indignant after the dolphins, monkeys put up sea, drowned. I think that, like "Aesop's Fables" symbolic of this knowledge, better than the aesthetic, you say which »

Tess of the D'urbevilles

yesterday, I read the novel called "Tess of the D'urbevilles". written by a
famous Englishwriter Thomas Hardy.
The novel tells a story about a pretty and good girl called Tess, who lived in a
village in Marlott. To her sadness, when she was seventeen, she was no longer a
pure and untouched girl. She gave birth to a baby, which didn't live long. So
Tess changed from a pure gir l to a grown —up.
Because she was the eldest of the 7 children in the family, she found a job to
support the whole family in a dairy. There she knew Angel and married him. But
unluckily. when Angel knew her sad story, he left her and went to Brazil.Tess
led a hard an d lonely life after that. Later when she knew Angel had retumed
home and found out that
she was living with the man who had given the damage to her before,Tess couldn't
accept the fact and killed the man who was living with her.

Then she escaped and spent together with Angel three days and nights. The police
found them on the moming of the fourth day. A few days later, Tess was executed.

Having read this novel, I like the heroine very much because of her purity,
warmness, nobility and the spirit of devotion, She dared to fight against the
evil, bravely seek and sturggle for the rights of love.
Thomas Hardy was famous for the poetical novels. "Tess of the D'urbevilles"is
one of this kind. The novel is so fresh that it is nearly like a poem. For
nearly a century, it has been popular with the people all over the world.

shakspere (wrong spelling) created hamlet--a man with wisdom and courage .in order to revenge on his uncle for killing his father, he pretented (spelling mistake) to be mad and suffered a series of misery. on the contrary, we can also say that hamlet is rude and selfish for he did not think twice before his revenge . if (capitalize "if" since it is the beginning word of the sentence.) a country has no king, how can a country keep alive (you need a question mark here since it is a question.) so, every thing has two sides, the bright side and ambral side. every time we make a decision we have to think twice.
comment:
be careful with your spelling, grammar, and punctuation. too many uncessary mistakes.
it is good that you looked at both the dark and bright sides of hamlet. thats quite objective and convincing.

Sense and Sensibility was the first novel Jane Austen published. Though she initially called it Elinor and Marianne, Austen jettisoned both the title and the epistolary mode in which it was originally written, but kept the essential theme: the necessity of finding a workable middle ground between passion and reason. The story revolves around the Dashwood sisters, Elinor and Marianne. Whereas the former is a sensible, rational creature, her younger sister is wildly romantic——a characteristic that offers Austen plenty of scope for both satire and compassion. Commenting on Edward Ferraris, a potential suitor for Elinor's hand, Marianne admits that while she "loves him tenderly," she finds him disappointing as a possible lover for her sister.
Soon however, Marianne meets a man who measures up to her ideal: Mr. Willoughby, a new neighbor. So swept away by passion is Marianne that her behavior begins to border on the scandalous. Then Willoughby abandons her; Meanwhile, Elinor's growing affection for Edward suffers a check when he admits he is secretly engaged to a childhood sweetheart. How each of the sisters reacts to their romantic misfortunes, and the lessons they draw before coming finally to the requisite happy ending forms the heart of the novel. Though Marianne's disregard for social conventions and willingness to consider the world well-lost for love may appeal to modern readers, it is Elinor whom Austen herself most evidently admired; a truly happy marriage, she shows us, exists only where sense and sensibility meet and mix in proper measure.

A Brief Summary of the Book” Jane Eyre”

First when I opened this very book, I knew I would love it. I’ve heard so many great stories about Charlotte Bronte and her two great sisters, who were all great women in the history of literature, and Jane Eyre is among one of their masterpieces.
The story happened in the 19th century ring the Victorian period, which took place in the south of England that filled with criticism and depressed of the reality. However, that was also the budding stage of the self-consciousness of women. Jane Eyre was one of them.

The book Jane Eyre reveal the hypocritical of the charities, and carved the ordinary-looking Jane into an lovely woman, who was brave and independent enough to pursue her own freedom and happiness as a disadvantaged group member under such social condition. The whole book divided Jane’s whole life into five stages in chronologic order: Jane's childhood at Gateshead, Jane's ecation at Lowood School, Jane's time as governess at Thornfield Manor, Jane's time with the Rivers family, Jane's reunion with Mr. Rochester, which well introced how came her angular and specific personality.

Everybody should be given a happy childhood for God’s sake, but unfortunately, Jane was not among those lucky ones. Tragedies happened one after another to this poor girl first when she came to this world. In their early years, both of Jane's parents died from typhus, which her father contracted whilst caring for the poor. Then the ten-year-old orphan started his life living with her aunt and her three children at Gateshead, which turned out not a happy cradle from the very beginning. Her aunt, Mrs. Reed, treats her as bad as a witch. Every time when she was not happy, she would vent her anger on small poor Jane and put Jane into a horrible red room where Jane’s uncle died. No matter how hard Jane tried, no mercy was owned. Moreover, bullied by her cousins time after time, she chose to be strong instead of surrender.

Since Mrs. Reed was so hatred to raise Jane, she finally decided to take other’s advice and sent Jane to a charity school, where was a quite important place for Jane that she met the two most important people in her life: Helen Burns and Miss Temple. They really helped her a lot when Jane was shouldered with the accusation of deceitful. But in a short while, her beloved Helen Burns died of typhus like Jane’s parents because of Mr. Brocklehurst's neglection and dishonesty. The only consolation for little Helen is that she died in her best friend Jane’s arms. After her death, Jane became more tough-minded and independent.

In the twinkling of an eye, eight years had passed by. Little Jane had grew up into a well-ecated and graceful girl, who was capable enough to be a governess. Yeah, after two years’ teaching at Lowood School, she was soon employed by Alex Fairfax, who was the housekeeper of Thornfield Manor, as a governess for a lovely French girl Adèle Varens. And here at Thornfield Manor, she first experienced what equality was. Everybody, including her destined future husband Mr. Rochester, also her employer, the owner of the Manor, treated her without prejudice or hostility. She loved this place. The love was so deeply rooted in her heart that she could even feel this place even though she was far away from the Thornfield Mason. As a typical girl of braveness and impavidity, she finally told Mr. Rochester about her love to him. All people of good will have a good result. Mr. Rochester was also fall in love with this special girl first when he met her when he fall of the horse and broke his leg. They decided to get married. Nevertheless it was just the beginning of Jane’s real understanding of the long-lasting mysterious that existing in her mind. The crazy sound was not made by one of their servant, but Mr. Rochester’s insane wife.

All kinds of unexpected things happened one after another so soon, that Jane left Mr. Rochester in a mid-night without telling anyone. And then experiencing begging, teaching in a school, receiving heritage from her uncle, and all these happiness and unhappiness invaded her later life as a rich woman without getting any message of what happened in Thornfield Mason. Is she happy then? Who knows.

After once hearing Mr. Rochester calling her name instinctively, she finally what she really miss and what she exactly want. As a consequence, she went back to Thornfield in neat dress. What came into her eyes was a dead ruined mason without any vigor. What broke her heart most is the moment when she saw her beloved Mr. Rochester, who was half-blind without a hand. Jane eliminate his misgiving of his circumstance and prove him that she would still love him and would like to be him wife and grew old together with him no matter what happened. Ultimately, Jack shall have Jill, all shall be well. Mr. Rochester again processed, and recovered his eyesight little by little. They led a happy life ever after as prince and princess.

When finishing the whole book, I didn’t think I’ve just finish a story but experiencing a era of fighting for freedom, equality, and one’s own happiness. The images of Jane, Mr. Rochester, Helen, and Miss Temple will always rise in my head as the representative of the good spirits in England under that circumstance. To end this brief summary, I’d like to say that people like us, especially those who lived in a perfect harmonious and democratic society should learn from them, not only how to be a better man but also how to be ourselves.
